Judging by the reviews left and lack of acknowledgement by the business owner/owners I'm wondering if it's even worth leaving a review as it appears management really couldn't care less about customers which is quite sad. However, I feel the need to leave my review. I recently popped in to get a months script filled, the pharmacist came to me with 1 box instead of 2 and told me they didn't have the other box and I would need to come back in Tuesday in which it would be ready for collection. I agreed but feel that it would have been far more convenient if the pharmacist had checked stock prior to filling half a script, in which I could have taken the script elsewhere as I have a busy lifestyle and it was inconvenient to have to return. That being said I paid in full and agreed to return Tuesday. On Tuesday something told me to ring the pharmacy to ensure my medication was there. I rang and was told the medication was not there and that for some reason it had not been ordered. Whilst I'm not going to name the pharmacist in question, he made me feel like a number and clearly the inconvenience caused wasn't a concern of his. I was very disappointed to think my time was not important, for if I hadn't have called it would have been a wasted trip. The pharmacist I dealt with on the Tuesday I will name as he was my knight in shining armour. I hope management do in fact see this review as Dominic is an absolute credit to your establishment. He went above and beyond to rectify the error and ensure I got my medication that day. He treated me like a human, he was kind and understanding and actually went to another pharmacy and procured the medication in question. I feel that a lot of pharmacists have a God complex and make you feel like a mere number, Dominic is not one of these. If only all pharmacists were as accommodating and as kind as him. He's a breath of fresh air.

Shame to see such petty bad reviews below. I've been going to Chemist Warehouse Hobart for years, as I work nearby. I prefer to keep my scripts on me and though it's their policy to ask if I want it on file, I just tell them 'No thanks' and it isn't an issue at all lol. Easy peasy. They are always so fast with my scripts which is perfect before I head into work, even though I'm happy to wait. A few times I've required help finding items and the staff are so accommodating. We've had a few laughs even, when they see I've been searching in the wrong isle completely. There's a lovely lady (but I've forgotten her name) who always cheerfully chats to me and asks about my workplace nearby. It's nice to be around real humans who are just doing their job. I've never had an issue at any of the Chemist Warehouse stores. Lovely pharmacists, lovely staff, and the lady who did my flu shot this year made me feel calm (I don't like needles) So.... Here you go guys, absorb my kind words cause hard working people deserve it Thanks guys, From a happy loyal customer. ♥️

No means NO - 8/7/23 paying for my script - cashier trying hard to sell store products & would not accept no for an answer. Why are you always trying to sell junk/rubbish items to customers who do not want them? Usually no is enough, not this time, the young girl serving me kept trying to coerce me by telling me how wonderful/versatile etc etc etc. When I am at the counter I do not want to be harassed or begged to buy stuff. If I was not buying medication I would have walked out with nothing. Do staff get a bonus or something for the unnecessary stuff they flog? Remember VULNERABLE PEOPLE (or anyone) should not be pestered to part with their money. Chemist Warehouse STOP this extremely bad habit and if you want to get rid of stuff give it away or throw it away.

My mum passed out in this store and management rang a PRIVATE ambulance. My poor sick mum suffering cancer woke up with a $2000 AMBULANCE BILL . If staff had rung 000 like any other workplace in Australia, this would not have happened. No answers from management of course. Typical, nice to know your chemist does not care about patients welfare!!

Four of the last five times I have been to this outlet, I have been overcharged. On the other occasion, I didn't buy anything! My advice is to be careful and make sure you get a receipt. I've returned the next day to point out an overcharge and got a bunch of excuses and a grumpy response. Really poor.

Absolutely disgusted with managers attitude. Rude, dismissive and arrogant. Standing around doing nothing while customers line up. When approached for help. Other staff are polite and friendly. Manager needs to clean up his act, tuck in his shirt, stop being rude and do some work. What a clown!

Great prices, great staff, fantastic selection of products! although you will probably need to walk a little to get there as the parking nearby is very limited. I would probably recommend parking at argyle parking because finding spots on the street is quite difficult

Walked in to buy a perfume and was assisted by Bella. She was absolutely amazing with great knowledge about fragrance. Ended up buying the perfume I wanted and extra one that she suggested. Great experience. Thank Bella!

Put my script in and went to collect 1 he and a half later. Waited to be served for 15 minutes then asked the dispensary staff of anyone was serving. Then scream at by the pharmacist in charge. Terrible customer service

Wonderful customer service! I was looking for several items on my list and was assisted by Zay. She was very patient and cheerful while helping me out with all the products I need. Overall, a great experience.

Wonderful and supportive experience from the pharmacist for my daughter. He went the extra mile and Managed to get a hold of a prescription to get the much needed cream. Thank you so very much .

The staff here lost one of my scripts, and when I realised it was missing, they simply told me that I would have to go back to my doctor and get a new one. Not even an attempt to apologise!

Staff super friendly and pharmacist is very professional, knowledgeable and always happy to help. I always find I’m looking for, very convenient opening hours.

The gents working on a Monday public holiday were professional and helpful. It was pretty quiet so there was no waiting.

It was eastlands unfortunately not many good English speaking staff made the visit hard.
