review date: november 14, 2021 customer service dates: ongoing since 2018 the lcbo @the main/queenston traffic circle is a smaller sized location compared to the center mall or upper james/fennell locations. with that smaller size, comes a limited inventory and selection of products. when it comes to seeking vodka coolers, this location actually has a good selection considering the small store size. be advised to always check the lcbo website to make sure you're not wasting your time and gas to discover unexpected stockouts. parking on the property is sufficient for the traffic generated. be advised that you cannot turn left onto main street once you are leaving the parking lot; only right turns. hours are the same as the other leading store locations. staff here are polite at best, and some are borderline xenophobic. i used to live in the area for 29 yrs and am so glad to have moved out. bottom line: i would use this location for my adult beverage needs only if i am in the area and/or they have the specific items i am looking for. i would recommend the same thing for others shopping for their own beverage needs.

Ahhhh the liquor store! How could anybody write a bad review about the land of such sweet delights? My only complaint about this location is that the selection of my preferred drinks is minimal, but it is a smaller store so I can't blame them. The store is kept clean and well stocked, the clerks are always polite and friendly, they laugh at my lame jokes, and on some occasions even ID me!! Now that's great customer service!

Love the store and most of the associates as well. The last time I was there the guy gave me what it seemed like a bit of an attitude and made some weird jokes about my age and why I buy beer. It was a little awkward and I didn't get it at all. I will give this location a bit of a break, but will return sometime in the future. Hopefully I get one of the female associates, they seem to be nicer.

Your in and out pretty quick. The staff are pleasant and helpful except for one old guy. I avoid him anytime he's working when I go in there. He talks down to people and is onot helpful at all. Time to retire. Overall, it's a great store to shop in. The staff make it a pleasant shopping experience. Except for u know who.

This LCBO is almost a hidden treasure that has been around forever! I almost don't want to tell you about it. It is never busy beyond control when I visit and I have been on busy days like Christmas eve. The selection is smaller because the store is smaller but it's a great selection! The staff are great and helpful.

Pathetic customer service . Some old ladies make all a scandal because I was buying with my boyfriend and.they didn't let him.buy because I had no I'D meanwhile he has it. And all families with kids buying. Which is the analysis. Please people , come on!. You should hire people with some criteria and common sense.

Very clean store well cap stock and very welcoming and polite employees. I went here on a win and ended up winning keep this LCBO because I believe it's trying to be closed. Not the biggest but they got everything you need as I said before staff is very friendly and nice and if you're needing stop on by.

I appreciate that the LCBO has taken an interest in staffing and customer service once again. There is clearly a culture change taking place from the top down. Selection has improved and staff seem much happier overall and more willing to engage and help in store.

Usually I have a good experience but there's a younger cashier there with terrible customer service. Always looks completely miserable and has attitude. Someone should tell her to atleast pretend to have personality if she's going to be on cash

Love my Upper Gage store. Usually very well stocked. The staff is informative with regard to wine, and helpful in finding another store with available product if they're out, or help within the store. Quick, efficient, friendly cashiers toooo.

Was there tonight hoping for the Steam Whistle Lunch Box gift pack - they were sold out. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Tall guy, glasses (should have asked his name) helped me out and checked other stores before I even asked him to.

It's all booze, nothing else. I looked everywhere and that's all I could find. They need to diversify it's a strange and boring business model. Unless your a booze hound, then this is the place for you.

We really miss Betty since she left. She was the best lady. The 2 Helens and Lisa are also great ladies to deal with. It is a cute little neighbourhood LCBO. I hope they never close and move elsewhere.

Despite the size of this LCBO, it being small does not do it justice, they carry things here that you can't find at other LCBO's and the best perk is that there is a bus stop right outside the store!

I don't drink at all but all liquor stores are the same if you like alcohol that's the place to go any place that sells alcohol but if you have a drinking problem you should quit and go to AA LOL

love this LCBO. It is small but the service is awesome. The staff is very helpful and friendly and I have never been harrassed by beggers at this location like so many others in the city.

It was a good experience. Being a smaller older store it does not appear to be as busy. They still have a good selection tho and the staff are friendly. They also have tons of parking.

Yes ordered on line they had it in stocks so I paid and went to get it and they said it would take up to fourteen days to get my orders I was not happy I paid again and got my order

Friendly staff and surprisingly decent craft beer selection consisting this location is on the smaller side. International wine selection is a little limited but no surprise there.

great customer service, but a small location so selection is also limited. Don't let that stop you from going there tho. The staff make up for it and have great suggestions.

Very polite knowledgeable about products, only issue is size of store and limited product lines, but takes no more then 5 mins to get in and out even on long weekend's

Was able to find my product quickly. Friendly staff. However there was no ice for customers to purchase and other things most LCBO would accomadate.

The store in University Plaza is beautiful! They have enlarged it to include a lot more beer selection. Staff are very courteous and helpful.
