"This theater is one of my favorites when I’m hoping to have a “low key” movie experience"
Nice, clean theater with comfy, reclining seats, even in handicap seating. There is an automatic handicap door. The self serve kiosk machines are on the difficult side to use. Perhaps the screens need to be cleaned. They do offer a loyalty program called Stubs. You can sign-up online for that.
Theater is so small, it's perfect. It's a nice low-key experience without all the hustle and bustle and traffic. They also have the BEST SEATS I've ever sat in at an AMC Theater. They recline to nearly laying flat and it's perfect! Customer service is GREAT!!!
It's the same except it was so cold in theater 4 that it was hard to enjoy the movie. Watched anyone but you which is a very cute and funny movie. Too bad it's so cold in the theater it's playing in. My goodness I was close to having me teeth shattering.
The theater was dirty when we came for our movie. (Wrappers, and sticky soda marks in the cup holders). Some of the seats have rips which they just cover with tape and the leather lining pops out on a few seats. Overall the movie experience
This theater is one of my favorites when I’m hoping to have a “low key” movie experience. It’s super quiet, and an easy in and out. The customer service is also great. The popcorn isn’t always the freshest, given the theater’s low traffic,
The staff/snacks here were wonderful. I took my son to see the FNAF movie...the only thing that spoiled our experience was a family brought their toddler and let her roam free in the theater throughout the whole movie. She would crawl/walk
What a wonderful spot to watch the movies. I went with my Girlfriend today to watch the new Insidious movie. What a great experience. A gentleman named "Ivan" helped me with my food and goodness may he have a wonderful week because he made
Hands down the best AMC theater I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to every single AMC theater in LA county. They have the best recliner seats. The newer recliners at the Topanga and City Walk theaters do not go as far back and end up hurting
AMC on Fallbrook Ave is the best kept secret in the valley! On balance I have found that there is always more availability here than its’ sister location on Topanga, and if I’m not mistaken the tickets are cheaper too. It’s my go-to-movie
Typically you would expect a movie theater to be cold and dress accordingly. The experience I had was quite different which was surprising given the 4.6 star reviews this place had. Came here to watch a movie, not just any movie but the 3
Went to see Captain Marvel the second weekend and avoided the lines plus going early is a deal. The place is nice and clean with enough availability of the latest movies. The seats are reclining big and comfortable you just have your own
Small theaters with super spacious reclining seats. You can actually get out of your row to refill your drink-- even if every seat is reclined-- without having to stop mid-row to try to avoid people's toes. Sound was good. View from the
Theater is decent seats are comfortable just gross and sticky service was awful ordered food to be brought to the seat 30 min into the movie had to get up and tell someone i never got it. Had to get up once again 1 hour into the movie
This place is my husband and I go to place to go and watch movies. Simply because of the recliner seats. It does make a difference when having to sit through long movies. The staff always sanitizer and cleans the seat before the next
Came here because my usual theater was booked for guardians. Although employees were nice, they didn’t seem great at customer service, and the cashier was overall just super rushed, which caused them to make mistakes. The chairs were
Worth $14 per person. If you are going to the movies you know you will have to shell out a minimum of $10 per person. The luxury seats, snack options, atmosphere and overall dollar value is well worth it. Luxury reclining assigned
Theater is good except its patrons. Every time I give this theater a try low class, entitled teenagers, keep talking and making noise while the movie is playing. Maybe Woodland Hills parents need to better educate their kids.
Love this location, even with their flaws. ALL of their theaters have the new reclining seats. If you want to order food, order way ahead and give yourself about 30mins if you want to see the previews. The staff is friendly.
I loved the experience I had here everything was so clean and smelled like new! The seats were so comfortable! I got my first mixed drink here!! And Ericka the bartender was so helpful and friendly!!!
This theatre isn't as new as others nearby, but it is descent. Saw the Barbie Movie and had a great time. The place is clean, has nice employees, and is conveniently located.
They should notify its customers of actual details before having us customers come to the theatres but overall, it's a great place to watch movies with a family or solo.
Nice theater. Reasonable matinee prices. Often show the independent films here as well. Saw Landscape With Invisible Hand here which is showing in few theaters.
Clean. Big. Nice staff. The large parking structure and great verity of movies. The tickets are reasonable for the big screen, seats and good service.
Not bad, the recliners work well, and the sound was good. Place was relatively clean for a movie theater.
I prefer this theater to the one in the Topanga mall. Less people and the seats are more comfy.
Love this theater. Always clean and in a nice area to get a few other errands done.
If you don't have subscription from this AMC THE TICKET is expensive.
Very nice theatre, easy access. The seats are amazingly comfortable!
Good place. Tucked away. Nice vibe.
