This was the worst movie theater I've experienced in my life. I took photos so you guys can see them- the seats were extremely dirty and trashy, looked like they were 100 years old. The seats were all worn out and had tears in them. We were to sit in J8 and J9 but because the seats were all stained and even the armrests were wet and dirty with stains all over the floor, we needed to move to another spot. I paid $32.56 +$5 in parking and honestly but the experience was so bad- this place makes a name for itself as one of the premium movie experiences in the West University area and yet, the state of this theater is in absolute disrepair. I cannot believe that the staff here do not even bother to clean up after prior customers in the theater! The floor was so sticky you could hear the sound of your feet sticking as you walked. Even in the seats we moved to, the new seats had tears and rips in them. The red velvet was worn down to the threads! The movie screen also had a vertical line going down on the left third of the frame. My car even was not safe for paid parking- someone left flyers all over my windshield. My car has been safer in AMC parking lots on the other side of town and to pay $5 for garage parking where you assume your car will not be tampered with and kept safe only to have flyers put on the windshield is trash. You don't know these days if someone is doing this to lure you into a theft. Go take your money to a place that actually offers service. I'll never come back to this trashy theater again. Apologies for the blurry photos as it was dark and the camera was not focusing.

What's worse than 1 star??? This establishment has completely misrepresented itself. I looked for a theater i could take my son to watch Peter rabbit 2, with a luxury of arriving early enough to enjoy an hour of fun in the arcade area, which was posted on its website. Once we arrived, we discovered it had been blocked off with cones and tape. OK. Fine. Discouraged, but not given up yet. Went to order food, and beverages instead. EVERY, SINGLE, employee behind the counter were huddled together at the end of the station just talking..... I approached the only available employee that was taking orders. Ordered nachos, pizza, icee's, candy, and asked about the adult beverages. The gentleman told me the bar area has been closed. (1 o'clock in the afternoon.....) I don't pound beers down at the theater with my son, but 1 beer is enjoyable enough to withstand Peter rabbit. Again, false advertisement. Website clearly stated this was an option. It was not. I attempted to pay cash, and the employee told me it was a "card only" line. I asked him where the cash register was, and he pointed to the register next to him (also labeled "card only"). Spoke with the manager on duty, Lauren I believe. Also young, and not helpful. Not once was there an apology, or any effort to ease my concerns.... enjoy your time with family, friends, or dates at another establishment. This place is destined for failure.

The staff is highly disrespectful except for the lady today when she checked my tickets. While purchasing my popcorn and drink at the concession stand, the assistant manager Isabella was highly disrespectful. I'm not sure what I did to her to start rolling her eyes at me and talking about me to another female coworker of hers. She just started laughing even more and began to start rolling her eyes me when I asked her for my receipt. This is not the first time she has done this to me. Two weeks ago I came in for the first time and she also started catching attitude with me when I was having my tickets checked by another coworker of hers. She honestly has no respect for her customers. I don't understand how she is a manager herself. It highly disappoints me that I cannot come to see a movie here without her always being so rude. I don't understand what I did to her nor have I ever interacted acted with her until she took my order today. She started catching attitude with me just because I asked her if there were any combos. My husband bought the items last time when I was with the kids. I honestly don't know what's so hard about this job.

Movie theater is is great mostly have great time with my experience just so happens the tie. I check my phone the manager Sonia said she sees me outta everyone else that my phone was too bright. All good completely understandable but she had the nerve to have an employee periodically come check on me to make sure I’m still not in my phone that’s where the problem lies my phone I’m was on silent i have no issue turning the brightness down but what’s not about to happen is someone micro managing if im doing something or not and. It to mention plenty of people were on their phone so i confronted her about it she said in a condescending voice that she had someone watching me and it was bothering people i told her she was wrong and should think about everyone not just one person for being on their phone she gave me a refund and walked away like i said it’s not about me being on the phone i get it i put my phone away but for you to have someone checking on me like i can’t follow instructions or im a confrontational person that’s where my issue lies

I wasn’t too impressed with this theater and I’ll tell you what was missing for me. We went for a birthday event during opening weekend of the Barbie movie. It was crowded but nothing unusual. Theater was decent, seemed pretty well maintained and clean. But, the cost of tickets ($18), parking ($5) and drinks/munchies ($17) is on the higher side for the seating arrangement. They have standard theater seats with no recliners and limited arm space. Be prepared to be right on top of your neighbor. Also…it was extremely hot in the main lobby. We hoped it would be cool inside the theaters. We were told by the staff that the AC vents flow directly into the theaters but are only turned on during the movie. That didn’t end up being the case. The place was packed and it was really hot. Too much money spent to be that kind of uncomfortable. It was not a great experience but the theater isn’t a complete dumpster fire, so I feel 3stars is fair.

This is by far the most impressive movie place I have ever seen. It is glamorous. I lost count of the exact, but my best guess is this facility has 125 separate theaters that together have a capacity of around 50-75 thousand people. Every seat is a super comfortable captain game chair. Unfortunately, however, there is one thing to worry about at this theater. After paying, you are suppose to go through this quasi gate to enter the lobby. A theater staff member is at the gate to check tickets. The problem is the attitude of one of the ticket checkers is horrible. In retrospect, I could have solved the problem by accidently power-pounding my knee into his sack, crumpling the punk to the floor. He was twice my size, it would have served him right. Next time, I will go straight to management and make a stink. That is a classic conversion of a negative into a positive

This location has been around a long time so the interior decor of the theater feels a little bit dated. Overall this movie theater is usually clean and free from sticky floors, loads of fallen popcorn and other nasty stuff that some other locations are bad about cleaning in between showings. There are loads of screens and often it's not too packed unless it's a new blockbuster release on a weekend. The food is overpriced but what theater isn't? You must pay $5.00 to park. Parking accepts cash or credit. The extra amenities at this theater are gone such as the old ice cream shop inside which makes the place look more abandoned in the foyer. The upstairs concessions area is basically always closed due to low volume of customers again just showing that this theater's heyday is gone. Overall still a good choice.

I was at the theater for a special screening. It is a very large theater with many screens and activities. There is an arcade and many types of vending machines including a cotton candy one. I mention that because it was butted right up against the photo booth and my friend thought she was putting money in the photo booth and bought cotton candy by mistake. The staff was friendly. I did not purchase anything at the concession stand so can't comment on that other than there were two additional concession stands I saw that were not open. It w as a Monday night. There is both a parking garage and street parking available. There were tables and chairs in the lobby upstairs where they did an autograph/meet the director session after a q&a that was held inn the auditorium following the screening of PGS.

The cinema is extremely quiet and peaceful because it's not usually packed. You must get your ticket at the entrance via the machines. Some movies do require reserved seating, for example Avatar: The Way of Water. Check if the movie you're going to watch requires it and order the tickets online to save time. The parking lot is conveniently close. You do have to pay though ($5). This is usually packed on opening nights. Make sure to read the signs at the top to confirm you're going the right way. You enter the main lobby either through the specific elevator or stairs. *Don't use the maintenance elevator. Other than that, the staff is friendly and always willing to help. Most of the registers are credit card only, ask staff prior to making your order whether they accept cash.

I recently visited this movie theater to watch Whitney Houston’s movie. Make sure to check your seats before you sit down. All the seats in the theater were covered in dirt, grime, and who knows what else. I made the mistake of turning on my phone's flash while I was searching for a seat, and let me tell you, I wish I hadn't. The sight of the filth on those seats was enough to make my stomach turn. It was clear that the seats hadn't been cleaned in weeks, if not longer. I couldn't believe how dirty and unkempt the whole theater was. It’s a shame that such a crucial part of the movie-going experience can be so neglected. If you value your health and sanitation, I would strongly advise you to avoid this theater at all costs. It's not worth the risk.

  • Edison Cruz

Upon walking into the Regal Edwards Greenway theater, the ambiance and design are certainly eye-catching, creating an air of excitement for the cinematic experience ahead. However, my enthusiasm dimmed when I arrived early to the screening room. The state of the seats is nothing short of disappointing. I've attached photos for reference, and I assure you, these aren't just isolated incidents - the majority of the seats in the room had similar issues. For the price of a ticket, cleanliness should be a given. If you decide to visit, I'd highly recommend inspecting your seat with a flashlight before settling down. An establishment of this caliber shouldn't leave guests questioning their hygiene standards.

My family and I got all glammed up to see Barbie. When we arrived it was packed! Lines in the garage ($5 for parking) and at the concession stand moved fairly quickly. The popcorn was good, the restrooms were decent, the staff was friendly but I cannot believe how hot it was in our auditorium (17). We were sweating the whole movie and we left looking like we’d been outside for 2 hours instead of sitting watching a movie. My relative is pregnant and I really thought we were going to have to leave because it was so uncomfortable. The tickets here are more expensive than the theater that I usually visit (AMC). I’m extremely disappointed and don’t see myself coming back. If you come here, bring a fan!

  • Elvis Alvarez

I actually like this cinema a lot. It very big and busy, but despite the crowds, the staff was nice, restrooms are clean, and the movie experience was amazing. The movies were bright enough to watch and the sounds system is high quality. Only setbacks would be the seating as it may feel uncomfortable for some people but it didn't bother me at all. The parking lot is conveniently close. You do have to pay a fee to park your car - price do range from $5 to $10, depending on how busy it gets. With that being said, it is advised that you should not park your car by a restaurant across from the cinema as it will get towed immediately. Overall, great experience, would come back again!

  • Shannon Cusick

I really wanted to love this Regal Edwards, but it was just not a great experience for me. The concession staff were incredibly disappointed that I was there asking to purchase 1 medium popcorn. The auditoriums do have a bit of a moldy, mildew smell that is hard to get over, especially when you're trying to eat popcorn. The bathrooms were completely out of soap and were filthy, and this was on a really slow day (see photos). I will probably be back because it has some really cool showings that they don't have anywhere else (it was the only place to see Cliff Walkers) but I'm not really looking forward to it, unfortunately. I prefer to drive the additional 10 minutes to Marqee.

  • David M.

I don't have any issues with the place at all. Everything looks good. However, I am not going back to this location again because of the other customers. Every movie that I have gone to see at this location, there are always people on their phones, talking through the whole movie, and just extremely inconsiderate/rude. The last movie I went to see there, a group of people were talking extremely loud throughout the whole movie - there were a ton of people telling them to be quiet. They then tried to start an argument saying everyone was being misogynistic and oppressive. Maybe the attendants needs to be more present in the movie theaters so these types of things don't happen.

  • Melissa

My partner and I decided to watch a movie here. Parking is in a garage and the fee is $4 for regular parking and $10 for VIP. In order to get to the main level to purchase your tickets you must take an elevator. In order to use the restroom you have to purchase your tickets first because the only restrooms they have are right in the center of the theater which is not very convenient. Snacks, drinks, and food are about the same price as other theaters. Lastly, the seats are not reclineable. They are the older seats that are uncomfortable. Overall, the theater is decent, not the best, not the worst. The only reason I may visit again is if I’m around the area in Houston.

  • Adam Maldonado

Hmm. I was hoping to have a good experience here. Looks beautiful. But I'm gonna to give them 1 star. My wife asked for a coffee and they said "We're out., and continued to stand in a group chatting with one another and never inquired to make some. Then, I bought a Soda, Popcorn special and I asked for Ice Tea.. The cashier said "We're out". UGH... This is Texas, it's against the law to be out of Ice Tea. Poor service and I spent $ to park in there garage. Non of the staff seamed to care if you where there or not. Well, it's been 30 minutes, I guess I'll ask if my chicken tenders are ready. I think next time, I'll drive the extra mile to an AMC theater.

  • Zaddy Ally

Not what it used to be a few years ago. It almost looked abandoned. There's no ice cream place and during my visit at most there was 40 people in the entire place. I went to see the new Super Mario Bros. movie and it was amazing! Although I'd rethink about coming to this theater in the future. The popcorn was good, the icees were kind of disappointing. Although our theater was mostly empty! There was only 6 of us in there! Which was pretty nice. The seats are kind of uncomfortable. Besides that everything was fine. Nothing too great and not so disappointing, but for the prices I would rather visit your local cinemark...

  • Regina Mastillo

I took my husband on a date night Saturday afternoon. I was excited to take him here because the pictures and claims of how beautiful and luxurious the cinema was. There is a parking lot located very close to the place, but the first floor of parking is reserved. When we got inside, it appeared as beautiful as the pictures, but not very many people were there. The seating was nice, but I was expecting chairs that reclined so we could relax easily. The chairs were immovable but soft to sit on. The place was very clean however, if you wanted snacks you had to get them only on the 1st floor. Kind of disappointed.

  • Alex Park

This place has a special place in my heart. I’ve been coming here since I was a kid. They’re currently renovating which is awesome, but the “new” leather seats they have in there are horrendous. It’s a manual recliner that barely reclines. The headrest is bulged out and is extremely uncomfortable. I felt like I was watching a movie in a Spirit Airlines chair. I was sitting diagonally the entire movie. I thought I was the only one but the other 4 people who went to the movies with me all agreed the seats were terrible. I would’ve rather sat in the 20 year old sticky seats they had than sit in those seats again.

  • Leah Hendricks

There are numerous showings of a wide variety of movies. However, the popcorn is stale and the concessions are overpriced (to be fair, though, concessions are expensive at nearly every theatre). They used to have concessions available on the first and second floors, but they shut down the second floor concessions maybe due to lack of customers (the theater is usually pretty empty when I go). The theater is clean, but it's a pretty average place, nothing extraordinary about it. That said it's in a great location, and I'll continue to be a repeat customer largely because of that.

  • Robert Shipman

This theater has seen its better days. In the middle of a Saturday afternoon, it was completely dead. No one even at the box office for tickets (kiosk) and no one at the door to accept tix. One concession stand open. And the whole place has a musty smell lingering. At the very least - they need to shampoo the carpets and seats to refresh the smell in the building. At least the Ac was on and cool and the seats are comfortable. And without the crowds you have plenty of space to spread out and not worry about other folks. You also still have to pay for parking ($5)

  • Terence Jackson

I’ve been coming to this movie theatre for years now. I absolutely love the location and the theaters. Unfortunately, yesterday 03/21 I had a terrible experience with a girl who seemed like she was in training and a guy named Jose (his favorite movie on the name badge said fantastic four). The customer service was by far the worst I’ve ever experienced at any business. They both have me contemplating on canceling my regal membership. I love the theatre but if I will get treated terribly each time by someone who is PAID to be there it might not be worth it.

  • Jael Givehand

If I could give this place no stars I would! This is hands down the most disgusted I’ve ever been in a movie theater. Walking in everything seems fine but the smell of the actual theater was terrible smelt like mildew and mold but I tried to look past it after sitting for a while I realized my clothes were starting to get wet! I went around trying to find another seat and all the seats were wet, and who knows from what, it was disgusting!! I had to leave within minutes of the movie starting. And the popcorn sucked as well! Shut this place down ASAP!!!

  • Tilman

The movie theater was clean but a little smelly. Seats were comfortable. Prices for food and drinks are normal for movie theaters. The tickets however are more expensive than the movie theaters around. 2 star deduction for terrible sound. We sat exactly in the middle of theater 5 (H8/9) and the sound was absolutely weak and only came from the front screen. Felt like watching TV at home. 1 star deduction for the parking fee. I understand that a central location is more expensive to run but the ticket prices are already high enough.

  • Nancy Uche

Not really a fan of this theater. I’ve been here before in the past but I came most recently to watch a pre screening of a new movie. The parking situation is a mess. There is a few street parking if you are lucky if not you have to pay $4 dollars to park in the garage. I don’t like how it’s built either in connection to the garage lol. Also the seats aren’t that comfortable. The bathroom was clean and did have soap on the day I came. I will also say the decor inside nice. Check out more photos on my Instagram: nancyuche_

  • Sophie Grunge

I went to the Birds of Prey screening here. IRS difficult to find where the parking garage is at. You have to open the doors to get to the elevator. The place is a maze, very confusing and disorienting. Overall it was fun but they need more signs to help people not get lost. I recommend an arrow pointing down telling me these are the elevators and another note saying "entrance/exit" because that place was ridiculous. Also you have to pay for parking. It is so lame. The theater itself is okay.

  • stooba lemdon

Very nice, clean, large, comfortable. Curved screen from what I can tell for optimal viewing. Yes, you pay for parking but what would you expect to do with so many people on this area of town. If it were free you’d have more non movie goers there. Personally, I’m glad it isn’t free so I know they’ll be a spot and less rando’s just hanging out. Parking was $5 when I came. I guess a validation or free with movie ticket would be better during peak hours. But $5 ain’t too bad to me. No biggie

  • Micheal Edmonds

Big and Beautiful! This is my go to movie theater, just wish you didn’t have to pay for parking since you’re going to pay for a ticket and food once you get in. Parking is $5 for normal parking And $10 for vip parking The elevator for the movie theater is back right side close to the movie theater. And make sure you enter the parking garage on Norfolk street. But overall would definitely come back to visit this beautiful place. Make sure to download the app for points and free snacks

  • Hadassa Moncada

Our go-to movie theater on Wednesdays and Friday nights. We already feel like it's home, haha. It's always clean and people are very nice. Right now, it's a bit crowded because the kids are out of school, so take precautions and arrive at least 10 min before the movie time if you want to buy some snacks. Tip: All movies take 20 min to start since the time marked, so you have that time span to purchase the tickets and go inside without missing the first part of the movie!

  • Andrea Ehlers

Hmmm...not a happy camper. Bought tickets thru employer site, they made it incredibly hard to use them. Directed to the wrong place to get the tickets after waiting in long line at snack counter. Basically, staff yelled at us. Then, because of all the wrong info/directions, we missed the first 10 minutes of Indiana Jones. If it wasn't my 2nd movie since Covid and my husband's birthday, I wouldn't care, but the staff sure took a great deal of the fun out of the evening.

  • Rosella Ledermann

Nice little theater. We went on a Sunday to see the new Avatar movie. It was pretty much empty, and we had the Theater to ourselves almost. Service staff at the concession counter were very nice and helpful. The lady got us everything we needed pretty quickly since our movie was about to start soon. I liked the fact that it was pretty quiet, but I hope it doesn't mean they aren't getting enough business. Will most likely use this as my main theater for future movies.

  • Christopher Malmevik

Ok this theater brings back memories. I saw Jarhead here on my first ever visit to Houston in 2005. The crowds were, at the time, heavy and bustling. COVID ruined that but the theater survived. The building felt like a shell but it still stands. I saw Avatar, Transformers II, Magic Mike on my birthday in 2012. 4 gay men and 100 screaming girls was such a wonderful treat. I can see it slowly coming back to life. Let’s keep it going. Go to the movies. It’s worth it.

  • Kevin Nguyen

Avoid this place if you want a good movie experience. Went to see John Wick 4 and the speakers were blown. The movie sounded muffled as if your tv was under water. I notified the general manager and was told, "It would fix itself during the movie." It did not. We notified them again it was not fixed and nothing changed. General Manager was actively aware this was an issue and did not let the customers know. The sound quality completely ruined the movie experience.

  • Auntie Alice

My son car wouldn't start after taking his children to the movies. He called me to come give him a jump. Upon entering the garage I explained to the 2 attendant I was only coming to give my son a boost. I was still charged $5 to enter. Shorty after reaching 2nd floor the security looked at us, saw my son having car problem and didn't much as offer a courtesy jump! Garage management should better policy in place when a car becomes stranded on the premises.

  • M S

Regal Edwards Theaters are the worst. I thought it was only the one at the Marqe (I-10 and 610), but I went to this one to watch Killers of the Flower Moon, I noticed that the sound system was as bad as the other one's. Despite the bad sound system, and sometime horrible picture quality, and outdated seats, the tickets to Regal Edwards theaters are generally more expensive than AMC's or Cinmark's. I will never put foot in an Edward's Theater again.

  • Monica Green

Worst movie theater, ever the ticket machines weren't even working in the front. So that makes everybody go to the Constitution. Stand where there's a super long line. And you'll miss your movie before you even get the ticket. I'm a regal unlimited member, and I couldn't even scan my ticket. And it cost 150 like, are you kidding me? People are cutting in line the employees don't even care. If I could leave 0 stars, I would never coming back here

  • Jack Woodward

It's very hard to get to the theaters on the second floor if you don't wanna use the escalators because the doors are one way only. The movie quality is great. The theater is very hard to navigate through and the entryway windows are so clear I accidentally walked into them. The parking garage has fake signs telling you where the "theater elevators" are. Overall the movie quality is great but the theater is just too hard to navigate through.

  • Ashley M

AC went out. No one seemed to care. Employees would rather sit and socialize with each other. Seats were dirty. My armrest had old candy on it. Sound went out and once alerted, again, employees were nonchalant & continued socializing. After 10 minutes they didn’t care and said they might start it over. After 20 minutes, we decided to leave. When I asked for a refund, the manager offered me expired passes. Never coming back.

  • Zoey Kim

Was one of the most dirtiest movie theater ever. The Movie it self was amazing, but as for the quality of the theater, I have to give it an F rating. I felt so disgusted by the smell and seat of the theater that I had to use my own blanket to cover the whole seat for both my husband and I. If it wasn't for my blanket, I might have wanted a refund because of how gross out I was in seating in their seats.

  • Noah Allen

We went to one of the first showings of the new Spider-Man movie and the sound mixing was terrible and we couldn’t hear what they were saying in certain dialogue parts, we thought as the movie went on it would get better but I never did. I’m disappointed because we paid a lot of money to go see this movie and we couldn’t even hear it. Until they fix the sound problems I’m not going back.

  • Patricia Urrea

Large theater with many screens showing the latest movies , as well as older movies. I like how you’re given the option of seeing movies on b different modes (XD, 2D , 3D, , etc.) . The smaller theaters are clean but have a slight mildewy smell . Concessions offers a good menu . An adjoining Parking garage allows you to conveniently enter and leave the theater without going outside .

  • Carmen Greene

I go here at least a couple times a month. I always come back! I also have a membership and they offer a lot of cool perks with that. It’s a nice low-key theatre that’s rarely overcrowded. The concessions area is always disorganized with people (since there are no line indicators) but it doesn’t really bother me because I’m used to it lol. You just have to get in where you can.

  • Lil

This is such an odd movie theater. It has more than 15 theaters, but it looks completely abandoned. You should be sure to check the seat with a flashlight before sitting down, the theater smelled like rancid popcorn and some of the seats were filthy. We even thought about leaving, you feel in a place you could get mugged… At the end it was ok, but would surely not come back.

  • Arie Withrow

Restrooms were disgusting, lines were obscenely long, pay to park which I refused to do. Place should be shut down for requiring pay to park. Because they try to squeeze you for money we parked elsewhere and walked and also went to Chevron down the road and snuck in our snacks. Didn’t want to use concession after long lines and then trying to gouge us for money to park.

  • Robert Garcia

It's sad to see this theater in its state. This is the only decent theater in the loop but it's a complete shadow of its former self. The wall art is painfully outdated. The prices are absurd. The picture and sound are meh. The restaurant and arcade are gone. No more ice cream either. It's just a shame that there arent any good options within the city of Houston proper.

  • Kelsey

The seats were very uncomfortable and it was too hot especially since we were sitting so close to another. The line for food was slow and way too long since they only had one concession stand open. They had a few movie hoppers and they didn't reinforce or promote the no phone, no talking policy. Not to mention the bathrooms were gross and it was obviously overpriced.

  • Dirk Johnston

I went to see Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3. The parking situation was a little slow ($5 cash or card at the adjacent garage). The self-serve ticket kiosks were functional and the popcorn was good. The theater felt a little grimey overall, and I felt the volume in the theater was a little loud and the sound mixing a little harsh. Overall my experience was OK.

  • Perla Diaz

This theater looks old, definitely needs renovations. Paid $5 for parking. The auditorium 2 (which is where our movie played) smelled humid, i believe the AC wasn’t on until later. The movie lost the sound in the middle of the film and nobody attended the issue until 25 minutes later. The movie had to be rewinded. First and last time attending this place.

  • Sebastian

The cinema is very elegant and very clean .The staff are really nice and attentive including the manager. Comfotable seats & good AC temperature while watching the movie with great sound over all i love it . Get your tickets and monthly pass unlimited movies is definitely worth it and they have security in the parking garage. Keep up the good work guys.

  • Emmanuel J. Moreno

I went to see Killers of the Flower Moon for the Saturday 3:25PM, Nov. 11. showing in theater 5 and there was no working AC in a theater filled w/ people. I told 2 staff and the manager on duty but no changes were made, no fans were added, and there was no offer for a refund. The movie was 3.5 hours long. Other then that , the movie and bar were good.

  • Lyn Edwards

Terrible experience today during the “arctic freeze”. I didn't expect there to be NO heat in theater. I informed at least 3 workers that there was no heat - nobody in the theater took off their coats ! No manager ever came to check, heat was never remedied … my family didn’t want to leave - should’ve just asked for my money back and not left my house.

  • Beau Vastine

Super Fun! This is a really fun theater. The parking garage is connected to the theater which is helpful. The atmosphere is really cool! Multi level cineplex with iPix! Very large concession stands and even had a bar for adult beverages! The lines can be long to purchase tickets so grab those in advance online. Overall a really nice, clean theater.

  • Marlene Reyes

Just saw the Sound of Freedom, and it's very good! I encourage everyone to see it and become aware of how easy it is for people to take our children from us. You will not see any of the violence related to the theme, but your heart will break for all those children. I give props to Regal Cinemas for having so many showings of this movie.

I would not recommend this movie theatre at all. Tickets are a rip off, hencing that they charge far more than Amc/Cinemark. Even though, Amc/Cinemark are way better then this place. This place is old/moldy and their chairs are non-reclinable and very uncomfortable. Lastly, their pizza is disgusting (all you can taste is FLOUR).

  • Harrison C. Davies

Unfortunately when AMC Meyer Park 16 closed this was the go to theater when visiting the area. The theater venue is quite nice and the staff is pleasant. Seating is not bad at all. The parking is in a paid garage and there is no validation, but there are way worse things. #crimsonpeak #bridgeofspies #thespongebobsquarepantsmovie

Chardonnay was so rude to my wife and I! We left our movie to use the restroom and she completely embarrassed us by ASSUMING we had snuck into the movie. She came into the theatre SCREAMING for proof of tickets. When we handed them to her and she realized she was clearly wrong… she threw out tickets on the floor and walked out.

  • Rachel Vela

Not a good theater definitely had higher expectations for this place being Regal now, bit the seats all suck, very small, and uncomfortable. Very unorganized from the start when getting snacks & popcorn; the people are just all rude. They act like they got somewhere better to be & on the phone while tending to people.

  • Michelle Sanchez

The sound mixing was pretty bad. During the ads, the audio went from muffled to painfully loud. The audio quality issues persisted throughout the movie. This was made worse by the multiple crying children over the course of the movie. No usher or manager to help was unfortunate. You also have to pay $5 for parking.

  • Carrie Sumners

The parking attendant was talking on speaker phone to her friend, and just barely held her hand out for the money, without even looking at us. We had to yell HELLO to get her to pay attention and take the money for change. Then she stopped counting our change to answer her friend and had to start over. VERY RUDE.

It seems like every time that I bring my family there seems to be issues with the air conditioning with the temperatures at an uncomfortable level. Additionally, there seems to be a shortage of open concession stands, which made for horrendous wait lines. I am not sure that we will ever visit this location again.

  • Andrea

I was pleased with the building and facilities. Parking cost $5 regular and $10 VIP. However the stadium seats are so uncomfortable. Felt like I was on an aircraft in economy. Plenty theatres, friendly staff and easy access to purchasing tickets and food. They also have a bar with lovely beverages for adults.

  • Darian

The outdated interior really ruins the movie experience. It would’ve been fine if the theaters were clean but the seats have an odor, there was popcorn all over the floor, and when you first walk in to a theater it smells so weird! It’s 2023 please invest in some leather, easy to clean reclining seats..

  • Tracey Miller

Parking attendant is never in booth. Have to wait extended amount of time, today she was just walking around on her cell phone while I waited for 15 minutes for someone to take my money to park. You have one job! I had to call someone from office building with contract parking to let me in instead.

  • Alex Cruz

At the time of this review..I went to go see Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse But the speakers in theatre 3 were horrible. The treble and was horrendous and lack of bass due to the diminishing equipment, I could only stand it for a few minutes. Left to go watch it at a different movie theatre.

  • Priscilla Rodriguez

Outdated movie theater. Seats are old and do not recline like newer theaters. Popcorn was freshly popped (yet still stale) maybe old kernels. Carpet from the 90’s throughout. And you pay for parking. Pass on this theater. You’ll find newer theaters that invest in their seating and food quality.

  • Karen Vaden (Taste of the Strand)

It made for a good day out. Two things that would have made this experience much better #1) parking garage attached to the movie theater was $5.00 and #2 The seats were not too bad, and comfortable, but once you are spoiled by the reclining style seats there's just nothing like it!

  • S Lewis

I just paid a lot of money plus food to be shown commercials gor the first time in my life in s cinems. Trailers are one thing. Now its ads. I won't be back. Will verify which theatets do this or avoid all cinema theaters. Pushing me too fsr. Hope your new business model fails big.

  • Andrew K

Nice theater but come on, $12 for a ticket and still forced to watch a straight 15 minutes of commercials before the film starts? If one has to watch 15 minutes of paid ads, the tickets should be half that price Edited to add, 2 pm showtime and it’s 2:25 and still watching ads

  • Henry Saravia

Had a great experience at this theater. It was very cold and cozy; the staff were very friendly. The only negative comment on my part is the paid parking, but that is kind of expected considering the area the theater is in. I had a blast here and hope to come again soon.

  • Yebine Yabi

Alot of theaters rooms. The parking is the only thing you have to pay for besides the tickets of course. You can park in the back of the theater but not in the shopping center parking lot. You'll get towed. Other then that it's a nice movie theater. I like going there.

  • RICH LUX SHOPPING

I have no idea why the security made us park across the street on a Wednesday night at 10:00pm??? And so we did and made us miss the movie beginning and could not get snacks because we had to walk! Across the street in summer hot night I hate this place so much!

  • Thomas Barrientos

My new favorite theater in the Houston area;all the staff are well trained and answer any question one might have. The variety of movies is great and there is something for everyone to enjoy!!!!! BRAVO to the management and staff of this great movie theatre!!!!

  • Sarah Yip

I had a good time at this theater, although you’ll need to keep track of where you park in the garage! And there are barely any parking spots not inside the garage. The food was pretty good and the seats were comfortable. There’s a decent sized bar here too.

  • Ethan E

This theater is a hidden gem. It is rarely crowded! Even for premier weekends and this is something that is very important to me when it comes to choosing theaters! I have been a long time customer and plan to use this theater for all future movie trips

  • Ruben Guerra

The location lacks parking to an extent, the theaters were clean, the lobby looks very presentable and well maintained. The only true complaint id have are the prices. This places is pretty pricey at $13 a ticket and $6 for the smallest coke size.

  • Relii Cabrales

Everything in this theater is outdated. The seats were dirty, the place need a serious face lift and they charge for parking. We had no issues at the movies and the bartender was nice but other than that they should definitely fix this place up!

  • Jacob Borum

$11.36 for a matinee ticket?! That's outrageous, especially since there was trash left over from the last showing. Disgusting! If I'd wanted to deal with that I would've gone to an AMC. I was at the 1:05 showing today (Friday) of Past Lives.

  • SoSo At Best

It's never fun having to pay for parking. I understand the area of town and all that, but there's plenty of theaters where you don't have to pay. Seats are still old school style. I've spent the same amount of money elsewhere and had a much

  • Laci Meadows (Laci Evans)

I was reluctant to go here because of the reviews, but I'm glad we went. We had a blast. It gave me retro vibes like the movie theaters would look like in movies 20 years ago. I liked it. We saw FNAF, and it was great. Not too crowded, and

  • Thing Whas

What an awful way to see a great movie. This theater, at least theater 6, was in terrible disrepair. First, this is Houston. A humid, stale-air room is just about the worst sin you can commit as a theater. I kept checking my seat to see if

  • Brianna Hamilton

Just got into this theater and it's absolutely disgusting in here. The seats, floors, arm rests. Just gross. When I walked in, I was hit with a thick, warm air that smelled like urine. They also charge $5 for parking. Won't be coming back.

  • Cheryl Smith

Very nice and huge place. Lines for snacks and drinks move fast. Would like gloves for getting popcorn. Everyone hands touch the popcorn when filling buckets. If you pay online for the wrong location, they will fix that, which was great.

  • drijam

Rewards, excellent, get the app! These rewards yield free tickets, popcorn, & drinks which help cut the cost of these expensive items. Also, choose you seat ahead of time, no lines! Loads of drink choices, stale, but edible popcorn. You

  • Sebastian Covington

Going to the movies is always a great time. Edwards Greenway has always been a staple in my life and I usually enjoy my experience! We saw the Super Mario Bros Movie and the service was alright. They really need popcorn seasoning/salt.

  • Jennifer Herrera

They have good food compared to the other Regal theater on Katy Freeway. The place isn't comfortable until you walk in and are greeted by a woman that is not very happy. Oh well maybe one day they will improve the cold atmosphere.

  • Fred Harris

I was impressed with the new state of the art sound system and picture in the special theater. The staff was very polite. If you can get over paying a $5.00 parking fee. A plus is that there is roaming security in the lot

  • Josh Coyle

Super hot and muggy in theaters. Inquired with staff and was told AC was out. It’s 100 degrees outside and the theater was totally filled with people for barbeniemer… Had to get a refund. would recommend another theater

  • Peter Schaeffer

Great movie theater. Parking is easy, but not free. Generally it costs $5 to park. Very convenient location. Easy to get to. The actual theaters are pretty good. You can get all of the showtimes and buy tickets online.

  • PKU阿德

I borrowed a caption viewing device from the theater. After the movie ended, a couple stopped me and accused me of recording the movie. Although I explained many times that's for subtitle, they didn't quite trust me.

  • Edward Shea

Great theater. Always clean and so are the restrooms. You pay $5 for parking but it's covered and keeps your car safe. Also, from your car to the theatre it's covered and you just take the elevator to the main floor.

  • Patrick Bush

It’s a movie theater. Big reserved seats, the smell of popcorn and the 90s nostalgia. You pay for parking (unless you find street parking) but totally worth it. It’s the closest local movie theater around the area.

  • Noemi Duran

I got to see Black Phone!!! Movie was very great like a good movie since the pandemic and everything!! Customer service was very nice and friendly! Seat reservations too so no issues! Edwards has upgraded a lot.

  • Simon Walder

This place sucks. Every time you go here it takes 15 minutes to just get into the parking garage. It always takes so long and half the time it’s the reason we don’t have time to get snacks before the movie

  • Brennan Maggard

Paid $21 to see Oppenheimer in their “premium” RPX, yet the picture wasn’t lined up on the screen (bleeding over into the wall) and there were ripples all over the screen. Also was like 80° in there.

  • Joseph Ramirez

The seats are old school. Which is probably why they have stains and dust all over them . I think these seats gave me COVID , they have 4 generations of skin cells and grime on them . Very unclean

  • Axel and Mom adventures

Its not a big Theater but is nice. We went to see Freedom. I recommend this place. Parking is $5 general and $10 vip. Free popcorn refill if you get the big bucket. Quality of the movie was good.

  • Allison Audelo

The sound quality in the theater (#1) was awful—extremely muffled and difficult to understand. You get a better experience watching a movie on your iPhone. Not at all worth the $18 plus parking.

  • Travis L McIntire

Great Theater in the heart of the Greenway Plaza Area. Huge parking garage ($5 pay as you enter) with easy access to the cinema. The staff are helpful and the concessions are plentiful. Enjoy!

  • Angie

Theatre 17 smelled so incredibly musty and the AC did not work properly. For the paid parking and ticket price point, I was dissatisfied with my entire experience. Extremely outdated facility.
