Poor customer service at the checkout. A lady that served me yesterday was quite abrasive when I was purchasing 2 of the same product. I had no idea that there was a limit of 1 per customer; no signs on the shelf and no limits on their website. She could've been a lot kinder when telling me, I apologised for not knowing. She did sell me 2 of them anyway, but she didn't offer to provide me a receipt unlike the other two customers before me. No "have a good day" or anything at the end of the transaction. Just repeated again that there's a limit of 1 for the next time I purchase that product. I would've been happy with buying just the 1. I asked if there was a bigger bottle available, so that I could buy one of those instead (unfortunately not), they are only 200ml each. Probably best to add some signage for limits on the shelves so that customers don't aggravate certain employees at the checkout for unknowingly buying over the limit. I'm giving two stars as I've previously had good customer service from other employees there.

My husband goes to chemmart to collect his script that have been sent through by his doctor. Either email or fax. He checks with gp that it has been sent and this week on his third trip to attempt to collect it he was again told it is not here. It is only that he became angry and told them they need to check again and they found the script. Obviously the store is not storing scripts so that they can be locate by the staff working. It is an hour round trip x 3 when it should only take one. This happens on a regular basis. With the cost of petrol this is ridiculous.

Dealt with a pharmacist who was that rude and unprofessional, appalling customer service. Would recommend any other chemist Warehouse except this one in Glenorchy, never had a problem at any other location. Whenever I go into this one they all have attitude problems, act like customers are a burden if you don't describe things correct and just plain petty. Be more professional at your workplace, it's embarrassing. Specifically talking the lady with blue eyes and blonde/brown hair.

I don't use the pharmacy section but I do use the other section, I've only really dealt with one lady and the gentleman that is there most days, the lady is very nice nothing is too much trouble, the gentleman on the other hand can be quite rude, he only talks to you when he's trying to get you to donate to something, apart from that, not a real people's person at all. But it is more convenient, for me anyway, now they have moved to Eady Street.

Don't leave your prescriptions with them. Over the past two years they lost three sets of my prescriptions. I now keep them myself. My wife also left her prescription with them a few weeks ago and they managed to lose hers! Very incompetent - worse still they don't seem to care. Maybe I should start charging them for the doctor visits to get replacement prescriptions and also for the wasted time.

Very unprofessional staff working their I Oder my baby two vaccine month before when I came to take my vaccine due date. But they ordered just one vaccine. It can be difficult to attract anyone's attention at the main counter but after a Covid booster shot and being told to wait for 15 minutes it would have been really nice to have an available seat. Just standing there for that length of time was unpleasant

I am horrified that the workers can out rite humiliate you after you offer to walk back in to prove you have none of there items on you just to have it screamed out on the main road just to be told there workers get away with it.......

Bill posters do not understand what a "No Junk Mail" notice on the mailbox means. Would give 0 stars if possible. UPDATE: Haven't seen any junk mail from em for the past 3 months. Good on em for not wasting paper.

Great range at the best prices! If you don't see what you want, ask. It may be behind the counter. Good place to purchase protein powders, but their range of pre-workout supplements could be much better!

Pharmacy staff tend to be surly and abrupt, need to be more 'people friendly ! Front of store staff are helpful and friendly. I will continue to use this store, as the parking for Northgate is good.

Over 100min wait on a script. After the first 30mins, I checked on the progress and my script was still not in the queue and one item had been left out. Store management seems to be getting worse.

Appalling service, I went there to get an absence from work certificate, and was interrogated by a hostile female pharmacist. Just rude beyond belief. Wont be going back any time soon.

Extremely rude woman at the checkout, double charge my wife and when she mentioned it, swore under her breath and just roughly pushed cash back at her. Nor impressed at all!!!!!

There is only one staff member and took more than 30 minutes to get tablets and staff behaviour very rude...I don't recommend to any one go there.

I always come to this one the staff are great. I have never had a problem with them in fact I say hello to them in the street. Great service.
