So I am by no means a guy that knows what he is doing in this department. The florist is so talented though that I can call up and give some cursory thoughts and a price range and she comes up with stunning arrangements each time delivered on time. For this Valentine’s Day in particular we were completely snowed in and I was setting the groundwork for her that I was sorry that we couldn’t do anything special. To my surprise, the door rang and tada, through snow and impassable roads they delivered her Valentine’s Day. As a repeat customer I feel they are the best in Seattle. While I worry about their safety and encourage folks not to count on delivery in the worst conditions, I can say this florist cares about their customers and does a great job.

My friends dog recently passed and I was headed on the way to her house. I looked up a nearby florist and found this boutique. I know nothing about floral arrangements and told the lady behind the register my situation. As she picked out the floral arrangements she continued to ask more questions about my friend. I made my purchase and brought it to my friends house. She was amazed by the curated assortment of vibrant tropical colors and earthy tones. I learned that my friend's mom got hospitalized and wanted to send flowers right away. Unfortunately, all flower shops were closed because it was late but Flowers on 15th was open. The owner of the shop went above and beyond my expectations and delivered flowers to the hospital within a couple of hours! My friend sent me pictures of the flowers and they were absolutely gorgeous orchids! Flowers on 15th is the best flower shop I ever purchased flowers from. Thank you so much!

This is everything you won't receive from an online mega company. The phone is answered...yes they actually have a real person, who is knowledgable, friendly, and can provide an opinion. The delivery time was under two hours and the recipient (my daughter) was absolutely thrilled with her arrangement. We should all support local businesses, and Flowers on 15th reminds us why. Jimmie

So thankful for Carolyn being so amazing and kind! Called the shop literally last minute requesting a small, white bouquet for a courthouse wedding. She worked quickly and went above and beyond! The bouquet was perfect!!! And she even included a corsage for our groom! The bride was over the moon with the result! Can’t thank this place enough. Will be returning!

The staff here are what makes the place. It's always a pleasant experience. Everyone is incredibly friendly and helpful. I always have a handcrafted, unique bouquet created on my own budget. There are also live plants available. Even during COVID, as a "walk in" customer, I received the same assistance and care as before.

I needed flowers on very short notice for my wedding and she (I believe her name was Caroline) helped us tremendously. She went far above and beyond and I will be coming here for flowers as long as I am in Seattle. She made a lifetime customer and I will send business her way whenever I can. Thank you so much!

A great flower shop. The owner was very friendly and knowledgeable about different flowers in her shop. While she did not have what I was looking for she gave me a great recommendation and I came back to have her wrap them for me. I will for sure come back here whenever I need flowers in the future.

The wonderful woman in the beautiful shop is one of the best floral consultants I’ve met across the country. People in the community love her and this very special shop. It looks like a movie set ...it’s so delicious looking... with an almost celestial fragrance!

First contacted via website, no response for about a week. Called in and the lady who answered made it sound like I'm wasting her time. Sent email with pictures for reference for precise inquiry. No response again. Guess they work on bigger jobs only.

Impossible to reach on the phone. I’ve called them daily over the past 3 days and not once did someone pick up. I did receive a callback that I missed on the first day I tried contacting them though.
