I had an absolutely awful experience today 7/16/23 at Cinemark Tinseltown 290 and I strongly advise against visiting this theater. I paid extra for D-box moving seats for myself and my partner, only to find out that only my seat worked. None of the other seats in our row, or even the empty row behind us, functioned properly. It was a complete disappointment. To make matters worse, when I went to speak with a manager about the issue, I had to wait several minutes for someone who wasn't even a decision-making manager to address my concerns. After explaining the situation, this individual had to go upstairs, leaving me waiting for an additional 5-6 minutes. Shockingly, they never returned. Feeling frustrated and having wasted so much time, I decided to leave and seek a refund for the faulty seats. However, my partner and I were met by a group of three staff members who informed us that only replacement tickets could be offered. They pointed out the fine print on the back of our ticket stating that all sales are final with no refunds. This felt like a bait and switch tactic, leaving us with no recourse. What if I were to return and find the seats still malfunctioning? The lack of empathy from the staff was disheartening, and I was never given the opportunity to speak with an executive or a member of management who could address our concerns. Adding to the disappointing experience, my partner informed me that the bathrooms were out of order and lacked basic hygiene amenities like soap. This negligence further added to the subpar conditions of the theater. Instead, I strongly recommend choosing Regal theaters, such as Marq*E on i10 and Silber. Their commitment to customer satisfaction and superior facilities is far superior. Save yourself the trouble, skip Cinemark Tinseltown 290. This place is an absolute letdown with broken equipment, terrible customer service, and a complete absence of refunds.
Worst experience at a movie theater ever! If you plan to watch a movie, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I had a horrible experience with the person called “Vasquez” attending me at the bar on July 24th. I’m a 27 year old and I look as such (unfortunately), but I had to hear the unprofessional so called “manager” say I wasn’t going to fool him with my ID. To be honest, this has never happened to me before so at first I was speechless and explained that my ID is an official document issued by the USA government (which’s clear). As an attorney I reminded the person which documents are acceptable as an ID by the federal laws and I was extremely disrespected. Just for clarification, I didn’t have my driver’s license with me and I presented my work permit (because I’m a foreigner) issued by the US. Although the bartender was poorly trained to deal with public, all of the rest about this movie theater makes this place a “don’t go to”. Smoke everywhere INSIDE the place, long wait for buying anything, extremely dirty restrooms… clearly the type of place you wonder if you should hide your jewelry. Not coming back ever and definitely not letting any of my friends stepping over this place. P.S.: I know many people think the theaters with dining service are expensive, they’re about the same price of this ghetto place. So instead of having the worst experience here, check something like Star Grill, or anything but here!
Came here to see the limited screening of Porco Rosso by GKIDS which was supposed to start at 4. It’s now 4:30 and the projector is still not on - no sound, no ads or trailers, completely blank screen in silence. One of us called the front 15 mins ago and they said they would send someone down to our theater, but no one’s come yet. Parts of our seats and the floor on our row are wet and sticky. None of the old hand dryers in the nearby bathroom work. UPDATE: 36 minutes in they started the subbed version when they’re supposed to be playing the dubbed version. 10 mins into the movie something went wrong, the projector turned off and the lights came on, and they had to start the whole thing over and fast forward back to where we were in the movie. At this point a staff member came into the theater for the first and only time and apologized. After the movie no one came to explain or give us vouchers or anything. Just to be clear, this was literally the ONLY chance this year to see Porco Rosso at a movie theater in English. And they showed the Japanese version instead. We did not get what we paid for, and any of us who still want to see Porco Rosso in theaters in English will have to wait until next year and hope GKIDS does another screening.
Went to go see "The Sound of Freedom" today. It was the 10:45 a.m. showing. They had the film playing in the very last showroom of that section of the building, #15. Upon entering the showroom from the air-conditioned hall, we immediately began to sweat. It was noticeably hot. NOT just warmer BUT hot! Hotter than any other theater in that wing. How do I know? I left the previews and walked into the rest of the showrooms! Almost all of which were empty or near-empty and substantially cooler. I then went to the main lobby area to speak with a manager. I was told that they have been assured that the a/c was working but because of how hot it is in Texas, the outer showrooms could only cool down so much. " We're doing all we can." I was assured. This would make sense, except for the fact that the hall immediately outside our showroom was PERFECTLY cool. Even when you stood right next to the exit door that is 4 feet from the showroom door. There have been similar reports all over SM about horrible experiences when going to see this movie. I will not attempt to vouch for the validity of any but my own experience! Riddle me this TINSELTOWN, why would you be showing the #1 movie in the country in the hottest showroom in the building?
Right at the top I will say that I am a big fan of an old theater, so my perception is a bit skewed! I love that this place feels like it hasn’t changed since the 90s, but that does come with some drawbacks. The restroom was not clean and was a little scary, and for some reason one of the hallways smells kind of like mildew. BUT the theater I watched my movie in was clean and had the big seats that recline and are heated, so that was a HUGE plus. The rows in that specific theater were also large, so you were not close to people in the row in front of or behind you, which made the movie experience more immersive. There were two guys who scanned my QR-code ticket, which I bought online. I said “hi!” when I walked up, and neither of them replied, so I said “oh y’all don’t say hi?” They both were like “oh sorry! Hi! We’re distracted.” Which was a strange response, but okay. Anyway, please never change the decor of this place!!!!!!! I’m so sad with what has happened to the old Edwards theaters and how they’ve painted over the hilariously amazing/borderline creepy murals of old movies and movie stars. I love the charm of this place and how it still feels like a movie theater.
I worked here around 5-6 years ago as my first job. Absolute horrible people. I was terminated due to a emergency and missing ONE day, due to a family emergency (I hadn’t missed any days prior) trust me I was the most polite person ever. On my first week of working there I even got recognition because a woman came in to the theater and asked me for some soap she was gonna wash in the restroom and I offered to give it a good wash for her, she was so delighted that she asked me for my manager/boss. They celebrated this accomplishment by gathering everyone to sing a song and then give me a bear, take a picture with it and then take it away after the picture. very embarrassing. How’d I get terminated when I was above the best they had there and I was only 16 while others were 21+ and had horrible attitudes. The boss that sits in the room upstairs with her little window, yea she’s the worst. Not sure if she still works there but horrible person. This job will expect you to do the most for their company while paying you nothing.
Slow service... they have plenty of food service areas but only use 1 for primary concessions. The last time I went, the cashier who helped my family, who were seeing a different movie than I, gave us a hard time when I presented my Cinemark info for points. He was confused but eventually figured out the transaction. Usually we have good, but very slow service. The bathrooms were extremely dirty and nasty this Memorial Day 2023. I understand it's busier than normal, but they management should plan for that and have someone attending and cleaning the bathrooms regularly. I do not recommend this theartre unless it's the closest to you. The sound and picture are good, average, and the concessions are average. We went to this tgeatre because they had Little Mermaid in Español for the fam and the Fast X movie for me running around the same time. It was a convenience play for us, and I guess that's a pro for this theatre. Lots of movies and show times.
Every visit I have had here has only resulted in failure. The first visit I had included people sitting in my seat knowing the film was brand NEW and was going to be full and worst of all the seats weren’t even reclining so my head was in a awkward position the entire time. Those seats aren’t made to be watched in normal stance. They are made to be reclined. Then I decided to give it a go and paid extra for XD, and what do ya know? The projector wasn’t working properly and the screen kept dimming and getting brighter and white spots were appearing all over the screen. Some of the staff aren’t made to work under pressure during busy hours, but overall they get the job done. The place looks good and it definitely is a beautiful theater but if only they would keep up with the seats and projectors. This is why its so cheap. It’s outdated!!!
I see are a lot of reviews, and really no other options in the area, but my movie going experience was sub-par. There was no one for my to purchase tickets, and when i asked no one knew how i purchase a ticket until i found the kiosk, but thats fine. Then the gentleman working November 3rd at 1pm-3pm was not steller. First told me he couldn't do butter on the popcorn, said I want a refund then, and then all of a sudden they had butter and he actually was really nice, so not really so much on him. When I went to go get a refill on my large popcorn/drink, I was then informed they don't do refills anymore. Theater is fine, seats are fine, but the overall experience was definitely subpar. Get them some staff. One person can't run the whole thing.
The theater was nice. The seats were very comfortable. Large recliner seats with heathers, which is a major plus in the movie industry. Fairly clean, good prices, and not busy at the time when I arrived. The main lobby and concession counters were decently clean but I had notice some trash and marks within the lobby space. Not as bad, but the cleanliness could be better. But the condition of the interior is in good shape and well cared for. The people at the counter was very nice when I was ordering some snacks - great mood and professional with the customer. Overall my visit here was decent - some areas needed improvements - but the small cons wasn't detrimental as I had a good time. Hence the reason for my 3/5 rating - could've been better.
The fire alarm went off within the first 10 minutes of our movie. They told us it could be hours before we could get back in, so we we planned to ask for refunds on the app. We couldn’t get refunds at that time because they made us stand far away from the building, which is understandable. Nope. $50 in tickets, $50+ in food and drinks food, and my favorite pair of sunglasses left in a cup holder , gone. The employee that answered the phone was insanely rude and asked, “why wouldn’t you just get refunds at the window when it happened?” That answer should be obvious. We are so incredibly disappointed. We come here at least twice a month. Never again.
Been checking this place out for a decade now. They updated the seats to reclining which is nice, especially with the movable armrests. Honestly I'd recommend this theater any day of the week, but recently noticed very poor air ventilation at the lobby. I guess that's not so bad considering how much popcorn is produced a day here, but it's generally unpleasant to see it get worse this year over any of the last 9 years I've visited them for. Also, the entrance from 290 is quick so you might miss it. Regardless take your time, previews can start from the time your ticket states and last up to 20 minutes.
It's a good place, you can charge your Tesla or any electric car, it has a huge parking, the theater is very nice but the service have some details for that my 3 ⭐, I bought a combo large popcorn and large coke and as always I use my Cinemark code and when i was pay I notice the discount wasn't applied, so i comment this to the cashier and his answer was "well like everything sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't" i don't think this is a fear answer because is my money not his money, I didn't continue because was a long line and the movie was starting but i don't think that is the service expected
My husband and I purchased tickets to watch The Sound of Freedom with our daughter. Upon entering we were told our showroom was unusually hot and that our tickets would be refunded, we declined and decided to watch the movie anyways, it was indeed incredibly hot but we made it through the movie. We went to check the temp in a different showroom and to our surprise it was perfectly cool. Do not recommend this theater since they boycotted a movie raising awareness about child sex trafficking, I don’t want to even phantom that they might support child sex trafficking.
The vast majority of these reviews have GOT to be fake. The woman in the box office was asleep and we had to yell hello to wake her up. The theatre was ABSOLUTELY FILTHY, I am not sure they even clean once a day. They absolutely do NOT clean the theatres after each showing. There were cups, used napkins, pickle wrappers, half empty nacho cheese cups, just in our row alone. Both my mom and I had to throw trash out of our seats. Totally unacceptable and frankly disgusting. The bathroom was no better with popcorn all over the floor and toilet paper.
Cool staff. Cheap tickets. Matinee prices for adults go for $5.50. There is assigned seating, thankfully. They have “Luxury Loungers”, and they’re comfy. And as of January 2020 in good shape. They almost appear brand new. If you want a quiet movie experience I highly suggest you go during the middle of the day during the work week while everyone else is at work or school. A bonus, there are some restaurant options in the adjoining shopping center. I recommend you give this theater a try, and like always, enjoy.
Easily the worst theater experience I've ever had. Start off the usher work the counter couldn't pour drinks properly and didn't know what a water cup was. Than when we get to our theater the seat was broken in half. On top of it being uncomfortable warm, everyone was talking. Mrs. Ruckess was the only helpful member of the staff. The lady taking the tickets who didn't have a name tag but the refund ticket has her as Frocha was not only a liar with a bad attitude but didn't want to help us. Will not be going back.
I hate this place they are understaff and the staff they do have at the concestionstands are always extremely rude. The entire place is dirty, restrooms smell like urine and dirty mop water. The food and snacks they sell always taste stale and the butter and seasoning section off to the side is always full of trash and butter on the floor. Half the reclining seats don't work and multiple times I've been here and either a speaker doesnt work or there is a dead spot on the screen. Lots of parking avaliable.
The theatre in nice and comfy, but the area is questionable as my catalytic converters, two of them, were cut off very cleanly and stolen while we watched the Avatar movie. There was even police presence but they still did it. I noticed two females just standing by in the parking area, talking to each other as we walked into the theatre so who knows. Nice theatre but such a bad experience/area. I even parked just two lanes right in front of the main entrance. Will not go back any time soon. Sorry.
The movie theater is great, but the security and manager are awful. In 2 separate occasions, my windows were smashed in an attempt to steal something. When I told the security about this, he said he couldn't do anything about it. Also this new manager is very rude to the employees. Like there is no reason to scream at the employee in front of other customers. Also, I witnessed the manager throw away one of the employee's personal cups and told them they weren't allowed to drink water during work.
5 stars, because I enjoy this theater and their good Matinee prices. I’m here today for the 945am showing of Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3.. seems like the power went out in the entire building at 12:20pm - and we’re still waiting on Management in Theater 9 UPDATE: After the staff returned the film to the original spot before the power went out, some customers must’ve complained so bad they gave us Rainy Day passes. Still don’t know what happened at the end of the film lmfao
I enjoy coming to this theater location. The ticket prices are very reasonable compared to Edwards Cinema & AMC The main lobby, concession counter, restrooms, and theater rooms are very clean. The concession food such as Angus Hotdogs, popcorn are very fresh. The concession workers are also very good at their jobs. I also enjoy the lounge chairs in the theaters... They recline and have heat for the back, which feels really good. The seats each have cup holders as well.
Recliner seats are the only saving grace for this place. It never fails that when I come there is someone chatting or playing on their phone during the movie. This last time someone brought their very young child to a 3 hour movie, so she walked around and made noise the last hour… someone on my row kept opening there bright phone, and a group behind me was chatting during the whole movie… this is the third experience I’ve had like this here. Won’t come back.
Me and family come to this location all the time. However last Sunday was the worst. I've never seen the theatre so dirty. Not sure who was in charge that night but multiple people had to ask if workers could come and clean their chairs and aisle. I guess the crew didnt clean in between screen times. Really couldn't enjoy my movie sitting in a dirty chair and atmosphere. Plus theatre lights came on during the last 15 minutes of the movie
Clean facility. Comfortable seats that recline. Staffers whom I talked to all were very nice and friendly. Picture and sound quality were excellent. Matinee price was good. Want to go back and try some of the food and drink. They have some interesting snacks and alcoholic beverages as well as the usual theater food. Also was pleasantly surprised that they had a few seasonal decorations in the lobby, which made this place personable.
There’s a misconception about this particular location. It’s one of the newly renovated Cinemark within the city of Houston. Has all the new amenities and the XD screen. I’ve only been there in matinees because it’s not busy, I can’t comment on night schedules. But all theatre rooms have the luxury lounges, I always preorder online through the app and have my op corn and beverages ready to pick up when I arrive. Totally recommend
Had a showtime for 7:30. Got to the theater 20 minutes early and waited in line at the concession stand to get popcorn and a drink. After 50 mins of waiting in line still I gave up since I had already missed 30 mins of the movie. They refused to give me a refund since the showtime had passed. Concession needs to be managed better to get people in and out faster.
Cinemark Tinseltown Houston 290 and XD is a great option for moviegoers in the Houston area. The theaters are comfortable, the staff is friendly, and the prices are reasonable. I would definitely recommend this theater to anyone looking for a good movie-going experience. We came here for Barbie movie but unfortunately there is no Photo Booth to take picture…
Terrible experience!! I’ve been going here for years!! Ever since I was a kid. I finally get to watch “sound of freedom” and the staff decides that turn the AC off, why would you do that to your customers over a movie? Absolutely terrible. Worst experience ever but we stuck it out and watched a very informative movie. Y’all should be ashamed .
I went to watch Barbie, the movie, with my siblings and the people working there were kind, the tickets were only 7 dollars/ticket , it was cheapest than the other cinema companies at the city, but the conditioner air was not working, so it was to hot. I have to say that the food inside is pricey, but, it’s the same in all of the cinemas .
When we got to our seats, another couple was already there and one of them was in one of our seats, and our popcorn and drink were delivered to the other people because they were in the wrong seat. We had to go see about getting our drink and popcorn, then the manager came to make sure we were in our right seats, and of course we were.
I always order my tickets online it’s always a faster and easier way. Just come in an a helpful employee will scan ur code on mobile device. Lines at the snacks seem long but the wait time be very short 2-4min wait. People are always nice and gets ur snacks out fast. Movie rooms does instead to get cold to bring ur jacket or blanket.
When we went to watch a movie, the theater was not clean. There was popcorn on the seats around us and liquids inside the cup holders. It was pretty warm in there as they have been having AC issues for a while now. The bathrooms smelled pretty bad. The seat are comfortable and the sound is great. Just gotta keep it clean.
HORRIBLE they always have an excuse for them not having A/C it’s hot as heck in Houston that’s something you should have working at all times. Then says if it’s uncomfortable you can ask for a refund like come on now y’all if y’all broke just say that! Their popcorn is TRASH and they don’t keep up on the cleanliness.
I like that I can order my tickets and food on line and its ready when I get there .this visit gets 4 stars because the AC was not working and the lady told me I could not get a refund.this should have been told to be me at the window when I checked in .I still enjoyed myself tho , nothing like going to the movies
What's there not to love about your neighborhood movie theater. No it's not an iPic experience but the movie tickets are very reasonably priced, concessions give me what I need, the seats recline, sound quality is good and I like to go here every Monday for what I call "Movie Mondays". Great family place!
The chairs are very comfortable, you can turn on the seat warmer and recline. The lines outside was long and the 2 employees at the ticket window was moving slow. They have 8 or 10 snack lines but only four open. So you must get there early or you will miss the first part of the movie waiting in line.
The luxury seating was great. Cinema room was clean. Bathroom was not squeaky clean. I know there's 100 people an hour eating junk food using them but, for the most part it was decent. Overall the experience was great! We got a free movie poster which was a bonus! I give it 5 stars for that. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I have been coming to this theatre for years! They never disappoint! They have awesome snacks, the service and staff is always friendly! Love the XD digital with an amazing screen and sound for a reasonable price! Restroom and theatre always clean! Keep up the great work Tinseltown …
Hadn't been to an inside movie in years. Went to see A Man Named Otto (which was fabulous). Hardly anyone was there. The seating has been upgraded to such comfort. If I had been with a date it would have been hard for an arm around my shoulder, hold hands or touch each other's knees. LOL
Went to see the Flash in XD. Food from the studio was pretty good. I had the Buffalo loaded fries they were worth the amount you get. The loaded nachos not so much, and the mozzarella sticks definitely a no, but the game room was fun. Theater had a great sound, comfy seat and clean.
Even though they have been here FOREVER they still keep up with the new. Seats are great roomy recliners with your own heaters to regulate. Theatre's are clean, snacks are snackin', and staff is friendly except the police officer that trys to do everything but his job to patrol.
Went to the premiere of The Creator. The theater was clean but had many broken seats, or they halfway worked, meaning the leg rests would partially raise, but the chair would not recline. Some didn't work at all. Enjoyed the movie in spite of the chair technical malfunction.
XD screens are pretty sweet, love the lounging chairs. Often dirty though. Also don't know why they have the pickup option for concessions, the only time they've actually had it ready when they were supposed to was once during a matinee. If you're going at night, forget it.
GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! We went here to watch Sound of Freedom and they turned the AC off on us. Even worse, when we went to tell them that the AC was off they ruthlessly told us that there was nothing they could do about it. It was Inhumane, no one should be treated this way.
I feel like it’s a pretty run-of-mill theater. The seats are nice and recline, and it is kept clean. It is older but renovated. If you get the large drink and/or popcorn you can get a free refill. All of the arcade games are a dollar a piece, which feels very expensive.
Decent theater, had a really bad experience watching The Meg 2, the room was ridiculously hot and my seat was sunken in, but thats only happened once. I returned to watch the Coraline remaster earlier this week and there were no A/C issues, at least in the room i was in
I have come here a couple of times with friends. This is a really nice theatre with very comfortable HEATED seats that recline for a REALLY REALLY good price. I love that they offer hot Cheetos with melted cheese (drool) so delicious! Sound and video quality is great!
Worst experience ever!! There’s a first time for everything! We were enjoying the movie, and suddenly the AC goes off!! Never came back. No explanations given. Just one of the hottest nights of this particularly warm summer. Don’t come here: Don’t repeat my mistake.
First time at this location to see the re-release of Coraline. Our recliners (3) did not work and it was extremely uncomfortable to sit through the movie. The manager, Washington, was very understanding and helped us out. Thank you for your great customer service.
We were in theater 15 today at 2:00 to watch a movie which we enjoyed. However, the air wasn’t working and we had to sweat during the entire film! When I talked to the crew they said they knew and we’re sorry.., blah blah blah! Not happy and will not return!
My go to on Saturday or Sunday morning. Great prices and good menu from their mini restaurant area! Plus you can seat and eat if you want in the seating area. Always one for the win with this one. The arcade is a great thing for the kiddos after the movie.
The theater was a bit dirty. I'm not sure if it's due to a large crowd or if the management wasn't concerned. They might be experiencing issues with the A/C as it was quite hot inside. I would suggest to check about the room before purchasing tickets.
I will never go back to this movie theater again. They allowed a Karen to control them and ruined my experience. They should have put her out, but instead, they did everything to make her happy and to the determination of everyone else who was there.
My wife and just wanted to have date day so we went there and NEVER again the restrooms you were very dirty , the price for a soda and popcorn with no refill very expense and the popcorn tasted like it was mix with aday old popcorn.
After two long years of not going to a theater (Covid reasons), this place really delivered. Super clean, very friendly staff, and awesome seats. We certainly missed the big screen and will be back to this particular location soon!
haven’t been to the movies for 2 years. decided to go with my husband recently to watch John Wick. the manager Mr. Washington is the most helpful, kind, knowledgeable person ever! He attended us and made our experience amazing!
Rude employees in the ticket booth they act as is if any little thing is an inconvenience. The way they treated me made me think wheter or not it was based of race discrimination. Contacted corporate regarding the day I went.
Just witnessed an early screening of the Flash in this theater. The theater, in my opinion, was slightly cramped. The positives, comfortable seats, recline ability, and seat can be heat adjusted. The staffing was adequate.
Went for the movies. The atmosphere in the lobby was fine but in the theater everyone was sweating. This is ridiculous in Texas summer to turn air conditioning off inside the theaters! Was too bothered to enjoy the movie.
Auditorium 11 should be closed until A/C is running properly I won't be coming back to the 290 location again it felt like we were sitting in a oven we couldn't enjoy the movie and was told no refund would be issued!!!!
Carpet smells kinda funky. But they have a starbucks, which is pretty cool. But the staff here, not so friendly. (Not rude, but don’t give the most welcoming attitude.). The seats have temperature control, and leg rest
This place is clean and big. Movies theater is good and clean. They have playing are, pizzas and all the necessary stuff one might need in theater. Parking is plenty and honestly this place is not too expensive either.
A short Asian looking guy that said was the manager it’s very rude to his employees & customers he wants to hurry up people for no reason & even gave me the wrong drink. Y’all need to look for another manager.
Big movie screen, seats are nice, but it is your typical theater don’t expect anything fancy. Seats were a little dirty. Popcorn was ok. We just walked in no one asked for our tickets. I give it 3 stars ⭐️
The Sound of Freedom was the only movie where the showroom was scorching hot and staff were offering refunds for it. Do they not want money going to a movie against child sex trafficking?? Disgusting
Worst experience ever. Seats did not work when I paid extra. The power went out twice. The lights came in and off twice. Movie stopped mid showing. I couldn’t get a refund because nothing worked.
Great place! Seats were comfy almost no mess the avatar movie was great snacks are cheap and good popcorn is really buttery also the arcade looks cool haven’t tired it but lots of game options
It is a madly atmospheric cinema, I often had to go there). I have a lot of connections with this place. Every friend who comes to Houston I advise you to go to a film in this theater …
Make sure you arrive extremely early, especially if you want to get something from the concession stand. It's a good idea to order your snacks and tickets online as both areas move slowly.
This used to be a nice place to watch a movie. Things have definitely changed..it's just so dirty and restrooms are even worse. They need a professional company to deep clean this place.
I haven't been there in many years, but I used to go there with a good friend of mine to catch some good movies. I really loved their soft chairs which also rocked back and forth.
Good place to see currencies, clean floors, and reclining seats that heat. Unfortunately, reclining warm seats are too perfect for a nap. Missed about 30 minutes of the film.
The theater needs a thorough cleaning. The carpet is filthy and the ladies room smelled as if it was mopped in urine. The smell was so overwhelming I had to hold my breath.
I hadn’t been here in a while. They’ve made some improvements! Stadium seating and recliners. That really helped because it was a long movie. I’ll go back. …
This is our favorite movie theater! It's less expensive than most others, & super comfortable seats. Plus, they have Coke Zero, which makes my husband happy!
I don't like movie theaters but this one was clean, smelled fresh and it was not packed at all. Best date ever with my child! I would not mind going back.
No ac, it's so hot in here. Brought my daughters to see the Barbie movie and there wasn't any ac inside the theater. Would not recommend coming back here.
It's A nice movie theater... However they need additional staff to clean the bathrooms and to clean up in between movies... The bathrooms were horrible..
They didn't have the snack pack and the guy had to go back and forth to get what we needed, because they only have one food area open for early movies.
We went to see the Indian movie Jawan! In this heat the air-conditioning was not working so we watched a 2hrs and 45 min long movie in a hot theatre.
Great place to get the kids out of the house. Meg 2 was a great show. My kids loved it. Popcorn and drinks as well as candy, can't go wrong
Still a fun place to go and watch movies like the new menus, seats, and atmosphere. I used to work there 25 Yrs ago still great Nostalgia
This place had a weird smell. Popcorn was awful. Bathroom had nothing to wipe ur hands. Seats were nice though. An old looking theater.
Great theater! Friendly staff and overall very clean theaters. The bathrooms need to be updated. I’d recommend ordering food online
I tried this theater for the Napoleon movie. The sound was good, and the screen resolution was good too. It's a solid cinema.
Prices are great, but get there an hour early if you want any refreshments they are so slow. Men's room is disgusting.
I had a good time here last week seeing Pricilla but I only have issue with how unkept the whole environment looks.
Pretty chill , great seats , lines weren’t to long . Ended up gettin a free slushee of course ima give this 5stars
Nice, clean and temperature comfy. Seats also comfortable, Audio good, not too loud. Had a great experience.
Not as modern as some in other states but the sound quality is good. It's a decent place for a movie night…
Nice theatre, first time, visiting family and we saw The Nun. Clean restrooms and the food was good.
I love this place, great price and good quality of popcorn. A lot of parking space, family friendly
Overall experience is fine. Washrooms need more cleaning and supplies. Some seats were dirty.
Quite the upgrade since I was there last, they now have recliner seats that are also heated.
Been going here since I was a kid now i get to take my kids love the friendly environment
Good prices. Could be cleaner! But for the price it's all good ! Especially for families
Good, seats were very comfortable. Clean, screen was big. So move was more enjoyable.

Fun theater! Great sound system! Can get dirty at times.
