VIP experience all the way! Special VIP lounge really let's you enjoy the company of someone you are with. It provides a slight up scale atmosphere prior to the show starting or perhaps a place to hang out after the movie to chat about how many stars the movie deserved. The site recline and are spacious. The staff are friendly and courteous. The regular common area seems small to me along with the ticket/client service desk. The concession is typical. I will note that this location does not seem to other any other vendors as an option for purchase like other Cineplex Theatres ie. a Tim Horton's or a Pizza place or Poco Popcorn. This may be due to the VIP Lounge. Overall nice place.

Went for dinner during the movie and it was meh. Our waitress was super sick yet handling food (health code violation). The food was slightly up scaled carnival food. The food comes all at once early on so they aren't servers interrupting the movie but all your food at comes at once. So you'll have to eat all your food quick before it gets cold. You'll also want to order popcorn then too cause the servers don't come back. we won't be back but everyone should try it once for the experience. It seems like a cool idea but the overall experience isn't sophisticated it could use a lot of improvement.

Nice place. They have two sections we went to the VIp section and watched Expendables 4. Very nicely maintained. While viewing a movie at the VIP section, you can also order food and drinks. There is a menu card kept in front of you, with wide variety of food and drinks to choose from. While you pay for the tickets at the counter, the charges for food and drinks can be paid while you are seated, the attendants come to you to take your orders and also bring with them the swipe machine and you can pay with your card. I loved the movie and this place, will definitely would love to visit again.

We normally have a pretty good experience but yesterday when we went to watch a movie in Auditorium 6 (Killers of the Moon Flower) you could hear the movie playing in the next auditorium. I’m pretty sure it was Taylor Swift Eras Tour playing next door - it was that loud that I was able to recognize it. It ruined the experience of the movie because it sounded like there was a club next to us. Other than that, I like that it’s recliner seating, that the theatre is conveniently located close to our house and that it’s staffed well enough that we aren’t waiting in line too long for food.

What a great theatre! Awesome place for a date night especially if you go on a Wednesday they have an awesome deal! Also the leather reclining seats are just perfect for watching a movie, another bonus, they're heated!! You are allowed to eat in the theatre, it opens about 30 minutes before the showtime. You're able to make orders through your phone. I had the calamari which was great! However the spicy chicken sandwich left something to be desired. It was like they smothered a big chicken nugget in spicy sauce.

This cineplex cinema is an incredible movie viewing theater and always has incredible films/movies to see! This incredible theater has many other features like an arcade aswell as very large and very comfortable chairs that recline, In the theater! If you ever want to see any movies you should for sure go here! I go here all the time and every last experience was ☆perfect☆ and has been so enjoyable, you must go here to see a movie, 5 stars, will come again a lot.

I was an employee, as far the VIP goes I rate it 2/5… the amount of favouritism and hour cuts are ridiculous for the management to be taken seriously as a job for adults. If you’re booked for 8 hours they give you 3 hours. And they fire/write up multiple staff for any reason they can! Popcorn/food is alright but the management is ridiculous. The tips were nice but the type of bullying you deal with as an employee on the VIP side is tedious and an outrage.

Went for a movie here and was regular. I didn’t get the VIP tickets though and nobody gave me the option. Was informed about he the movie times and we got the tickets. The seats are very comfy though and getting butter with popcorn is highly recommended. The employees are friendly though. Parking is such an issue. We couldn’t get a parking space in 10mins and we finally had to park at superstore car park and walked down. I’d like to try the VIP tickets .

The theatre makes the movie experience an enjoyable outing. The VIP section includes lounge chairs that you can warm —since we all know that theatres are freezing— and adjustable seats/arm rest; which are great if you want to cuddle with your partner. Finally, you can have a menu with a selection of food that is brought to your pull-out-table. This experience elevates the normal movie-date-night.

What a unique experience at this theatre. I’ve never been to a VIP theatre before. I love the concept!! Will definitely be back!! The VIP lounge is beautiful and the staff was very kind and welcoming. We didn’t order because we had just had dinner but the menu was very interesting. Beautiful decor. Will definitely book a VIP movie next time just for the experience.

The experience of going to a movie theatre to watch a movie is getting worse and worse each time. Considering how pricey it can be to go… the food isn’t warm the last two times, and the concession service is painful. Might just start skipping the theater, and renting from home. The experience just isn’t warranting the cost of going. Not to seton anyways.

Wow! Haven't been to the cinemas in a bit. Total luxury those reclinable seats. A little uncomfortable at the neck if your short like me. I'm 5'7". Other than that, you run the risk of falling asleep especially if you burn one or take an edible. Make sure you got a snack and a drink. The urge to pee will eventually keep you from falling . Enjoy!

Very new and clean Cineplex. One of few cineplex offers alcohol such as tall boys, taps and coolers. Standard popcorn and snacks… prices has increased popcorn is at $8-9 plus layer of butter for $1.50. Hot food is good pull pork was very tasty. The newer screens have leather seat and the DBox seat are awesome. Makes you feel you are in the movie.

I really appreciate how pleasant and helpful the employees (who are taking our orders and delivering the food) are in spite of how rudely I've seen managemnt treat them. The managers come across as bitter, knowing their lot in life, and made me feel uncomfortable in their presence. 5 stars for employees, 0 stars for management

I was excited yesterday to try the VIP Cineplex for the first time. I can tell you that in no way did I have a VIP experience. After ordering our food; waiting over 30 min; missing the start of our movie; we were told they were 25 orders behind and refunded our money. I will not be returning to this theatre.

Great staff that are super helpfull to make your cinematic time to the fullest and you can adjust view times at the counter easy. The food and drinks are great but a bit pricey and you can bring it into the room and with vip rooms you can order in your sofa and they are fast with delivery.

Love this theatre. New and clean. I always get the VIP tickets. Gives you access to the lounge. Make sure to get there 30 mins early just to enjoy food/drinks at the lounge. There are servers in the theatre too to take your order before the movie starts. Love the heated reclining seats :)

Recently attended with my wife, our first visit at this cinema and WOW. Super clean, bathroom’s especially. The seats were a delight! Definitely will be back. We watched The killers of the flower moon. Incredible movie and cast! A must see Ps the popcorn was sinful!!! Yum

Beautiful theatre, not very old. Very busy when we were there. Love the reclining seats. Parking was difficult as the lot seems too small. Popcorn could have been better, think we got the bottom of the bin where popcorn kernels were crushed and very small.

We always enjoy coming to this theater! The VIP is an excellent date night idea. Recliner chairs are game changers for comfort while at the theater aswell. My kids sit nicely, and relax. I can sit and relax too, and actually watch the show.

We sent the popcorn back and it came back slightly warmer, pro tip go to the counter at the regular theatre side and then get the better seats, that is of course until Cineplex figures out how to have warm popcorn in their VIP theatres

Always comfortable, with theaters that accommodate most new releases. Staff tend to crank up the volume a little high, so remember ear plugs if this is an issue for you. Appreciate the VIP, and those are often busy, so plan ahead.

Chairs were not comfortable as for VIP lounge. You can’t lay back too much, and you either have to sit straight in a chair or in a not very comfortable position for 3 hours. It was pretty cold there as well.

Comfortable reclining seats, clean theatre floors, with clean washrooms. The staff is friendly and polite as well. Good movie night experience. The concession stands were empty during afternoon.

Awesome experience there, but i wouldn't recommend sitting near the screen for a better experience (like the AA, A , B row sits, not really a good experience in this row ) over all its aswsome

Just went to sit in the VIP dining area after our movie to order dessert. Sat there for 15 mins and were completely ignored, even with making eye contact with wait staff. Super disappointed.

Regular seats are better and more comfortable. Stay are from the shaking ones! Also it is more expensive. Cheap Tuesdays is a good deal! The bar is decent. A few tvs with the games on.

The theatre next to us was so loud all I could hear was Taylor Swift the entire time. The concession and bathrooms were dirty too. I'll watch my movie at home next time.

Neat and clean cinema, the Cinema room I was in was small and cozy. Popcorn was also good. Great value for money. Remember to use your scene cards and collect points

Best theater in the city, except for the soft drinks. Easthills has the self serve Coke machines where you create your own flavour. I drive out of my way for that.

Very nice! Heated and reclining comfy chairs with order-able food they bring directly to your chair. Making it worth coming to the movies for the experience.

It’s a good theatre. Love the vip section. Food was good but the tacos were underwhelming and left a lot to be desired other than that l recommend.

The staff is always friendly and it’s always nice in there. I mean, of course I wish theatres weren’t so expensive, but everyone feels that way!

I love this theatre! The VIP section is great for a “date” and the seats the the screen are very comfortable. The best way to watch a movie!
