Already had my car insurance through them, so i wanted to add my renters policy also. They messed everything up on that, wrong address, misspelled names, etc. They kept telling me they couldn't fix it at all. It took me almost 2 weeks to finally cancel it. Then the following week i realized there was another rental policy in my name without me authorizing it. Took me another 2 weeks to cancel that. Was told my a supervisor named Zach that he was going to look into everything and call me back in a day or so, and he would get me refunded for what i paid. Well that was June 19th, it's now August 10th. Whenever i call i still get the runaround. This place sucks, and not professional at all!

I have had Insurance on three different vehicles in a matter of a few months and I have never had any problem swapping policies or getting all of my paperwork to stay current and legal at all times this company has been extremely easy to work with and also affordable and understanding to each individual's personal situation I would recommend second chance insurance to anyone looking to insure a vehicle

Super nice! Affordable down payments and montly rates. Especially if you driving recond is less than perfect! I had given them 4 stars, but considering that they sent my paperwork immediately, and were super quick about getting it where it needed to go I upgraded them to 5 stars in my opinion!
