Very bad experience, my insurance hired a car from Europcar pinetown, last year, unfortunately I had an accident while using their courtesy car, my oh my firsty it was the process of them to assist in towing the car, 2, they didn't communicate anything with me I just received a call from head office stating how much I owe them,, even though I kept phoning to ask for update. So wish I don't ever have to deal with them, I have informed my insurance that I was ripped off, even now I'm owing an impossible amount of money, hence they tell you their cars have insurance, Total disgrace!!

Honestly the worst company I have had to deal with. I have rented many vehicles from them since my insurance company knly works with Europcar.. to top it off I have paid an amount of R2600 which is still not been assessed by the head office. This results in me not being able to rent a car when it's most necessary. If I had the option I'd never ever support this company again.

They charged me R500 delivery fee, instead of charging my insurance. Emails have been sent by my insurance and Europcar to this branch telling them to refund me but they still haven't refunded me my money a month later.

Terrible customer service, will overcharge you with made up fees and fines to nickel and dime you for way more than the original stated price. Prepare for a pain in your head and your wallet.

Oh yes they were nice up front, I was honestly fooled, trusting.....It was the WORST experience in my car rental history!! I rent alot of vehicles because of my work....

Needed a car in a rush, very professional and a good quality sound vehicle was provided. They were a pleasure to deal with.

The ORTIA branch not the best when it comes to service. But love love love the Pinetown, Durban branch and the KSIA branch.

They efficient quick in and out with the car especially if you booked it online and just go there to pick it up.

No parking organised for their customers even u have a valid resean to leave yo car there
