Not a lot of books. No private study rooms. Clean. Well air conditioned. Enough parking. Printers and computers available and tables with outlets for laptop computer. A “lawbrarian” or off duty police officer is often stationed there. It’s a good place to study. I’d bring ear plugs. The ground floor is basically a place for after school kids and they can become loud sometimes. The surrounding area is not the safest place. Don’t use the convenience store across the street.

The Librarian's were pretty stuck up, and my Partner and I felt like we were being monitored the whole time by the JSO Officer that was sitting inside the Library which made us really uncomfortable. Other than that it was your usual quiet boring Neighborhood library.

Love Brentwood Library, its Staff very friendly and helpful and the arrangement of the Library, down stairs for the Children, upstairs for the Adults. My only complaint is I wish there was a table by the Copy Machine to place your items otherwise great experience.

I love coming to this library because the staff is very helpful and generous when it comes to asking for assistance. I also love being able to be in an environment that is quiet and relaxing!!!

Best library in Jacksonville. Most friendly staff in town, always willing to help. 10/10 would recommend.
