The cars here are great. Always in nice shape and good selection. And the customer service is superior to anything I’ve experienced. Best rental car experience ever. Each time. But also a good example of a customer experience as I have had with any business. The owner Glen is great and too bad every business can’t be this way.

I rented a Kia soul and when I got there all they had was a Chevy suburban..I spent more on gas than I did for the rental. For some reason they made it sound like I was lucky to get a free upgrade..like why tf would I want a car for nearly 8 people when there were 2 of us. When in doubt just take Amtrak if it’s an option.

They will scam you with add ons even when you decline them. Read over every line item in your agreement and double check charges. The same worker scammed me twice on two separate rentals and I didn't notice until my insurance wouldn't reimburse me for the bogus charges.
