I’ve always been happy going here. I have seen the reviews that say some pharmacists are unfriendly but I haven’t found that to be true in my case. I honestly believe they are just serious about their job and with good reason. Recently they showed me how to use the app to order medicine when it’s needed as I live about 50 minutes drive away from the pharmacy and this has been so helpful. I’ve got to know the girls better over time and I honestly think they are kind and helpful in their own way. I actually like coming to the pharmacy. They have gone out of there way to help me with my prescriptions.

I was in a bit of a bind with leaving a flu shot too late when visiting a retirement home and needed one fast. I first tried Terry Whites which had staff dispensing medications but no one qualified to administer a flu vaccine. When I went to the Chemist Warehouse it was completely the opposite. The appointment was booked & confirmed via email in five minutes, check list filled in, moved to a consultation room, check list confirmed, vaccine administered, waited 10 minutes to check if there was a reaction, paid for the shot & left. Faultless service in a very busy chemist store.

Never been treated so rudely by a pharmacist in my life. Didn't have what I needed in stock after I had already rung and been told they did. He shoved script back into my hand and walked off. I had to call out to him as i needed another medication and he again just grunted at me and shoved the tablets in my hand. Australian girls on the counter are always polite, but I won't be returning. Terry White pharmacist up the road is a delight and so helpful. Do yourself a favour and go there!!

I love the girls at front counter always ready to help chat but honestly the prescription people need a class or two in friendliness and least manage a smile time to time the young Australian guy he not to bad but sorry the girls can be rude at times maybe time for a shuffle of prescription people to other stores. I woke woolies hear a lot of negative feed back about them but as I said all the girls up serving r awesome

The staff in general are really great. Always polite. There is one pharmacist who has been extremely rude to me. She is rude every time. I get that there may be some undesirable people going to chemists but not every person picking up a script is a criminal. Sadly not the first time. I'm always polite (why wouldn't you be?) So not sure what the issue is here, but there IS an issue.

I went here to get medical certificate and met pharmacist who is "Amy". She was very relucant to issue the document. In additon, she was very unkind. I doubt very much whether she is qualified as a pharmacist. If you visit here, you can meet the worst pharmacist in Australia.

Visited, this morning, just to buy astmol pump over the counter as always had been available, but girl vas very unfriendly, didn't sell it to me, excuse was covid 19 , I must have doctor's prescription for it. How many unprofessional works has been covered by covid 19 ???

A huge thank you to chemist Hei Man who provided me with printed information on medication he dispensed last week. After reading it, I realised that the discomfort I was experiencing may be an allergic reaction. I stopped taking the medication and feel so much better.

The pharmacy is very well maintained has got enough stock for my required products. Pharmacists are very friendly and always explain things with very polite manner. They always try to help even they call other pharmacies if they don't have the stock.

I’ve never had a good experience in this chemist warehouse… the floor staff are rude (if you can find any to help you) and the pharmacist never give you the time of day. The Terry White down the road has much better customer service.

I often come to this store. One of the employees who arranges the goods is very polite, but most of them are very indifferent and don't care about the needs of customers

Sometimes service is a bit slow when waiting for prescriptions (compared to other local Chemists). Apart from that this Chemist is well stocked and has good specials.

The lead pharmacist could be more polite to her customers and smile very so often, plus not be so offensive to people with tattoos that are on certain medications

Shame they block the isles with display . Struggled to see the bottom shelf and get the products I was looking for in the Drs skin care range

The head Pharmacist could learn how to smile at her customers. Only go there out of necessity now. I'd rather see a smile than save money.

Nice to see competition the other chemist's are very dishonest with non PBA prescriptions what would we pay if not for chemist's warehouse

This pharmacy’s customer service is a absolute disgrace you can’t get any help or service the pharmacists are rude and totally ignorant

Big store, friendly staff, convenient location. Large car park at rear. Same owner for about forty years.

One of the female staff are so rude and impolite. Makes me and my entire family feel super unwelcome
