I have mixed feelings on this particular experience as I believe the employees were trying , but it was a fail at several levels. I had a reservation for a SUV at noon booked on a Saturday via Costco as it was much cheaper than booking direct or under our direct bill account and I arrived maybe 11:40 as I know they close at noon. When I came in there was a long line of people waiting for an agent for various reasons. When I finally got to the counter I gave the manager (likely branch manager) my ID and credit card I wanted to use for the rental. He looked at both, read the back of my credit card and said hang tight they will be with me soon. While I'm waiting there are maybe 15 people there and 2 SUV's in the parking lot. I'm watching as they are given away to others and wondering what I'll end up with. Maybe 20-30 minutes go by and the manager says they have no SUZ's am I ok with a small truck and I said no that my credit card provides primary rental car coverage but excludes trucks. He asked what I would like and I say I would like what I reserved. He said they will look for one at another location but it will be some time. Eventually he asks if I am ok with a Pacifica minivan. I was not but at this point I wanted to leave so I said yes that's fine. A lady checks me in and I sign and am on my way a short time later. About the time I get home I see they authorized the card on my ENT profile not that card I gave them for the rental so Monday I drive back to the location to get them to change it to the correct card. This wasted 40 minutes of my busy morning before going on my work road trip. Rental worked out fine and I brought it back a little early (Friday vs Saturday, trying to avoid that place on Saturday at this point) and asked if I could get a ride home if not I'll bring it back the next day. They said they can give me a ride home and the same girl that checked me into the minivan drove me home. I believe her name started with an E. I remember she mentioned she came from the WW white location. SHE was awesome and the reason I gave a halfway decent star rating instead of one star. She was personable and nice. Actually everyone one was nice, but she stuck out to me as trying extra hard to be pleasant and nice to me. I rent about 200 days a year for work. I have not rented from ENT for a while as their rates have been much higher than Avis and Budget so this was my first time back for a work rental in a while and I have mixed feelings about if I would return to this location. I believe the employees are trying but Saturday was a disaster and watching my vehicle types being given away while I'm standing there was disappointing.

This review will cover both this local office as well as Enterprise Rent-A-Car corporate customer service and company practices and procedures. Let me start by saying that Enterprise Rent-A-Car use to be one of my preferred providers. My loyalty was very strong. This loyalty became a little harsh when I made a reservation ahead of time for a vehicle on my last and only weekend from training before deploying to Iraq. They did not manage reservations well and there was no vehicle for me. I had to take a city bus around town in a city away from home. Recently, I was forced to use Enterprise Rental-A-Car for an insurance claim. The manager Taylor was a pleasure to work with but her employees were apparently undertrained. One of the employees in error informed me that I would receive plus points and that he could see them applied. This was not the case. I contacted corporate customer service and was informed by Tom that this was not allowed and that since the employee told me that I had earned them that he would contact the local office and train them on how to process this. I was also informed that the local office would contact me in a few days. I was not contacted. I called the local office after a few weeks and was informed that they could not process points. I was referred back to corporate customer service and spoke with Ron. He informed me that the points could not be granted and that it was impossible for the local office to do this. He did tell me he would send this case up to his supervisor to review why falsehoods to policy were happening in the organization. I thanked him for his answer rather than wasting more of my time with false information. I gave him a 5 review and am done. At least Ron was honest and did not waste my time. Enterprise Rent-A-Car use to be a well run organization. That was a long time ago. I'm now a loyal Hertz Gold Member and so far it amazes me how streamlined and affordable the service is. Reminds me of how Enterprise use to be back in the day. Best Wishes. I hope you recover your past prestige someday.

Initial complaint 4.5.19-The vehicle I reserved was not ready and I did not have time to wait around for another one, so I had to take what they had. Then when I went back to return the vehicle on 4.7.19 the lady that checked me in asked me if I had any guns in the vehicle. WTF??? I have been doing business with Enterprise since 2002 and never has anyone asked me that. She kept going on and on about how she would have to call the police if I had any weapons, etc. Then she walked around the car looking for ANY LITTLE THING. She supposedly found a small dent in the hood. I didn't see anything but she may as well have had her magnifying glass out. She called the manager out to look at it and the manager couldn't see it either. So long story short...Terrible service from start to finish! Avoid this location at all costs!!! UPDATE 4.15.19 I called the corporate office over a week ago to lodge my complaint. They said that the local branch manager would be contacting me within 3-5 business days. It has been more than 5 business days and no call. In addition, you can see the response from Enterprise below. Christopher said, "Please email rental location, rental agreement and contact info." Dear Christopher, I am not going to do your job for you. If your company truly values my business you have enough information to get to the bottom of it. It seems as though the lack of service goes all the way up the corporate ladder and is a systemic problem. I was initially considering avoiding the local branch but now I am considering switching to another company altogether for my future rental car needs. Such a shame as I have been a loyal customer since 2002. :( Hertz here I come!!!

I have things to say here. First of all the General Manager seems very nice. Also, during my encounter with them everyone was very professional. My issues lie within the driver that came to pick me up and the General Managers professional choices to keep him in that position. * They were supposed to contact me to send the driver. They never did. * I contacted them to find out when the driver would arrive. They told me he was on his way.. He never showed up. * Waited longer for him to show up. I called again 20 minutes later. * Turns out the driver was lost. They never contacted me to let me know. * Also turns out the driver does not know how to use GPS. And refuses to be taught how to use it. Before he picks people up they have to print out directions for him. over and over.... Presumably while their customers suffer. As a business person who was made an hour late and lost money because of this AVOIDABLE problem, I suggested that the General Manager fire him from that position. Somehow this offended the Manager.. and he acted as if I was speaking to this driver that I have never met. It was weird.. so when I tried to record this prospective the Manager walked away. Which I will not fault him for. They did give me a 30% discount and paid for my Lyft ride to, and from, the location. So they were honorable and took care of me financially for my troubles. For this reason I gave them 3 stars instead of one. However, they are clearly making bad business choices which causes me to wonder what other issues could arise from that. DO NOT Use them if you need a ride to the location. Take a Lyft. I have spoken.

I rented a car for three days. On the first day the vehicle started to have engine trouble. So I called enterprise and was told to return the vehicle for a new one. So I returned it to my nearest location. However, after I returned the vehicle I did not receive a replacement because I did not have a second form of ID. So I had to unloaded all the boxes from the car that I was moving to my new home and set them out on the street. It was raining and my items got all wet. The employees all just stood and watched from inside. Then my phone died and they would not allow me to charge my phone inside and said I couldn't use the company phone. I had to walk 2 miles down the rode and leave my property there. I eventually charged my phone and called an uber the whole ordeal took three hours and I missed my own birthday dinner with my family. Enterprise definitely showed me their true colors thar day. I feel sorry for them and even more so for the type of people they hire. Customer service is something every company should make a priority but enterprise first should try to work on just being a good human being and do the decent thing. I'm a grown man but I felt like crying that day because of how poorly I was treated. The employees had a very rude attitude towards me and even seem to enjoy watching me struggle. The whole time I treated them with respect and never once got upset hoping that would change their ways, but no it just made them even worse during the ordeal.

Professional is not what this location is. Ashley the “manager” doesn’t know how to manage anything especially her stress. One of her employees, Brittany, contacted me to set up a reservation. My reservation was set up the day before. I explained this to her and she confirmed everything in the reservation. There was one last question that she had to ask her manager and I was put on hold. Several minutes later Ashley picks up and I explain I was on hold and why. She tells me that I need to make a reservation elsewhere. I explain it was made yesterday and her employee called me and has thoroughly confused me now. Everything was ready to go 24 hours ago. Now Ashley “the manager” gets upset with me because she doesn’t have time for my phone call and has customers in the lobby. I explained that Brittany called me and now I need some answers because everything was 100% good to go yesterday. She proceeds to tell me that I called them and again to call another store. Then what does she do? Hangs up on me. Mind you she just told me she is training the new hires as well…don’t go here! You will be treated like trash. And according to the other store I called the manager has his own number. The deception with this girl is unreal.

Germania Insurance referred me to this Enterprise Rent a car. I called Enterprise to reserve a car and explain that my Insurance only allowed me $40 a day for a car. Enterprise Rep advised me that he had a Toyota Corolla for $40 but he suggested that I get a fullsize car for only $7 more and out of pocket. He gave a 4pm appointment at the store. I Uber’d over there, the woman employee said that the only car she had for $40 was Kicks! I mentioned that it was too small. She suggested a Cadillac suv for $7 more. When I agreed and she checked the computer, she said that she made a mistake and the price was $10 a day extra. Ok, $3 more? I said ok! Then she added $50 deposit and fees and taxes… my drive out price was now $163! With $50 refundable deposit! The Caddy was not full of gas. And the extra taxes were never mentioned by the first employee when I called. I feel like this was a “Bait and Switch” scam! I Uber’d there, had no other ride, I meed a car! Bottom line…I paid $163 to leave with the car and that’s only until May 31st!! Its $10 a day for each day after the 31st!!

First of all, I want to thank "Ashley" (sorry I didn't get her last name) for doing a wonderful job on taking care of my needs. When I went to pick up my rental, I was given an SUV because that was all they had when all I really needed was a mid size or even smaller car just to get to work. Anyway, I called three days in a row asking for a smaller car and all I got was "Sorry, none available". On the third day, Ashley answered and I explained my situation to her and she said to call her back at the end of the day. Since I felt that I had already been given the run around by two other employees who made me feel that my needs were not that important, my hopes weren't that high. To my surprise, Ashley came to my rescue. She found me the perfect mid size car at half the price that I was paying for the gas guzzler. Thank you, thank you, very, very much. you deserve managements recognition for the hard work and the passion you have to meet customer's needs. I applaud you Ashley! Keep up the excellent work and Enterprise Rent-A-Car has a hidden jewel among their mist.

First of all, the vehicle I received was scratched up and had no gas in it. Then when I finally got the vehicle on the highway, the vehicle started shaking badly because it was badly in need of an alignment. I was already running late for my trip so I did not have time to return the vehicle back. While on the trip, something caused hit the windshield and caused a 8 cm crack on the driver side windshield. I got the crack fixed and returned it back to the dealership only to be told that they have to put a claim in and replace the full windshield. I worked in the rental car industry for seven years and never have I heard that if there is a crack on the drivers side of the windshield, that the whole windshield has to be replaced. That's ridiculous. That's just trying to get more money out of the buyer since they are not taking your insurance. Then also knowin that I wasted an additional $90 by even getting the crack fixed, is beyond ridiculous. I won't be using your services again because that has left me with a very bad taste.

I have always rented from here and they usually do a great job but this time some of their policies changed and they failed to mention any of that before hand so we had to switch drivers go back home and get other cards to pay with it was just too much running around. Also when I finally got my rental ( the next day) the inside was not cleaned well there was still soda sugar or some with sugar on the doors handles on parts of the rental so before putting my kids into it I had to go to the wash tub and clean it out.... you’d think with this whole Covid thing going on they would be cleaner. But the check engine light was on the whole time but they did say it did get an oil changed and just did do something with the sensors. Windshield wipers need to be changed it would make that loud sound everytime you used them. I was going to change them but I had already clean out the car I was done. Other than those things the car got me home and back so yea thanks enterprise!

Made a reservation on 05/27/22. I went to pickup a vehicle on 05/28/22. I arrived at this location and got in line. The lady greeted me and asked for my name, license and insurance went over everything. Then another lady whose name is Ashley told me I didn't have a car. She told me they're was a full size car. I didn't have a choice but to take the full size car. When she finally gave me that vehicle about two hours after I originally had the reservation. It was a used and abused car and it stunk. I told her that I wasn't taking that vehicle. She said I would get a small SUV next to the car. I said that would be fine and she also said I wouldn't have to pay the upgrade. I didn't have any issues until it came time to return it. I returned the vehicle and they sent me an email with my final charges. They had charged me for an SUV, I told them about this and they said it would take a few days to reflect on my bank. Don't rent from this location they are horrible.

Having been waiting at a collision repair shop only 2 miles away since 10:56 AM, Henry called at 12:08 PM to inform me they still did not have my rental truck ready due to a delayed tire replacement. Mind you, I had set up my rental truck request days earlier. He proposed bringing me a temporary rental car within 10 minutes (and drop off the rental truck later). Now, 12:30 PM (12 min past the original promised 10 min), I called again for an update. Henry apologized and professed that the temporary car was "on its way right now." FALSE! Finally at about 12:50 the car is delivered. What kind of rental agency makes a customer wait 2 HOURS despite the original 30 to 45 minutes promise. It is absolutely ridiculous that I had to sit in a parking lot wasting my precious time that long, especially when this Enterprise is less than 2 miles away. I would recommend caution when using this enterprise location, especially if you don't have time to spare!

I've been a customer in the neighborhood with Enterprise for 2 years I'm a plus member I rented a car July 1st on July 2nd it was stolen I immediately notified Enterprise that the car was stolen but Enterprise continued to Bill me until they used my entire deposit and charge me additional days when I bought the insurance to me that sounds like double-dipping and having worked for Toyota for 20 years we did not practice customer service like that at all note to the manager. Update...after 3 weeks the car was stopped by police and impounded..now over two months after being stolen and taking all my deposit and charging for extra days I receive a bill for 600 for towing, mileage and damage to the car that I drove 1 day reported stolen the next day and bought insurance for!!! Unbelievable Enterprise you won't get another dime from me. Beware even if you buy their overpriced insurance they will still charge you.

My mother jumped through hoops for vehicles covered by insurance. She lost her bank and credit cards and was issued a temporary by the bank card - which they would not accept for a rental deposit but definitely took for other fees. She tried every card type that she had. During the process, we finally convinced my mom that the money that the insurance was willing to pay should go to another company because they either didn't want her or her business. This was unnecessary stress for her. Personally, I think it is her age and skin color but, I digress. So, we just got her rental elsewhere. How does this work for tourists deal with theft? I guess they're just S.O.L. Who knows?? This isn't the first time that I am aware of a negative experience here. Just being a third party makes me never want to deal with this place. Especially, when someone has just gone through something traumatic and needs to get around.

Enterprise at last minute spoiled my whole trip for my family. I had my original booking through Costco with enterprise for 29th May 2020. On 29th early Morning I got a call we don't have car , and said nothing can be done. All locations are closed except airport. Then some how I called customer care , and changed to some alternate location 30 miles away, and took uber to take the car. Car I got itself was not in good condition , but some how I survived for 2 days as my Mom cannot sit in the car due to knee surgery. After 2 days I returned , they also deducted high charges for returning in 2 days. Another uber ride I have take back home 30 miles. I always believed Enterprise , and all my Trust broke . I have to spend 90$ on extra Uber and did blunder by renting with enterprise Update: Enterprise never resolved the issue and they don't care for customers. emailed them multiple times

I went to the Enterprise location off 35 North between Weidner and O'Connor. I spoke with Kelsie in June 2021 about trying to get into a van for my family and I but the timing wasn't right. We spoke with Kelsie again last month (early September) but no luck again. I reached out to Kelsie again (end of September) after my car was totaled and she was very happy to help me. Today with Kelsie and Matt's assistance and patience she was able to get me into a car that I'm so happy with. Even though it took some time and I didn't get a van, I was able to get into a newer car. It's more spacious than my previous car. Kelsie was on top of her game with what arrived and what could work for my family and I. She is super friendly and very sweet. I give Kelsie a 10/10 and I will definitely refer her to friends and family. Kelsie, THANK YOU SO MUCH. YOU'RE AWESOME.

Mindy, Francisco, and the rest of the staff at this location are so amazing! I actually refuse to go to any other location or rental company! They go out of their way to make the entire rental process ---from beginning until return-- as smooth and simple as possible. They possess superior customer service skills, and seem to always be cheerful and upbeat, clearly enjoying their jobs! *UPDATE* Above is my original review. I posted that review over a year ago, and yet although the faces have changed, the service remains superior at the Crestway Enterprise location. The entire staff is just so great!!!! This is unfortunately not the case with all of the enterprise locations (Personally, I would not go to the airport location if it was the last available option to me. THe man that works that counter is very rude, willfully not helpful, and sarcastic.

I reserved a van online at this location, they confirmed and when I arrived to the location they told me that the van is reserved for somebody else and not for me. "Ashley" represented her self with the business card of Joe Staggs (she supposedly doesn't have her own business card) she didn't have any interest in helping me and just tried to resolve "my problem" by giving me another van but I would have to pay more for it! they made me wait 45 minutes and after i talk by phone with 3 people, I only received a "I'm so sorry sir" and no one resolved my problem. Because of this I'm getting late to the place where I have an important meeting. I went through a very bad moment I'm very frustrated and under big stress due to the lack of incompetence in customer service with Ashley in this location.

Terrible customer service and extremely unprofessional. I was not greeted when I walked inside, stood in line for several minutes before being reluctantly acknowledged while four representatives attempted to help two customers. No manager in sight. While customers were being shown cars outside the employees spoke openly about their negative opinions of the customers. A customer complained they were charged twice previously for one vehicle and the rep blaimed the bank and did not assure them that it would not happen again. It took over an hr and a half for me to get my rental even with a reservation. If my dealership wasn't paying for the rental I would never step foot in this place again. On the plus side they did have a larger selection of vehicles than most.

I HATE having to rent from this place. I've had to have my car repaired a few times and unfortunately this is where my insurance sends me. #1 It's taken FOREVER for them to pick me up from the body shop each time ... then they drive recklessly back to the office. #2 This particular time (third) I waited an hour at the body shop, then was told to have a seat and wait for a car to be cleaned. I neglected to allot 3 hours of my day for the 1 day rental. #3 The cars are old and beat up. Windshields cleaned with dirty cloths - totally unsafe when driving into the sun. I've rented from Enterprise in other cities many times and have never experienced anything like this one. I've had better luck at Avis, Dollar ... even Budget. If I had a choice, it would not be here.

Renting from Enterprise has always been a very easy and convienent experience. I don't believe that I will ever use any other car rental service unless I absolutely have to. I had wrecked my vehicle so they were happy to come and pick me up. I was already in the system through my insurance so I was on my way in a rental in about 20 minutes. When I had to extend the length of time to keep the car, it was a simple phone call into the rental center. When it was time for me to drop the car off, I had found a center that was closer to my house and they had no problem with me taking it to that one instead of the one where I had originally picked it up at, and once again the entire process took about 10 minutes. I don’t think that I could find better service.

Tommy and John have helped me with a rental car. Once while on a business trip a few months ago, and now for an accident. I'm happy I chose them to rent from again. They're seriously fantastic. Good place, good people there. The customer service is superior, even from the drivers that pick you up for the appointment. I kept having to reschedule my appointments (due to the back and forth from the other party) and not once did I feel any sort of pushback from any representative there. I heard John accept a client when they were about to close, and offered to stay a few minutes past so they will help them out. Made me happy to hear that, because I feel customer service nowadays is not held to that level. These guys go above and beyond!

I’ve always used Enterprise but this experience was the worst. Had a reservation to pick up at 3pm a SUV. They tried to give a vehicle to us with a nail in the tire. Then states that there are no more SUV’s. They tried to upgrade us to a truck and because that was the only thing available at it was close to 4pm (an hour later) we took it. Let me tell you this truck smells like cigarette smoke. Car cleaning was offered but we have a job to get to so we didn’t have the time. Also a car cleaning will not take out the smell of cigarette smoke. There needs to be more organization at this location. If a reservations is made it should be honored.

Overall I had a good experience here. You just have to be firm with the staff as they will try and push you around. Vehicle selection for me is not optional. I have a family of 6. So they tried to set me up with a small vehicle (5seats). Once I fought with them I received a bigger vehicle that they swore they didn’t have. Lastly, after you have done all the paper you go outside to get the vehicle. Then they pull out a clipboard and begin to try and tack on (insurance, coverages,etc). Why can’t they do this inside? My advice is speak to your car insurance provider prior to going to enterprise to see if you need extra coverage.

I utilized this vehicle rental shop due to the convenience of it’s location from where I live. What I found was a great selection of vehicles in very good condition and very well cleaned/ maintained. Each of the staff members were practicing safe distance and wear of proper personal protective equipment which made me feel at ease with using their service. My rental inspection and contract went great and I was left with no question unanswered as well as treated with great respect and courtesy. My return of the rental went as well. Thank you for your great service and I will keep this business on file for future use.

I was very impressed with the process-everyone was so helpful and the process was quick and smooth… when I picked up my vehicle at the end of the day the detailer had to leave, but my agent went in and finished the car up on his own to make sure he was giving me a nice and clean car. It is not very often someone goes out of their way like that, and it really made me feel like he cared and that was really awesome. I wish I had his name- I hope he is recognized for his hard work!! Dixon and Amanda were really nice and helpful and made the car check in smooth as well. Will come back for sure!

The customer service we got was amazing. But the best was Joy at the return. We had issues with the tire pressure sensor going off and other enterprises wouldn’t even try to help find us a replacement. We did our best to not drive to much. When we return the vehicle she asked how was everything, I just wanted them to know about the sensors so they can inspect it. Especially before renting it out again. Joy was so helpful with that situation was apologetic for the other locations. Even though it wasn’t their fault. Joy deserves a raise! Thank you for the helpful employee interaction.

Horrible customer service, thieves, and one company that will never get our service again! They are willing to screw you at any cost! The wife and I have spoken with this branch and have always left feeling amazed at the lack of personal skills and how a company that advertises as a “family company” coupe keep these employees around. I have contacted corporate 3 times and have been left hanging with no calls back. I’ve rented numerous vehicles after dealing with these rude people from HERTZ and will not use enterprise again thanks to the team at this location.

The rental itself was good as I went through an insurance claim due to an accident that wasn’t my fault and the lady who greeted me and checked out my rental was nice however they charged me for protection on the vehicle when I told the lady I didn’t want it because money is tight and it adds up so not only am I being charged for something that I did not want now I’m being told I’m only being refunded 17¢ out of my $50 refundable deposit because of it. This is super inconvenient for me and I was really needing my deposit back.

FRAUD, They tried to charge me $1400 in damage they caused. They claimed I was missing the gas cover door when they picked up the car from the collision center but I contacted the Collision Center and I have video of them picking up the car with the gas tank door on it. I have contacted my lawyer to see what my legal standpoint is. VERY SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICE. Update, I sent the video to the Damage Investigation unit, and I owe nothing, but if I didn't have the video, I would have been on the hook. Be cautious with them.

From a corporate account perspective, my expectations are always exceeded from the hard working associates at this location. Every time I reserve a car with a week's notice I'm treated professionally by the exceptionally kind people of Enterprise. They let me park my personal vehicle in the back which is convenient. The parking lot is gated for security and peace of mind. And the staff have found and returned left-behind items more than once! Thanks from a 'regular' to all the staff that make my rentals easy.

U have no right to get up ahead of urself and fix things on ur own because u have my information with u. U don't know how people are with there money or how things are run at there home. My husband work at an Enterprise washing cars. He said u didn't accommodate gas for me like u guys used to. I just thought u were poorly. Making people wait for a long time

Both women who helped me today were fantastic. I had to switch around my reservation last minute and the woman at the front entrance desk helped me with no issue, she was so patient and understanding. The other woman who helped us choose a car was also great! She was super friendly and helpful, was able to chat with us about the insurance without us feeling pressured at all. Both of them gave us all the information to help us get the best car for a long drive to NE. I definitely recommend this location!!

This Location USED to be one of the best locations but my last 2 interactions with them have completely soured me and I will GLADLY drive to a further location to get service! I called twice today November 22, 2022 waited on hold for 15 minutes the first time only to be hung up on and 23 minutes the second time calling right back after being hung up on only for them to not answer the phone. This location truly needs to undergo customer service and phone edification courses!!!!!

I recently became a member of the enterprise plus program. I received a email stating I could receive a free upgrade on my next rental. I was skeptical however I did get a free upgrade. I drove the suv for about 1 and I was unhappy with it, so I called enterprise to ask if I would be able to exchange the suv for a car. They said yes. I didn't have any problems changing vehicles to my suprise. I love enterprise and I will never rent a car anywhere else ever again.

Had a recall on my Toyota so I took my car in to Universal Toyota up the street and I received a free rental for 24 hours I was taken to this Enterprise location and the service was amazing. Regardless of the weather (it was pouring) Shelby helped me get into a rental and get out of the rain. Super friendly and Very professional, Shelby knows what customer service is and she strives for excellence!!! Great experience!!!! Thanks enterprise & thank you Shelby!!!

We normally use this location, but this visit was the worse. Getting the car I was hounded about getting their insurance. And how much money I would lose if I damaged the vehicle. This was after I told them this was covered by my insurance company. I was informed that I would still need to pay the deductable and they would take it plus days the car is not in service. At this point I would rather not have the car. And I would not rent from enterprise again.

I’ve been a customer for over 10 years I always get excellent service. But this time around on my return Mrs. Elizabeth cooks showed me why there is still a term called customer service. She went above and beyond stayed poised and professional even after dealing with a pickle customer. I pay very close attention to detail and she deserves 10 stars in my book. NEVER answer the phone. They will answer and say "thank you for calling Enterprise, can I put you on a brief hold"......then put you on hold before you can respond to their question....45 minutes later still on that "brief hold". Ended up driving to location to address question I needed to ask about my rental. When I got to location, while still in hold (55 minutes) I was told "we don't answer the phones when we have customers here".

Waited almost an hour during my last rental 2 weeks ago. Original pick up time was 12pm but i pushed it back to 1pm. Got to the rental place and waited for almost an hour because cars werent cleaned and ready. I made the reservation weeks in advance too. They did upgrade my car but i honestly think they did it because there were no other cars ready. I made another reservation 3 weeks in advance so we will see how that goes.

I had a great experience with this location! All of the staff were extremely polite and professional. The lady that helped me (wish I could remember her name) was so wonderful and made sure that I was comfortable in my rental. I can barely reach the pedals in some vehicles and after voicing my concern, she made it a priority to find me a vehicle could be well adjusted for my comfort! 10/10 would recommend renting from here!

I love enterprise car rentals for good rates . I've had some bad experience in the past but they do fix them . Recently tho was not the best experience:. I rented a car and there was a puddle in my passengers side and I only had the car for 1 hr . I had to drive back and wait 30 minutes to get switched out and only received 30 % in discount. Still thought I wasted my time and my rental time when I shouldn't of had to.

Service, 5 plus stars...but bro, get these folks some help!!! Jamil, Ashley and a few prep folks is NOT enough for this location!!! It is a busy place!!! You had several folks waiting an hour or more for a vehicle which is unacceptable. And this was not staffs' fault, its the higher ups!!! Staffing, Staffing, Staffing. Hats off to the crew because I know having to deal with irate customers 24/7 cannot be easy.

My vehicle broke down on the way home one day. I had it towed to the nearest repair facility. I needed a vehicle to drive while mine was being looked at, so i called Enterprise, it wasnt the closest one to my location, but they sent a courier to come pick me up. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they explained all the details on Rental Agreement. I will definetly rent a car from them if i ever need one.

Easy online scheduling. Easy check in, pick up, and drop off. Security deposit starts at $200 and is usually refunded within 24 - 48 hours, after returning rental. They are taking safety precautions, due to Covid-19 but it doesn't hurt to bring your own Clorox clean up wipes or disinfectant. Also, they're offering insurance that covers the co-pay for around $40. Meaning, there's no out of pocket costs.

I rent a car every other week and I seem to have the same issue and that is being given a rental with a dirty interior. I would much rather have a vehicle cleaned thoroughly inside, then detailed on the outside. I have had to request another vehicle twice already because the car was dirty on the interior. With Covid, I would expect more care to be taken on the inside of the vehicle.

I'm very disappointed with this rental location I reserved a passenger van over a month ago for the 8th of June and I received a call today to tell me that they couldn't fullfil my reservation due to no van's available 2 days before my vacation nevermind my iternirary was already set hotel reservation 2 days before really no consideration what's so ever just a oh we are sorry

I had a car accident a few weeks ago. I was able to rent a 2020 durango that was super clean. Enterprise picked me up at my house and I signed the paper work. Once I returned the csr they were able to drop me off back come. The transaction between obtaining a vihevle and dropping it off was smoothed and resolved in about 5 to 10 minutes.

Really happy with this Enterprise. They picked me up from the mechanics and the driver was friendly and wearing a mask. The first vehicle I drove off in smelled funny after the ac ran for about 10 minutes so I called and they let me switch out to a different car. Definitely good customer service. They want you to be happy and it shows.

This was my second time using this location and I think the staff was great. They even checked to see if there was anything I needed while I waited for the rental. Everything was explained to me in detail about the rental agreement and the options available to me. I would highly encourage someone to use this location if I was asked.

Renting the car (2 days in advance) and returning it went extremely well and very quickly. The only hiccup was actually picking up the car on the day I needed it. I had to wait almost an hour before they had a car for me. The staff was super friendly and answered all my questions. I will definitely rent from them again!

I would have given them a 5 star, but I wasn’t able to rent their luxury car because I didn’t have a major credit card and didn’t find out until the day of the rental. Rather than getting a notice at the time of confirmation of the reservation. The service was really exceptional It was a young girl.

Good car. Fair price for Spring break. Unfortunately the individual Enterprise reps are not trained to add or give reward points. I have rented 7 times a d that money goes in their pockets not my reward points. Marriott is fantastic. I also earn 6 x the total on my hotel bill. $300 * 6 equals $1800 points.

Insurance provided me with a rental. I asked Enterprise not put be in a small car because of problems with my left knee, and the fact that I'm 6'2" tall at over 260 pounds so I just don't fit in compact cars. They were able to put me in a full size SUV with no problem! Very attentive to there customers!

Never again. The staff absolutely tried their hardest to make do with what they had but they are understaffed and don’t have the cars to keep up. The phones were ringing the whole time and none of the staff had time to answer them. Shouldn’t take an hour to pick up a car.

Enterprise was so helpful in securing the 15 passenger van that we needed for our trip to our Family Reunion in So. Dakota. The only issue we had was the detailing of the vehicle. We needed to have the seats cleaned before we left. Otherwise, we were very happy!
