Useless! The booking screen in IKEA was broken so I wasn't about to get the reduced price with my family card. Anyway booked online and then heard nothing about my application. A week later and nothing has happened. I sent two support messages through their website that were ignored. The support number is 7p a min and I got fed up waiting on hold. Useless, don't bother!!

Code never arrived despite sending the docs well in advance. Had to spend over an hour on hold before getting the chap on the phone to manually send it instead. In total I sat outside with a trolley full of furniture for an hour and a half before being able to load the van. They are incredibly difficult to contact - don't depend on them!

Shambles, let me hire a van, so I purchased all my ikea bit, only to get a text 10 minutes later saying it has been cancelled. Customer support were no help 'computer says no'. All the issues were surrounding having moved house 2 weeks ago, all of my documents and cards were up to date but their system that verifies wasn't. Appalling

Be careful, the excess is high if in an accident, £850 for over 25s, i was only 3 miles away and an hour wasn't enough. Best getting a propper rental with decent excess and less stress. Also checking vehicle and filling up with fuel eats into your time,

I’d give them zero stars if I could. The app doesn’t sync properly so might tell you a van is available even when it isn’t, my booking was cancelled for no reason and the most they could do was send me a text. A complete waste of over two hours.

Booking process and account management is not as easy as Enterprise car club & zipcar but apart from that great service

Never sent the code. Still got charged. 20 mins on hold with no answer. Poorest van hire service I've ever experienced
