We visit this theatre a lot when a major family type production comes out like tonight’s Jurassic Park opener, it’s easy to park, the facility isn’t over sized & kid friendly yet the class of customers attracted to the facility aren’t the over bearing ones where you can actually enjoy the viewing , there is a bar with screens & tables when you walk in while you wait for the show time & even though there are a lot of great restaurants in the outdoor mall area I’ve never been disappointed in the food served yet I’m not into the full size meals offered, the seats don’t recline but are comfortable, over all this theatre is number 2 out of 4 of my favorite dine in movie theaters primarily based on the ease of access and cleanliness of the theatre and my personal pet peeve the bathrooms, I would like to see more friendly foods in eatable sizes at lower prices yet on the gourmet size- I went down a star because they removed the ultimate chips and queso - the waitress said it was removed because of covid? Now it’s just salsa and cheese, literally destroyed me, Follow up 2021: they did remodels and seats have foot lifts and they have premium seating as well but still no ultimate Queso ☹️ but still my number 1 go too theatre

This is my favorite place to watch movies. Recommended for family and dates. excellency choice if you do not have time to eat at a restaurant before your movie. The building is beautiful the interior is decorated like a Hollywood theater. You walk in on a red carpet with classic movie mosaic murals on the walls. Which leads to an elegant bar and large comfortable area with seats to enjoy before your movie. The whole theater is kept very clean. Inside the theaters the sound is top notice and the screen quality is excellent. Seat are extremely comfortable recliners. I didn’t realize how much I enjoy having a leg rest while watching a movie until I went here. The private seating booths are a big bonus for date night. the small divider walls, blankets and free popcorn (comes with private booth only) are just the right touches to make a date special. The food prices are a litter higher then the average restaurant but not ridiculously priced. Good selection and quality, I’ve had about half the menu so far and haven’t had anything I didn’t like. Servers are fairly quick, professional,and discrete. They always bring your check before the end so you are not waiting around on them.

Took advantage of the $3 special on September 3rd. The staff was magnificent all the around from the time entering the theater until leaving. We were greeted warmly and with a smile upon entering. The young lady let us know exactly where each of our movies were located since we pre-purchased tickets for three movies. The food and drink service while viewing the movies were impeccable. Once pushing the button to get service, someone promptly came to take our order. Not too long after that, our order arrived. The food was absolutely delicious. We had the Southwest Eggrolls and the Tripple Dipper (Chicken Tenders, Fried Cheese, and Fried Pickles). This was my first time ever having fried pickles and I was very pleased with them. I was expecting the slices, but they were the spears. After finishing the third movie, it was still a little early and we decided to watch a fourth movie. The four movies we watched were Bullet Train, Top Gun, The Invitation, and Honk for Jesus. It was a great overall experience and very well kept theater.

Beautiful place with comfortable seating and tables. I enjoy the ambience, but I was not happy with the quality of the food or the service experience. I would love to see an option for pre-ordering food before you take your seat. I did not enjoy having the staff kneel next to me during the movie - it felt awkward, and I avoided using the call button when we needed something. The staff is very professional, prompt, and kind; however, I prefer to have less up-close-and-personal service. Also, the food was priced at a premium, but the quality was low for our nachos and popcorn with specialty seasoning. The popcorn was cold and over-salty, in my opinion. The special seasoning comes in cup that you sprinkle on top, which makes it all fall to the bottom of the bowl. Overall, it was not worth the extra cost for the premium seating and nice environment, in my opinion. I would go back, but will not be ordering food or beverages.

Terrible movie-watching experience, it may look nice but don’t be fooled. I was able to hear the film playing in the next theater over better than the one I paid to watch. And god-forbid you want to watch a movie solo because the best seats in every theater are exclusively sold in pairs. Every time I want to give this theater the benefit of the doubt and every time I am seriously disappointed. The food is overpriced, the waitstaff is oblivious to the fact that they’re in a movie theater, and the sound is always awful. I guess if you don't care about quality this place is fine, but if you actually care about the movie you’re trying to watch, I sincerely recommend you take your business elsewhere.

Great VIP seating!! My party sat in C5/C6 for the 5:45p Blue Beatle. The movie was awesome!! Unfortunately, I waited way too long for my bottled water that was ordered with my meal. I reminded my waiter, politely, and when the waitress brought my popcorn after finishing my meal, I inquired again. She stated that the bar brings those. After another 15 minutes I spoke with the manager. She was more interested in what the waitress looked like, rather than fixing my issue. I finally received my bottled water soon afterwards without even an apology…thanks for the “stellar” customer service.

Honestly, i should've just gone to a regular movie somewhere else. The service wasnt good, the food was mediocre at best. i would love to be like “well, its movie theater food,” but i paid $50 for 2 drinks, a small pizza, and loaded fries. The sprite tastes like pure carbonation. The bacon and cheese on the pizza tasted super fake. The fries were well seasoned, but the cheese ruined them. The tickets were $40 for 2 seats and neither of the heaters worked, server was very good looking, but the whole experience was less than average. it felt unfulfilling.

I love coming here. My favorite are the Loaded Fries and Nachos. Coke Zero and White Cherry Ice taste great. Chicken and Waffles were the driest waffles and chicken I have ever had, would skip them. Cheese Pizza and Pepperoni Pizza are really bland. Wish the sauce was more flavorful. It's cooked perfectly well and good portion, but it's very bland. The Banna Frech Toast is awesome. It is sticky, warm, sweet, crispy and soft. And the strawberries are a great fresh compliment.

I booked my tickets to the wrong location. The girl in the front was so easy to work with. She gave us a pause into the theater because I did it online the seats were amazing you could recline and kick up your feet. Since we booked for the wrong location, we were 15 minutes late and didn't order any food but we seen servers walking back-and-forth delivering food. Very easy to work on the app and the cinema is quite quiet. Restrooms are really nice and staff very friendly.

Would not let me watch any movie because my friend didn’t have her id. The woman would not accept a picture and I showed her mine and at the time I was a few weeks short of being 18 and my friend was 19 (not that it mattered to her). The woman did not care and gave us a refund and refused to give me a refund receipt. The movie we were watching was also pg. I have never heard of a movie theater that does not allow 18 year olds to watch any movie without an id.

Great place! Chicken tenders are my favorite! It's a bit pricey, so I will usually go to the regular movie theater. The chairs need some attention. The heating feature sometimes works, mostly not. Some seats don't move back at all. I think they should have bigger bowls for the popcorn, having to call for refills more frequently because they're so small. If the food was a bit cheaper, I would go more often to this theater.

Another favorite spot to enjoy a movie and food. Glad they revamped the food and dishes here as the quality has gone back up from where they were. The bad: Wish the seats reclined more and heaters worked. But over all a great experience. Service is good, priced a little on the higher side, typical person will spend about $30-40 to come eat and watch a movie. Parking can be a hassle due to it being connected with the mall.

This was our first time visiting Star Cinema Grill and we were thoroughly impressed! First off, highly highly recommend pod seats! It offers a private and intimate moving watching experience, complimentary blanket, and unlimited popcorn! It is pricy but worth it. The staff was friendly and prompt, our tables were a little dirty and could be cleaned better but that didn’t effect our experience of the movie!

Overall, this place was pretty good. The food was good and the service was great. They only knocks I have is that we got the pod, and it just seemed a little run down. My chair was lacking some cushion and rocked back like it was not surred properly. The around was also not great and borderline terrible. It sounds loud and tinny. Audio is half the experience, and this one needs an overhaul.

Omg I’m so glad I picked Star Cinema at Baybrook Mall in Webster Texas. Laska was amazing with helping me with my son and nephews event. I mean she even mad sure they had a red carpet. The staff was great from what I was told. I did this party from overseas being deployed is hard enough but Laska was there with me from the beginning. THANK YOU SO MUCH ‼️‼️‼️‼️

Beautiful theater, food is about what is expected. But the front rows are ridiculous. You can’t see the screen. They need to remove these rows, or decrease the width of walkway behind. Usually don’t mind front rows, but this is horrible. If only front row is left for a movie you want to see…wait or go somewhere else. Totally ruined the movie for our family.

This place is the definition of convenience. Great food every time, love that we don't have to get up at all once we're seated. The recliners are comfy and I love to take off my shoes, eat, relax and watch a movie. It's my favorite date night with the husband & I'm not even a movie goer lol. I just love the atmosphere and how comfy the whole experience is.

Excellent place for a movie. On a date, hanging with the bestie or just spending time with family. Big comfy seats, good menu of items. Best thing is, if you come with children, no worries, just find your seat and the server will come to u and take your order, bring it and pay Right in the comfort of ur seat.. Simple, sit back and enjoy the evening.

I’d never been here before and it was a great birthday surprise for me from my friends. The food was good, really good. We had the waiter bring us more of just about everything. The movie was good too. The place was clean, the chairs roomy and comfortable. Staff was prompt and courteous. I can’t wait for somebody’s birthday to go back!

The new updated cinema is fantastic. Now we are ruined for any other theater. We sit in the 2 seats with the walls on each side of us. Free popcorn and blanket is a plus. The server taking our payment at the beginning is a game changer, Thank you for that. We appreciate the great service we have received every time.

Love this place! Online fees and all! The drinks aren’t strong so be prepared to add some shots in it. The food is great! Their BBQ pulled pork sandwiches and French fries are the best! Hot wings are also good. The nachos are a hit or miss. The strawberry, walnut and chicken salad is refreshing and delicious.

Came here for a comedy show. Staff were all very kind and quick with our orders. Food was amazing - chicken wrap and a club sandwich. The seating was incredibly comfortable. Grateful for heated seats, as it was a little too cold for me. Next time, I'll wear long pants and bring a jacket. A fun night out overall

I went to see that fnaf movie as I was being held hostage by one of my best friends. I walked out stanning Chica, regretting I gave money to that freak who created fnaf and being astonished as to why I dropped so much money on food but that pizza did have me in a chokehold along with the icee so worth tbh.

First of all let me say best movie theater you could ever go to. I been a long customer with studio movie grill and I been ripping myself off. This is the theater I been missing my whole life! Very well kept, staff is super friendly and professional. Enjoyed the option to get seats with privacy, also came with a small blanket and small popcorn. Popcorn was the perfect amount of salt and butter and their Sunday was big enough to spit. Cocktails are fun and tasty.

Had not been here in years. Finally came here Wednesday 11/22. We bought the pod section. We were the LAST ones in our row to finally get served after waving down the waiter, when we had our light on as soon as we sat down. Service was horrible for us. Last time for me.
