Don’t usually do reviews but the other day I went into this bank to change my address and order a new card, I thought it would be straight forward only to find out the women at the help desk wasn’t helpful and I found her customer service to be rude. I’ve called customer service to find out where my card is, to be told it hadn’t been ordered and the address she put in for my new address was wrong. I understand we make mistakes but when your reading a simple ID card with my address on it shouldn’t be too hard. My point here is that my card and PIN number could of gone to the wrong address which would of put my account in a vulnerable position. Staff need to be more vigilant when entering details of customers in future!

Haven't been able to pay payments into my account to pay Bill's as bank isnt open and cant get threw to anyone at Lloyds bank on the phone absolutely a joke. But keep texting me to make payment to cover Bill's. Impossible if they are not open thanks Lloyds

A bank that is open so few hours doesn't deserve to be closed on bank holidays.if you are one of the majority of people that work a usual 9 to 5 you need time off to visit, almost as if it's a bank purely in place for benefits scroungers.

I am not happy, I have been banking here that long you would think they could verify my identity. I opened my account when it was Birmingham Municipal, the bank used to be helpful, I don't know now.

Lots of people moan about banks but I've always been very happy with the team here and I was always treated with the greatest courtesy and respect .

It's friendly, they try to be as quick as they can, also the hv floating staff for other things that's quicker than waiting in the queue.. x

My local branch and I can say its a nice branch, the staff are always friendly and welcoming.
