Doesn’t deserve a star. I went to MyCar Sunnybank Hills because of the engine warning light popping up several months ago. They did a diagnostics and said it was spark plugs and an ignition coil. Quoted us 1k+ dollars for all of it and not even including the labour costs. And they fixed it. And now my engine warning light is popping again but this time my car is shaking especially in reverse. I went to a different mechanic just here in Acacia Ridge which heaps of people recommended me to go to. I was stressing out because it might cost us 1k+ for it again. They told us it was one of the ignition coils and MyCar probably put a cheaper one in our Toyota Yaris. They only quoted us 150 for everything including labor. I got pissed because I felt like being ripped off. I should have gone to somewhere else for a 2nd opinion. I’ve been going to MyCar for years in Springfield Lakes but since we moved to Calamvale and now I don’t wanna go to any MyCar branches. Especially Sunnybank Hills. Avoid this place if you don’t wanna get ripped off.

The team at MyCar is simply amazing. Fast and efficient car servicing and extremely knowledgeable on different makes of cars. Even better, they properly analyse beginning issues with your car and help you strategies a servicing schedule that priorities those that are really required. I have been with them for more than 10 years (since Kmart tyres) and couldn't recommend this team more.

These guys helped me when I was so stressed having to go to the airport and I had a flat tyre in the parking lot (someone had placed a broken bottle in the parking lot).. They gave me a quick tyre change and I was able to be on time to the airport...

They are so kind and fantastic. I went in a hurry without making a reservation. Because the car's headlights are broken and I have to drive in the evening. They seemed busy, but they treated me kindly. I'm willing to revisit again.

These guys were faultless again today. Fitted me in at last minute, and their great service and product meant my tyre puncture came under warranty. Great product and service everytime! Will only speak great things about this team!

Poor service quality and non reliable advice. Asked to change a flat battery but my battery was a fully good condition. Just changing engine oil and filter then charged a logbook service fee. Never recommend

Had my wife's car booked in for 2 tyres & a wheel alignment. Arrived early as per instructions. 9am booking so the car was dropped off at 8:30. I mentioned that the vehicle was needed by 1:30 at the latest.
