One thing that really pisses me off with the LCBO is the bottle return process. If the Government of Ontario wants the benefits & the taxes selling the booze in nice clean bottles then they should also deal with the empties & not dump it off on the Beer Store. Typical government bs!! Not in my backyard. If I buy your booze, then you should take the empty bottle back when I return for another & not force me & every other Ontarian to drive to a Beer Store that I never even patronize to begin with. Just think of all the extra pollution you cause by forcing your customers to deal with their returns. Talk about talking out of both sides of your mouth. Typical government bureaucracy.

Screw this location! It sucks when you want some drinks and they are always out of what you want. Horrible selection. They also never have cold coolers just cold ipas and beer :( Some of the staff are annoying too and i notice there always staring at you like your a problem or something. Gives me creepy vibes for sure. I never have these issues at other LCBO locations. I really dispise this waterdown location. Go to the dundas LCBO for all you need. They have the best selection around.

Older male worker came up to me in the middle of shopping, said "have your ID out in ready" in a very rude way. , I went up to pay for my stuff with ID in hand and asked him why he said that, he then went on to scream at me to get out of the store and was physically forcing me to leave the store. I have shopped here every weekend and never had a problem - almost 21 years old. This is ridiculous. I will be contacting the manager

I went to pick up a few boxes to pack up my kitchen prior to a renovation and I was told very rudely by one of the cashiers that the boxes were only for customers. This despite the fact that there were hundreds sitting there and she even had the gall to tell me that they refilled the box area 3 or 4 times a day! It was ridiculous. It was shocking to be spoken to so rudely. I have shopped there before, but I never will again.

Waterdown's homage to all things (legally) alcoholic is a temple of selection and convenience. Approachable and genuinely warm staff process purchases quickly and efficiently, pack boxes and paper bags with an eye to convenient portability for the purchaser. Waterdownians have a lovely place to purchase their (legal) wine and spirits and beer. Be sure to go if you are of legal drinking age. Please don't drink and drive.

Great LCBO! Dimi and the vintages team do a great job of getting a great selection of new releases... And they seem to have tried them all! Trust the Dimi picks and ask for pairing advice from any of them working in that area. Learn tons when I ask questions. And the entire staff are always friendly including Grant with his mad speedy cashier skills! We are lucky to have such a great LCBO in our community!

Decent selection but possibly THE worst customer service I've ever received from an established company. I was truly disgusted with the way these employees and manager handle their jobs. Also, kind of annoying that they ask me for 3 pieces of ID everytime I go when most LCBO's don't even ask for one anymore. They act so disrespectful towards customers especially if you look younger

This LCBO has a policy that boxes are only for customers that purchase 6 bottles or more...BUT...they were out of paper bags....AND....the front of the store had piles of boxes. Hmmm, another store adopting senseless policies that affect the quality of customer service. With many LCBOs to choose from I don't need to buy my wine from this one.

Great store with a great selection of local and imported wines, coolers, ciders and spirits. Store is well laid out, clean and stocked with exactly what you need. Whether you’re looking for some wine for dinner, something to add to a dessert or some “cheer” for a holiday or a party, this is a great store to shop for your entertaining needs.

Very helpful staff. I was approached a few times making by staff to make sure I didnt need any help. Very warm staff Only a 4 star because their Single Malt Scotch and Mezcal selection was a little generic and bland. Should be able to give a could give a 4.5 star. But honestly the staff was on point! You guys are awesome!

The single malt scotch selection at this store was fairly good, but can't compare it to the one at Cornwall Drive. Always found someone who could help out finding the obscure vermouth or bitters. As like any other LCBO store, you can place a custom order for a bottle provided it is available in another LCBO store.

This place is pretty bad... Not only did they take down my review but they were being rude despite my look, I may look young but that does not mean you cannot sell me alcohol and assume my DRIVERS LICENSE is fake. They did not want to sell my alcohol because I look young and assumed I had a fake card.

Pretty inefficient store - long lineups at the entrance, never enough registers open, cashiers are pretty slow. A guy in front of me spent like 20 minutes stocking up for his restaurant or something - 3 staff were just wondering around instead of opening another register...

This location is quite large, has amazing staff, a large selection of liquours, (vintage) wines, and beers. They don't have countertops behind the registers, where they hide their empty boxes underneath, but I prefer it that way. I don't feel like I'm nosy or pilfering.

Good experience but I wish the LCBO stores would standardize on the layouts. So, when you visit any LCBO it all flows the same, simplifying the shopping experience no matter what part of Ontario you go to. I understand there would be exceptions in certain areas.

This store is amazing. The manager named Frank always has a big smile and a great attitude! The rest of the staff are helpful, professional yet friendly. I prefer to shop here than any other LCBO in the area since their customer service is second to none!

Unless it's a big holiday where crowds are expected, there is never a line-up. They open up registers even if only one person is in line. I wish more stores would follow this way of keeping customers happy. Staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable.

Great staff. Large LCBO with everything stocked. One employee was extremely helpful in finding me a rare Tequila at another location and called ahead for me to reserve the last bottle. Love this location. Always friendly, always courteous.

All great service. I asked staff where the product I was looking for was and got my answer immediately by him taking me right to the shelf where it sits. Again Thank You for saving me having to look for it! Happy Customer here!

Great LCBO location. It's not the biggest I've ever been to, but they always have a great selection and, unless you're looking for something really obscure, they should have what you want. Staff is friendly and helpful.

large cashier, black man (as if that maters) very snarky thought it would be to demeaning for him to bag my purchase with the bag I provided. Can't imagine he'll last long in a customer service position, what a prick!

Parking lot access good. Store clean well lit and organized as most LCBOs are. Picked up a variety of items. Clerk looked awful young... I wanted to ID HIM ha ha. Packed my stuff...air miles...out the door.

I do not like the Waterdown location at all. I always feel like I am interrupting a conversation just to check out. I prefer more focus on the customer! This store does not get my business anymore!!

went to exchange wrong tequila for right but the mgr is being a d*ck. yes, i had my receipt, but no they wouldn’t process the exchange. I’ll go back to my local where staff is much nicer

Visiting my sister in my home town. When we stopped in the LCBO I was pleased by the selection of wine and craft beers in the local store and the helpfulness of the staff.

When big stores like Walmart and Canadian tires are accepting normal returns, why can't LCBO?? Even couple of Associates are also Rude and Blunt.

No concerns. Protocols in place. Like all locations they have a shortage of liqueurs. This location has a very large choice of wines.

It's fine but during the peak hours many times there are fewer cashiers available however it is still efficient and works out well.
