Ok easy to be processed. Read to the end for a pro tip that could save you at least 20 bucks. And maybe a bit of advice to save you to save you way more than that. Super almost too happy staff hmm magic in the cool aid or is it just full of naturally haipper people. Staff works hard to get you qualified to be a driver. You got a problem they will tell you what you need to do to get hired right there. Got a issue they got you. Professional vehicle checking but here is the pro tip they will fill out a inspection report. DO NOT GOTO OTHER PLACES TO GET YOUR VEHICLE INSPECTED IF YOU CAN GO HERE. (Other places are more inclined to fuge the report to sell you stuff not at the Lyft center they want you to pass.) (But make sure to check your oil and fluids and inspect your car I bet tons of people pass and do unessary wear on thier cars by not doing this. They check if your car is safe not if you need a oil change or of if it is time for you to do routine maintenance) Inspection report,, They do it for free. When you get your report and you pass look it over and make sure the vin number is included most of the time they do not fill it in. If you get this filled out you can then use the same inspection document and send it in to uber saving you time and money for a uber inspection on your car. Hope this helps just a few of you.

I’ve been working for Lyft for almost six years. I would recommend anyone reading this to not only avoid working for this very subpar and shady company, but if you do have to go into this building, make sure you understand that Lyft is not here to help you, or to make your life any easier, at least not as a driver. The staff is professional and friendly, but they have no real knowledge of the actual going’s on of the company, or the logistics of being a driver. Most of them barely seem to know how to use the driver app at all, and are just there to answer general questions that you could find on a quick google search about the company, like how long they’ve been around, what services they provide to the community, and how to get you started with your driving. That’s it. There’s no real customer service. If you come to them with a question or grievance that you would expect to cover with an expert or Human Resources department, think again. This is just yet another attempt by Lyft as a multi billion dollar company that comes in and flashes aesthetically pleasing nothings in an attempt to quell the masses, instead of offering an actual help desk, a Human Resources department (possibly the only company in existence that does not have one) or specialty help.

My 1st time stopping over here. Everyone was nice so 5 stars for them. I am a little annoyed at this point because it seems kinda ridiculous that I can't get clear cut answers on how I'm to get paid and what is needed for signing up for LyftNav. I also asked when I would get paid for the whole year I have been using the BETA ( TEAL) app and reporting issues with the app. Who would sign up to use the beta app unless there was a incentive?? You would be nuts to sign up for a app that has bugs and issues that can mess with your $$$ and sign up for NO extra $$$ and do it just because you like gps issues, app stalling issues, losing streak $ because the app " isn't responding " ... I emailed everyone asking for help. So far, NADA. Wonderful lady helping today was going 2 give me info but as I told her, I already emailed her and got back " that isn't her dept" . Apparently it is nobody's dept since you can never get real help. I'm not saying my lady today wasn't helping. She is definitely 10 stars.

Honestly if you're planning on renting and driving with lyft this service through flex drive might be attractive to you but in order to break even or make profit, week after week. You'd severely need overwork yourself or have lucrative job in order to make up the lost wages from either sleeping or relaxing. I tried to make this a full time job knowing the process of being my own boss was harder stated than practiced. However, the costs associated with driving through lyft is all put on you. The service site is only open Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm. So if you need any repairs on your vehicle say at 7pm on a Friday, your best bet would be to pay out of pocket (eventhough you have extremely expensive insurance through flex drive) or wait until Monday the following week which would cause you to be charged for another week of renting. It seems they didn't really think through needing repairs done on the weekends or they'd prefer to overcharged you for simply and common repairs.

Lyft’s customer service is the worst. There is no way to contact them when you have issues. Speaking as someone who has had traumatic experiences with ride sharing in the past, it is vital to have a contact number at the ride service in order to properly resolve issues. I will no longer be using Lyft for my ride sharing services and strongly advise anyone to consider using another service. When a 15 minute ride turns into a 45 minute ride due to a driver not using the Lyft platform and incorrectly entering my address (to another city in the opposite direction) in another gps, resulting in missing my doctors appointment (thus the trip was completely pointless for me), I would expect a full refund for the trouble. I am also paying for a missed appointment now because of this mistake. Understood life happens, but I would expect Lyft to have better customer service than ignoring the problem and not fully resolving my issue.

These words are not enough to express how I feel about servicing my cars at this place. Especially big THANK YOU to SAMMY and LUCIEN on my last visit. They didn't treat me as a customer. They treated me as a family. Great guys to work with. I have been a Lyft driver for 5 years. I love my work and being there for people when they need a car ride the most. I also take safety very seriously making sure I provide a safe service to all the people in Chicagoland. Car maintenance and all car issues can't be taken care properly by some places that usually talk you into extra unnecessary costs or wrong estimates. IF MY RENTAL IS IN THE SHOP AND YOU DO NOT KNOW HOW LONG IT WILL TAKE TO GET OUT, HAVE A PHONE NUMBER WE CAN CALL TO FIND THAT OUT INSTEAD OF SAYING "COME IN TOMORROW IF YOU DON'T HEAR ANYTHING FROM US!" I LIVE FAR AWAY! I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO COME FAR AWAY TO FIND OUT ABOUT SOMETHING THAT CAN SIMPLY BE TOLD OVER THE PHONE! YOU WILL MAKE ME COME ALL THE WAY THERE JUST TO TELL ME THE CAR IS NOT READY, NOW I JUST WASTED TIME, BUS MONEY OR GAS FOR EXACTLY NOTHING!!! STOP BEING LAZY LYFT! Went to rent a vehicle, needless to say I will never ever again rent another vehicle from them. They overcharge you, and your basically working to pay for the rental. You won't make any money unless your in the car day and night driving. Sad asl to charge people like this. I decided when I return this car that I don't even want to work in my own vehicle. Paying people $19.00 to travel from the south side to the west suburbs, and other rides are $5, $9, **it like this. How in the hell can you make real money . Good luck I'll find another hustle this just isn't worth it.

I drove over an hour to get the car serviced. I left on time and there was an accident and construction. Things I can’t control. I get there and I apologized for being late (over 10 minutes) but I was told I needed to reschedule my appointment. Now I got to drive all the way back home and all the way back to Chicago. The representative had no empathy. Didn’t offer any other options. I had no problem waiting due to my lateness but I’m at an even more inconvenience because the vehicle needs maintenance.

Lyft drivers, if you are having your vehicle serviced somewhere else, STOP. Lyft has taken in account the drivers needs when designing this center. It's modern design and creature comforts will make you feel comfortable while waiting on your vehicle. The service department are quick in what the do and have an exact price before the work starts. I suggest you start using this service not only for the affordable pricing but for the peace of mind knowing the job it done correctly.

I dropped the car back off they was not trying to help me get a new one or anything I was driving making money for my family and now we are just out of luck and I’m trying to get my vaccination cards I forgot in the car now they giving me the run around I was paying 300 a week for the car had 5 stars and great service someone did a hit and run and they closed my account out and now I have no income all they sad was sorry I don’t recommend renting with Lyft

This is a company that uses your resources and your time. This is a company that if the driver doesn't comply, they start discrediting him and most likely discriminating because they see you have no choice and you're a newly arrived immigrant, you don't speak English. I now use a translator and write like that. For more than three years he has sacrificed all my psychological resources as well as my property.

Always take care of the lyft partners here if you need anything done for your car I recommend lyft partners go here they disinfect your car for free and do free inspections here no need to pay anyone to do that. They even do oil changes i think other maintenance for your vehicle which is convenient just set a appointment your all set just they are not open on weekends.

Be aware they will charge you for things that are missing, that are not even in the car just because they want to. They will say one thing and later another take pictures of everything. I snooze and didn't take pictures and I was charger without it been my fault. STAY AWAY IF YOU CAN SAFE YOURSEF A HEADACHE. And the ppl working can't help in anything

The staff inside this office are very friendly and very very helpful if we could get more hubs to the west of the city out of Cook county would be a very big help I for one live in Lockport Illinois 50 miles from the nearest I should not be charged miles for going there and coming back carefully a hundred miles for me just to go not get a change

Well I used to work in that building back when it was known as All City Taxi. The whole facility has been remodeled and to me looks like a totally professional operation. Looks like to me under those pre described situations that Lyft is a winner over those first taxi drivers. I have seen taxi driver friends who migrated to lyft and uber.

Seemless confusing up front and sixth rental affiliate needs to sound off .. if lyft is a partner you need to partner with a help file a link or a rented thru lyft step over expert .. lyft will refund me I'm sure if not what a blessing these staff and drivers ahem we are !!! Went there after multiple problems having to text with support about problems with pay. After talking with a person at the hub she said she would take care of it and money would be there in a week. It is now 4 weeks later and no money. Customer service for drivers is a joke.

Awesome!!! EVERYONE SO HELPFUL AND INFORMATIVE!!! (considering limited resources during this covid time) I came in frustrated and left with peace of mind and a smile Very nice welcoming center and the facility is nice and clean. Have to make an appointment though.

Closed the driver support team in this hub is a worst massive decision. Without support to drive for Lyft, hundred hundred drivers turned their wheels to Uber office which only 3 blocks away from Lyfe hub. Lyft have been losing hundred its drivers for sure.

I had a driver two feeet away from me and they wouldnt accept. the driver's are clearly accepting only the valuable rides, which makes sense. They shouldnt be able to differentiate and lyft should incentivize shorter rides that dont use the expedite feature

There is no more Lyft help desk here. Its now Flexdrive. Car rental only, so if you didn't get a car rental from this place, don't go Herr because now they can't help you anymore. Even if you have a own car driving rideshare, it's the same thing.

Went for an oil change and left with a light on my dash and a noise from the engine. Was promised an email explaining the situation and reimbursable. Haven't recieved anything yet. Poor staff and lack of knowledge on vehicles.

The Lyft car service center was OK as far as my oil change. It's lower priced than regular mechanics or corporate chains. I was in and out in about 50 minutes.
