This was my first time here. We came all the way out here from the suburbs because we wanted to see Insidious, the red door. We just finished watching the series and then no theaters near us were playing it. It was a really nice, clean theater, with large reclining seats. The staff was friendly and helpful and they told us the last time to get popcorn refills. You get free refills here on drinks and popcorn, with drink machines that you can fill and refill yourself. When we walked out late around 1130pm, there was security in the parking lot, which made us feel safe and comfortable since there weren't many cars. I don't know if there's problems out here normally, but we had no issues. I would come again!

My husband purchased our tickets ahead of time for the last show of the day 10:15pm. When we get there, we are told that the air conditioning isn’t working in that particular theater and that we have a choice to go to another theater, mind you this other theater’s movie is completely different from the one we chose to see and has already started smh. We decided to bare it. At the concession stand we’re told that there is no hot food because they are closing. The bar is also closed. Please explain to me why you would have the last movie play late if not providing the same amenities as previous shows? Are the last show tickets cheaper? Because they definitely should be.

We went to this location to watch a screener for the movie "The Girl and the Spider's Web". The movie theater is located in the rear of the mall which is good because it's not crowded. The inside is very spacious. The staff there was also very helpful and professional. Now for some of the negatives: The inside appeared to be a little outdated. The carpet looked dingy and the bathroom was unkempt. Many of the recliner chairs were dirty and it appeared that someone walked in mud and smeared their muddy shoes on the seats. The employees were great but the movie theater needs to be remodeled.

Amc theaters is alaways clean. They need to bring back seating or stools in the waiting area before we go in to the autorium to see the movie. So we can sit down and wait instead of standing and maybe bring back some arcade games I used to love them when I was a kid I used to play them in the waiting area before the movie started.

This place is like a ghost town and a rip off !! It’s a nice theatre roomy seats No wonder Barbie is making millions they charging $10 for a ticket !! I haven’t paid $10 for a movie ticket EVER!! The sauce for the cinnamon bites were HARD If it wasn’t for my granddaughter birthday the south side is a ripoff!! …

The theater we were in was very spacious. Most of the staff working was very friendly and accommodating. We went to see TMNT in 3D. We had to let someone know it wasn’t showing in 3D and they fixed it very quickly. Seats are very comfortable and recline. Would definitely recommend people to check it out.

The theater was clean & well maintained. There were 15 of us there to see the Little Mermaid & 8 were children. The food & popcorn are usually super expensive - but they offered a popcorn & drink deal for the children. We really appreciated that savings.

Rude staff, tossing stuff at customers and giving false information when asking for managers. Those at the entrance kept making fun of people as well. I've been coming here for a while, but seeing how they treat others

My granddaughter enjoyed the little mermaid she's still taking about it I'll be back Saturday with my grandsons for Mario Bros ☺️

Our favorite place to have a good time with my family, it's very clean and comfortable. They have new chairs.
