I just had my Mazda CX3 serviced by the team at MyCar in Wynnum, and I must say that I am pretty happy with the experience I received. Very easy to simply ring up and book my car in without much notice before the busy Christmas period. From dropping the keys off this morning to picking the car back up, the team was very transparent with how they operated and didn’t proceed with works unless they asked along with detailed information around why etc… MyCar offers 12 months warranty on their servicing intervals which I believe is a big incentive to use their services, plus 12 months of road side assistance which is standard with their servicing. I believe is very helpful should you happen to get yourself into an unpleasant situation on the road somewhere. Thanks again guys, appreciate your services today!

Order a tyres 17 days ago, dropped off the car for change and fixing it and they didn’t do it. Didn’t receive the tyres and didn’t bother to check on it or even do a customer service Beyond in the case. No problem solution neither. Left with no support and affecting on my work life as I need the car to drive long distance. Apparently they new the tyres delivery issue but choose to not let the costumers know about the delayed. My suggestion here, the company needs to invest in customer service area or training for staff to deal with problems and make the customer aware of issues and make them feel comfortable with some solutions out coming. Very disappointed with the service in Wynnum.

Scott has been a pleasure to deal with, my first experience being when my vehicle was repaired in a day, comparatively to a week elsewhere. He took my word that the alternator was shot, ordering in the part without question. A refreshing change for a woman, to say the least. He said he’d have my car sorted out as quickly as they could, listening to my plight, all before he’d even met me. I called when they opened, and he had my car sorted out by that afternoon. Incredible service. I will now only take my Prado to Scott and the team at Wynnum. I couldn’t be happier with their professionalism, their advice or their work. I’d recommend them to anyone.

These guys came to the rescue with a flat battery. European car with a buried battery what seemed to be connected to 100 different parts of the car :( me stressing and my wallet crying in anticipation. I got myself down there and they were able to fit a bigger aftermarket battery in saving me money and a trip to the main dealer. All this on a sat afternoon whilst everything else is closed. Dropped in to see if there was a chance they could fit a new valve stem some time today and asked the cost. Was advised it could be done immediately and as to cost ... "Don't worry about it ... it only takes a couple of minutes." Tyre removed from boot, repaired and returned to boot within a few minutes as promised, and even my offered "grab yourself some beers" payment was declined. Awesome, old-fashioned, friendly customer service, especially considering I hadn't been a customer previously, but I certainly will be in future. Thanks MyCar Wynnum West.

Today,we went to Mycar Tyre & Auto Wynnum West. After ringing up many mobile auto electricians ,had no luck,all booked out to have a look at our brake lights,both sides not working. Lucky, we called My Car Wynnum West, the guy said on the phone,"bring it in!" Scott, fixed it in no time and we were surprised, he only charged us for the lights! No labour!Wow! I had a punctured tyre emergency and I knew I couldn’t make it 30kms home. My daughter was sick and sleeping in the car. MyCar was the closest tyre centre to my location and I dropped in unannounced. Their service was outstanding. Within 15mins they were fitting me around their other work. They let my sick and sleeping daughter stay in the car, jacked up my car in place, repaired my puncture all for $39 and I could leave and make the drive home. Scott and his team at MyCar Wynnum West are always so helpful and friendly. I inadvertently bought the wrong tyres online but it was no hassle to the team, who organised for the correct tyres to be delivered with easy changeover so I was invoiced the correct amount. When I picked up my car, Scott explained things in simple language so I could understand and the whole process was just so easy.

The guys at Wynnum My Car are amazing. Went in without a booking with brake lights not working and they helped me straight away! 15 minutes later I was on my way with working lights. I didn’t get the mechanics name but I was very grateful and he was just so helpful. This is the third time they have helped me out at short notice. Definately recommend to everyone.

Excellent, very experienced mechanics. Very happy with MyCar service team at wynnum plaza. They do great job servicing my car. Within 20mins they found the problem why car engine was heating up and fixed in 2 hours time. Will never go back to Barton’s Mitsubishi wynnum, told me no issue after 7 hours of checking and charged $134 fee.

Needed a right blinker light replaced. They replaced the blinker light on the spot without charge. I have had several positive interactions with this store, the staff are wonderful. Dropped of my Jimny about 5.30 engine light flashing and barley running. Got a call about 2.00 then next day all fixed and ready to go. Couldn’t be happier. I have been avoiding the place for about a year because of poor service from a particular former staff member, great to see things are back the way they used to be.

I recently had both my cars serviced by My Car Wynnum West. Happy with the service. It was easy to book the services, the staff were easy to deal with. One car required new tyres. When I was picking up that car, the issues with the tyres was explained to me. Will be getting the cars serviced by them again.

Booked it in for power window not working and while I was dropping the car off I also had the mechanic look at an alarm fault and window washer bottle not hooked up they were very happy to accommodate my extra requests and very good on price will definitely be back when I need a mechanic

I had to get my car repaired so I could sell it. The car was fixed for the quoted price, despite taking two days (not their fault). The car was returned with no oil leaks and cleaned. The new owner was more than happy with the outcome. Will be back.

In June 2021 Mycar did a wheel alignment on my BT 50 I would recommend them for all types of servicing work! Today I left my ute with them to check out rough running, they found a sensor loose problem solved no charge!
