I went to this actual site for the first time. I honestly try to avoid renting in the city. I was surprised by my experience. I arrived earlier than my scheduled appointment time. Santoni immediately processed my reservation; this place was busy. He offered me vehicles well above the vehicle class I selected; they were available and no wait. I declined them because they were too big (F-150, RAM truck). I wondered if I would have to wait a long time because of my decline. I was ready for the wait especially since I arrived early and the place was busy. Well, one my one the staff got the crowded room out. Santoni offered me a different vehicle, still above the class but definitely doable (Mitsubishi Outlander SE - I loved it). Guess what, I was out before my actual appointment time. Again, I knew I arrived early and I wasn't expected to be waited on because I was early. My return was equally seamless. Myesha (hope I got your name right), checked the vehicle in. She has great customer service skills too. She asked some verbal check points ie if I removed my phone from the car (I did but no one ever asked me that. On top of it, when I got the car, there were 4 other phones that hadn't removed their phone. I did for me when I removed mine. Point - I think all of the ppl that check in return vehicles should ask as Myesha did). After checking the vehicle, she told me how well kept I returned in (not her exact words but similar) as I cleaned my mess. I also returned an obituary that was overlooked by a previous renter. She took it and placed it in an area (vs tossing it in the garbage - I didn't want to do that). I would rent a car again at the Auburn Gresham Enterprise. The staff there seem to have fun doing their work and dealing with different customers (I saw them deal with a challenging customer and explain their policy. It happens). I have driven out of my way to avoid Enterprise Car Rentals close to me. I won't anymore.

Recently rented a car from this location through my insurance. When I arrived the wait was long, almost an hour for a car I reserved. When they finally got me a car the young lady at the front desk informed me it was the only car they had left. At this point it was past their closing time. When they brought the car around, it was still filthy inside, smelled like smoke, the drivers side door made a clunking noise when I opened it. The young man that gave it to me didn’t even inspect the car with me before giving me the keys. At first I wanted to refuse the car, but I really needed one to get to work and I had just left the burial of my Uncle. The young lady that finished my reservation informed that I could call the next day to try and get something better. She also stated that they had been swamped with requests, which ties into the fact that the car wasn’t even cleaned. I didn’t even feel safe driving the car to be honest, it road raggedy. I called the next couple days trying to get a different car and was told each time everything was gone or reserved, so I just said forget it. When I return the car, they had the audacity to inspect the car and then write me up for damages to the fender and the driver’s side door! I am currently going through litigation to dispute the charges. I WILL NEVER USE ENTERPRISE AGAIN. If you must use them go to a location somewhere else. Below is a picture of the car, now someone please tell me what I could have possibly done to damage the car door, besides simply opening it and closing it?

Worst customer service ever! If I could give 0 stars I would. Waste of time and energy coming here. I had a car reserved & I call them to let them know I was stuck in traffic they said it was fine but when I got there they said I was late & that the car I had reserved was not available anymore. Now today I’m back 15 min before my reservation & the only car they had available was an economic car which I didn’t feel comfortable & safe with & they’re excused now is that I’m “too early” & I have to wait to see if there’s any cars available. I waited 20 mins for them to tell me again that’s there’s no cars available . They explained that there was other options but I had to pay out of pocket for the cars they did have available. They could of just called if they knew I had reservations & they had no cars available instead of going all the way there for nothing !

Rented a vehicle on Dec 4th, a bit of a wait, but it's expected since many people were waiting to get the car rented or turned in. Daryl Payne Jr helped us out a lot and was very customer-oriented, friendly, and engaged in conversation with us while assuring the details of the vehicle, and the time it took to be ready, and even went through a showing of how to use it, assured the cleanliness of it and how efficient it is. Darly is a great customer service person and assures you he will answer your needs whenever. It's good to have a person who listens and is friendly while accommodating you during a bit of a wait. The car was well functioning, the only thing was that the left front wheel needed air compressed into it. Then that, it's great on gas.

I rented a car from the Enterprise Car Rental located on 1820 W 87th St, Chicago, IL 60620 on Friday October 30, 2020 This is the second car (the first car's interior was black and the seats looking like semen stains were all over the front passenger seat and all across the rear seats) both vehicles was supposed to be washed exteriorly, vacuumed, cleaned and disinfected anteriorly before being rented. As you can see from these pictures that obviously didn't happen. Obviously, the people that work at this location have no regard for our health and safety, nor do they care about preventing the spread of the COVID 19 virus or any other germ, bacteria or viruses if they willing to rent a car in this condition.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The gentleman at the counter (Bobby) was very rude and dismissive. I will not patronize this location ever again solely because of his service. My employer made a reservation and they (enterprise) didn’t immediately see the confirmation. Instead of trying to help figure out the issue since the rental had already been paid in full (I showed him my receipt) He was very huffy and passed me off saying “Can you deal with this…” His colleague simply had the agency to resend the confirmation and it was resolved. It would have been appreciated if he would have listened rather than dismiss me not wanting to help me.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car on 1820 W. 87th street went above and beyond. They reached out to me the day before to confirm my plans hadn’t changed, and went out of their to make sure a car was available on the day and time I needed it. The staff was personable and knowledgeable about the rental car industry and eased any concerns I may have had. The car was clean, smelled good and ran well. When I returned the car, each staff member checked on me to make sure I was being helped. Thank you to Robert and Jasmin who helped me directly. I will definitely be recommending this location to my friends and family.

Exceptional customer service from Malik. He really helped my dad and I with the process of getting our rental and going over policy & procedures. Malik explained each part of the contract and answered questions that I had about the assigned vehicle. Malike followed up with an email to make sure if we had any issues or concerns that we could give him a call, which really goes beyond customer service in my opinion. I would certainly go back to rent another vehicle at this location if I can have Malik assist me.

First of all Big shout out to Jasmine who was the lone bright spot of my visit here. I can't blame Enterprise for all the snags here because it was through an insurance reservation. First I was given a jeep wrangler which I was told was covered via the insurance. An hour later the adjuster text saying it was not. I had to switch out. Jasmine handled all issues professionally and with a smile. Maybe have her train other employees

But I insisted on giving things a try a few more times and I am very pleased with the outcome of the customer service from a few reps I came encounter with. Worst Enterprise location. Horrible customer service.Booked a vehicle 2 weeks in advanced. Called me same day,1 hour before my rental time to say there where no vehicles available. They said " We might have a car several hours past my original time". Fine I waited. That never happened, and I never heard back from anyone. I had to get a rental with a different company.

They came and got our rental 2 days early on Xmas Eve and still haven't reached back to me on my belongings in the car both winter coats are in there and my smart watch and my make up bag plus some other important things and I have contacted more than 5 times.

This company is trying to charge for repairs on a vehicle that was rented for a day and broke down. Not only they want the rental fee, they also want a trumped up repair bill. Never go here, go someplace else

Pickup was smooth overall and Bobby was friendly. The drop-off took a little while because it was busy. It was about 5 persons dropping off but they were moving swiftly trying to get us out.
