Didn't feel welcome in there at all. Went in to get a script and had the two ladies behind the counter snickering while I was waiting. Terrible customer service. What kind of person puts down other people Honestly, it's the business' loss. I will just find somewhere else where I feel treated with respect. Word of mouth is a powerful thing..... Twice they haven’t had a standard script in stock. Useless getting scripts faxed or emailed as if they don’t have it you have to go back to the doctor and get it done again - can’t just get it sent to another chemist if it’s got a different address on it. Appreciate quick response and tried to help but now considerable time until can get script reissued which is time with a sick child not getting what they need. Very prompt communication and willingness to help though.

Rudest, most uncaring staff, especially for those who have bad physical and mental illnesses, this chemist needs new staff, if I could give 0 stars I would, and their incompetence is astounding, giving really bad advice that could make people even sicker, something needs to be done about this issue before they make someone really sick or dead! they think they know better than doctors! I would not recommend even walking in the door!

I normally use Chemist Warehouse however recently I needed to fill a script at 9pm and I went to the North Hobart Pharmacy. The staff were extremely helpful and my medication was the same cost as Chemist Warehouse! Given that the cost is the same I will now go to North Hobart where I can speak to the pharmacist who was extremely knowledgeable.

Very condescending customer service I guess it was the manager or franchise owner. This lady has to learn not to talk over customers and force them into a sale. She might be loved by her company, but not many will love her company while trying to shop in peace . Be gentle and helpful, not hasty and pushy

Amazing service with friendly staff who remember you. They always have the time to help and talk through your needs, and make sure you understand your medications. Free services available include medication reviews which came in really handy when I was trying to manage multiple medications.

Visited today (I live local) wow! I haven’t had amazing service in a pharmacy I don’t think ever. It’s funny how you just get used to going to a pharmacy expecting supermarket service. You guys are not like that at all. I WILL ensure I regular your pharmacy from now on. Great work!
