Busy Saturday night and they were understaffed. Store looked well picked over for the Supercrawl warm late summer weekend. Long lines at the only 2 open tills? As they seemed short staffed over everyone on a break? Still not understanding why the liquor store sells beer and the amount of floor and shelf space allotted to it. Don't we have the Beer Store? A place to buy beer? If you want to be a one stop shop why don't you sell ice and pop and munchies or fruit and cheese or cigars to pair with my purchases??? Hmmmm maybe why they should blend the liquor store in with the grocery stores...Whatcha think Dougie?

I've been looking for this 1 bottle for a couple months now, and found it here! So I bought 3! Was speaking to one the staff here, Kim who was very helpful and able to put 3 bottles aside for me to pick up tonight - it was exactly where she told me it was. A great experience over all! I'd like to mention, I drove from Georgetown to pick up these bottles - I'll be back!

Always a great selection of products and a very friendly staff. The interior and layout of the store is amazing. I only ever purchase from this location for the pleasant experience. I've tried the Centre Mall and Jackson Square locations and it's simply not the same. If you're in East Hamilton and are in need of alcohol this is the location to visit.

If I can give this LCBO location no stars I would've done just that. The staff members I encountered were rude and racist and refused me service. When I brought this to the managers attention she completely ignored my concerns in regards to the treatment I received because I'm black. I will be taking further actions.

I don't drink much, so I rely heavily on the opinions of the people who work there, to help me pick out the perfect spirits. Last week the man who helped me was amazing. He happily answered all my questions, and my guests really enjoyed the wine and beer, he helped me choose. I wish I could remember his name.

The blonde who worked today is extremely rude and horrible. Took my phone right out of my hand as I asked for help to look for a certain spirit. Not only did she waste my time, she was absolute waste of space there as she ignored various other customers requests as well.

I'm not sure why they changed the entire arrangement in lcbo...lol..guess I have to get use to it. Although the other way without all those racks seemed a little more easier to move around and more cozier, if that makes sense. Happy shopping …

Beautiful store. I have only been around 2 of the staff and both (on many occasions) have made me feel small and uncomfortable which is odd because I am a cheerful person when I go out, always smiling and polite. I am uncomfortable in this store.

Close to home and very convenient for a ocasional beer or glass of red vine I consume. Well stocked, clean and staff is very helpful. After pandemic, they stopped carrying some European beers that I enjoyed, but this issue is industry wide....

My daughter was selling chocolate for a fundraiser. Customers were polite and receptive and encouraging. Angela came out and told us to move that we weren't allowed. What is this teaching our young hard working children. To give up? Never!!!!

Large store, large selections, great staff, busy during expected holidays and some summer nights. Rest of the time it's a peaceful place to get your choice of preferred beverages and mixed drinks. Excellent holiday gifts are available.

I like the location at Fiesta mall on Highway 8 in Stoney Creek. The location is big the staff are very friendly they do there job as well. Did I mention they have lots of variety of all different kinds of beverages. ☺

Just remodeled, looks amazing with the new cold room, only problem is that I had the old looked mapped out and was able to find my usual items with a breeze but now it takes me way longer to find what I wanted.

This location is always busy but they tend to be quick with your purchase. Seems to be out of all the hot coolers they have all the time gotta be quick if you want palm bay slushies

Has most of the regular staples. They are also struggling with the world supply chain issue, so be aware that your favorite liquor might not always be available. Be kind

Worse experience ever... some of the cashier are racist and they don't like BLACK PEOPLE. Don't go to this place if you are BLACK!!! Too bad I can't give them 0 stars.

Loved it . Staff were friendly and the collection of beer was amazing. Lots of international brands specially European were available. Wasn't crowded in the morning.

Offers same-day pickup. Order online. After you receive an email notification, go into the store and your order is ready. Reduces interaction with other customers.

Dont bother going to this store unless you’re only looking for basic stuff. The store is under renovation until October and their stock is pretty limited.

Looked like an abandoned store. They were going through what looked like a renovation. Took a bit longer to find stuff, but was able to find something.

This site has all your holiday drinks in sight of the door. Clean and well organized shelves. Staff on the floor looking to help made shopping easy.

What can be said about the lcbo? They got it all and then some! Nice clean stores, great selection. My go-to stop when it's a hot tub night!

I must’ve missed all the signs but as of July 8/23 this location is under renovations and still open. I still found what i needed. No issues

Nice location, I would say a mid-size where you will find what you are looking for. Plenty of parking available. Good customer service.

What can I say about the lcbo really haha. They have a good selection of liquor and beer. Haven't had any issues any time I've gone in.
