Had a really bizarre experience in this store today. As I was browsing, a staff member approached me and told me to wear a mask (fair enough, didn't realize it was mandatory in this shop). He then, strangely, proceeded to serve multiple maskless customers in front of me without requesting them to also wear masks. Then I found an empty shelf for the product I was looking for with a ticket saying "Out of stock, please ask staff for assistance". So I ask the same staff member for assistance while showing him the product on my phone and his assistance was limited to 4 words: "Guess we're sold out". He couldn't even be bothered to look up stock on the POS system. I guess the guy keeps an accurate stock level of every product in the store in his head. I generally have pretty low expectations for customer service but this was just tragic.

I've shopped at this Hobart branch many times after work over the years and I will never go back again after tonight. I purchased an item and as I was leaving a female customer yelled at me from the doorway saying I was a thief and they were a cop (in plain clothes) I went back into the store cooperating and was interrogated by this woman saying she had seen me put something in my bag which I had, my purchased item... and the staff did nothing at all while I was made to feel like a suspect, repeatedly. After going through my bag this woman found nothing (as I had taken nothing) I demanded to leave and left. I am beyond infuriated and it left me feeling like I was in the wrong though I had simply made a purchase...if I could leave minus stars I would

Well today i come to know, why this store have lowest rating.. bought a product and handed over wrong product to me, obvious with packaging i cant see what is in exactly and i trust you team member, they have given me or handed over the right product. (As i told them) Did return to the store next day told them what happened exactly. Store retail manger told me and confirmed, “ was miss communication” But hang on your team member miss communication costed me and you did nothing about this. If this a behaviour from the store manager, what else you can expect from the team members who work in the store. I wish google offers zero rating as well.

My mother-in-law bought 2 barrels of one-stage bubs goat milk powder for my child at here on 04/07/2020. Since my mother-in-law did not understand English, she took a picture and showed it to the staff. As a result, the staff sold her two different buckets of milk powder and that two buckets of milk powder that exceeded the shelf life of one month. I found that issue and went to the store. A Asian female staff not only did not apologize to me, but also rudely told me that this kind of thing happened frequently. The Asian female staff also told me that the manager would not see me and that the expired baby formula was not replaced.

very rude customer service. i went today at their store and ask them about perfume tester. she told me that we don't have this tester ok then that's fine. but then i asked for another perfume tester she said ok then you can't buy this one i mean what the hell is this ?? i am customer. in retail industry you must treat customer very well with respect but the staff of this store was extremely rude with me and my friend. never ever recommend this store to anyone and never ever will go this store.

This is a chemist. It is also a pharmacy (drug store)... Where you can get medicines and prescriptions and things like that. This pharmacy/chemist has two main doors/entrances, One is on Collins Street, the other is on Elizabeth Street. They have everything you would expect a chemist pharmacy drug store to have including, but not limited to, band aids, tissues, and ointments. Also, they appear to be staffed by nice folks. Side note; you can't get a hot coffee here, they don't have any.

Tall older creepy security man gives me the CREEPS!! Stares at women and follows them around the store, makes us extremely uncomfortable. Mind you I work with security as well, and even they said it’s creepy and weird. Get that perv out of the store because I’ll make a scene next time. Ps, no, I’ve never seen him do this to men/elderly people. Just younger, pretty women. I go in often as it’s close but lately I really don’t want to. Makes me SICK.

Just walked in here and a staff member swung the door at the register out without looking and almost hit me. I stopped to let her pass and she rudely and abruptly said 'Can you just hurry up and go first, thanks?' And then she stormed off. It was easily the worst customer service I've ever experienced and within 10 seconds of walking in, I turned straight back around and left. It's not worth being spoken down to just for a cheaper product.

Looks like staffs are very unhappy to serve customers.. I went to buy perfume after checking their stock on online.. i ask if they have a particular one.. the lady (who was also serving in counter) say she don't know about that perfume... I went to other lady and ask if she can help then she makes very frustrated face..and say I will check..other two ladies staffs were talking they don't want to bother to do things..

Worst service I’ve experienced in any chemist. Bought a fragrance and due to similarity in packaging on many of the fragrances I inquired as to whether I was purchasing the correct one. I was told it was the right one by one of the staff members to realise once I undid the packaging that it wasn’t and wasn’t allowed a refund even though I returned within 30 mins of buying the fragrance.

Today I went there to buy a sanitary pad, and I wanted to change it there in a washroom,, the lady over there reply me it’s upstairs but when I was going there one guy came and asked me so rudely that u can’t go there ,, I showed him that sanitary pad and asked him that it’s very urgent I needed to change but he was so rude,, he didn’t let me use the washroom,, that was so painful

The worst customer service by the man on the counter - dark hair. Saying he was frustrated to other customers for people asking for RAT tests.. someone best tell this man he works in customer service and it is his job. Terrible service.

Staffs are horrible. They are talking with each other instead of helping customers. One of the pharmacist rejected me to help even she is in duty. I think they just go duty only for money not a customer service.

the Asian female staff was very rude, When my friend and I were checking out at the counter, she threw the item to us. Don’t know why, and also it was not the first time she did this, and that’s why I am here.

Very helpful I ran out of medication in City but my scripts kept at Sorell shop they organised my medication in minutes and collect in city shop great service I thought.

The usual week day pharmacist is very helpful, he answers any questions and nothing too much trouble for him. The shop assistants can be a bit hit and miss.

Worst ever, rude customer service on excuse of being busy :/ disappointing.... I am happy to wait in a line but they are far too busy to help us.... …

I would recommend going here. The location is super convenient and pharmacist (her name is Gurpreet I think) is so quick to help and knowledgeable!

Pharmacist Jordan is extreme rude, arrogant and incompetent. Didn’t know key details about my medication which is concerning given his job.
