Ok, first of all, why do you expect someone to pay a ticket for a kid that is below 3 years old? Its not like the kid would actually enjoy watching a movie that is 1 hour or longer!! They don't stay that concentrated on only one thing! Second of all, the people around would not. Stop. Talking. Some people would even use their phones with the screens on bright(though I will acknowledge that isn't anything to do with the theater service itself but with the people that go). Thirdly, why is there a restriction for the time we can enter a theater room?? I arrive before that designated time of the movie and they wouldn't let me enter the room because "they don't let people enter until 10 minutes before the start of the movie". That is total bull. Overall, I found the place to be outrageous. Even the snack prices were insane!! Like, seriously?! 32 dollars for a bucket of popcorn, 2 drinks and some nachos?!?! What are you serving a 5 star dish cuisine or something? Most definitely not visiting this place again.

Completly upset because I read reviews before my fiance and I try a new place out whether it be a restaurant or a movie theater like this time for an example. We wanted to go watch Black Panther but nust moved to area and didnt have car so we had to use Uber. So I googled "movie theaters near me" and this one popped up. So I read reviews which were decent. So off we were, when we arruved we were extremely disappointed to find out that all movies are in Spanish??!! Really! So we were out 20$ to Uber and didn't feel like you g to see movie at all that night. No where did it say this was a Spanish theater!!!! I mean NO where. I don't understand why not even a review said it??! So here I am , THIS IS A ONLY SPANISH SPEAKING THEATER ALL MOVIES IS SPANISH!!!!!

After not being able to find the entrance to the theater for 15 minutes, I was told that the movie was not in English, even though that was not what was listed online before I bought the ticket. When I asked them if I could have a refund since I had no notification of this, one of the two people behind the counter pretended to not speak English, and another told me it was not possible, while being rude about it and without even making any effort to actually help me. I will be contesting this with my bank, and this will be my first and last time going to this theater. Absolutely disappointed and angry about not being able to see a movie based off of my favorite videogame after driving 25 minutes.

Im a tourist and came to watch Spiderman and paid for the tickets beforehand so I dont need to stand in line. Not once was I informed or told or was it written anywhere before purchasing that the movie was in spanish. I couldnt even refund it at 7:03pm because it said that that I could not refund after the show started. It took me 10 minutes just to ask around and find the cinema. Really bad experience. 50$ down the drain.

I got here at 1:30 20 see a 2:00 show there was only one person selling tickets and the rest of the employees where just standing around I got to the ticket person and they where rude when I together I waited in line for al.ost an hour it was now 2:25 and my movie already started they said there manager wasn't there and gave me a teenager eye roll so I left the dirty place cont go here its the worst

This Mall is an older facility, with some vacant spaces. Its is not appealing to the eye and the neighborhood is somewhat economically middle class at best. There are a variety of clothing and shoe stores inside, but I probably would not regularly shop there. On the plus side, there seems to be a couple of new stores renting spaces.

First time visiting this cinema over the weekend. Nice small clean place with no crowds during the daytime. I was the only person watching the movie"Nos/Us except one other person at the 5pm feature. I was asked to show my I.D. when purchasing my movie ticket with my bank card, which I found unusual from other cinemas I visit.

Nice place, seems new, GREAT location.. The popcorn system is a little weird though. You order one place then pick it up from a wall of popcorn stacked row on top of row. Hardly any salt and seemingly no butter. I don't even know if you can request extra butter because it's already just sitting there ‍♀️

I would like if they can install double doors 'cause the noise from outside gets inside and whom seats at the handicap area -which is located close to the doors- listens all. Moreover, constantly the are people in and out in the middle of the movie making the showroom lights get inside. This is annoying.

The only reason I go to this cinema is because they have the movies in Spanish. The prices are cheap and with that comes old facilities and bad service. That day the room was super cold, my kids were freezing, we couldn't finish the movie, when I ask the associate he said he didn't know about it.

It was horrible! For one the floors look a mess, it was dirty inside! the butter for the popcorn isn’t warmed at all! And it’s FREEZING in the theater! It was more cold inside than outside and it’s winter time!!!!! It was a horrible experience I wouldn’t recommend anyone to that place!

As you might know this was formally Shartowns Mall at Hwy 59 and Belaire. It's a very nice place to shop for jewelry, clothing, shoes for women, children and men. It's has a Hispanic theme,however, there are other nationalities represented there as well. There are no high end stores.

Apparently the movie was in Spanish and I was unaware and I tried contacting them via email and phone calls but received no answers but I was charged the following day for tickets I didn’t use… Do not recommend this movie theater because you will not get a refund or an answer.

Low volume and speakers on the walls have no use in being there if there wasn't any sound turned on. Disrespectful parents letting their kids sit in seats that weren't assigned for them. Could barely hear the movie and hopefully next year the surroundings could be quiet....

Apparently everything they show is in Spanish. It doesn’t tell you anywhere so I Got my tickets online & Came to see guardians 3, i walked out after the first few minutes, i guess i won’t be able to get a refund because i purchased through fandango

Movies in Spanish are great for citizens who can better enjoy a movie where they can understand the words spoken by the casting stars. The theater is very large and must have been an nastalgic venue of the 60s & 70s Still a nice place to go.

Came to see sound of freedom there was no ac ,Theater is very dirty , seats are so close together but you get what you pay for tickets are cheap only reason i came here is because at every other theater i could not find tickets available

This movie theater it's a really good option for Spanish speakers. Ticket prices are good. They even have reduced price for some hours and days. It's clean. The only thing is the food a little bit pricey as you can expect in a theater.

Movies are very cheap only $4.50 per adult. The seats are not that comfortable and don't lean back. But the theater was clean and not to packed. Did not buy any food but if you want to see a movie for a good price this is your place.

For thirteen dollars you can get day old popcorn. I saw it sitting in a bag when they opened. How much does it cost to make a new batch. Haven't been in a theater with old school seats and a center aisle in twenty years.

Nice price but service and the place a bit of a disgrace it does look old . The person that sold the treats look tired and with a bad attitude. I would of expected A better service since there was hardly anyone there.
