I did not have the great experience here that others say they had. My husband and I were trying to get a prescription filled for albuterol for my infant son yesterday to help with his breathing. The pharmacy didn't have albuterol in stock, so they ordered it and said it would be available today. I called back in the afternoon today, and it still wasn't available. The woman on the phone said she was hoping it would arrive tomorrow. I asked to transfer the prescription to another pharmacy since we couldn't wait. She put me on hold to speak with her manager, and when I was taken off hold, I was speaking with someone who I think was the albuterol supplier in Ohio... She wasn't on the line anymore, and the man who was on the line said that he was in Ohio, not affiliated with the pharmacy, and suggested that I call the pharmacy back. I'm not sure what was going on, but I have used this pharmacy twice, and both times have been disappointing. The first time, the prescription wasn't ready even though I called ahead to confirm it was ready.

Super kind people and adorable store! I talked to two people when I was on a trip to Seattle, originally confused about where the darn train station was and they told me exactly where it was and the options, and even offered to break my 20 into change! Smiles the whole time! I also needed some allergy medicine and the guy I was talking to knew exactly where everything was and helped me pick a good one for me, even shared a few things about the medicine I didn't know. Must say, the prices were great too! One more amenity I noticed was the old medicine drop off for safe disposal. Super convenient for people who need to safely dispose of medications, not always easy to find a safe drop spot either (at least where I'm from). It was a quick interaction but it sure reminded me that a little kindness goes a long way, totally brightened up my day! Thanks guys!

Customer service is fantastic, I'm so glad I switched over from a chain store pharmacy. The chain stores may have more hours that they are open but that's it. Othello Station pharmacy is much friendlier and gives you that local neighborhood kind of service. I called them to inquire about the status of a new prescription and they let me know I have options for the size of tube I want, which was important because my insurance wasn't going to cover this medicine. I really appreciate them communicating that to me. The pharmacy is very clean and has all the essential first aid, nutritional supplements, and personal care items available as well as locally made soaps. Parking is easy in the building and free as well. Plus it's right by the Othello light rail station for easy transit access. I can't say enough good things about them.

Highly recommend this pharmacy. I have an elderly parent who normally gets her chemo meds through another pharmacy but their manufacturer has been on back order. I was in town helping her after a hospital stay and needed these meds for her. I called and talked to Abdi who was so helpful. He called around called back and said he could have them the following day. He matched the price of her other pharmacy and even arranged a free delivery. My mom was extremely appreciative and had even recommended them to her neighbor. Thank you so much Abdi.

UPDATE: I moved 30 minutes away from this location, and after trying 2 different pharmacies near my new house, I've switched back to Othello Station Pharmacy because the long drive into Seattle is less of a headache than dealing with other pharmacies. SO MUCH BETTER than going to Walgreen's or Bartell's. They are so nice and accommodating, they will make sure you are well taken care of. I'm sadly moving farther away from their location soon, and I'm seriously considering making the 20 minute drive so that I don't need to change pharmacies.

I have been here twice to have prescriptions filled. I work on guest service. I never take the opportunity to write reviews. This location has earned and deserves my time. Too often these places only hear of the bad, There is none of that there This facility is clean, it is well stocked. And most importantly the staff are wonderful. You can tell when someone takes ownership and pride in their work. This team does. I told the owner that they make me happy to spend money in my neighborhood. Thank you Othello Station Pharmacy

I love this pharmacy! As others have stated, the staff are so friendly and helpful, also know us by name within a few visits. It is so refreshing to have a more personal experience and sense that they truly care about the customer, getting the prescriptions we need in a timely manner, and at reasonable cost. I definitely recommend this pharmacy. I noticed the drop box for unused medications and I’m going to take advantage of that next time I’m in. This pharmacy CARES about doing business the right way. The staff does a fantastic job at communicating with their customers and proactively offering solutions to the complex web of insurance and medication fulfillment. They were able to get me my medication promptly (a medication all other pharmacies said would be several weeks late) and saved me several hundred dollars with my insurance in fulfilling it. Can’t say enough good things- they will be my and my families pharmacy for life!

I wanted to switch to this local pharmacy so I sent a prescription that was fulfilled at a different pharmacy multiple times before. It was asked to pay $12.99 for the same prescription I used to pay for less than $4 at CVS. I really wanted to support small businesses but the price didn’t make sense to me. I even asked if they took my insurance (I handed them my insurance card earlier) and they said yes. I don’t think I will be returning.

PRICE GOUGING!! they were advertising online they had purell at $3.79, so i ran over to get some. of course, they didn’t have it in stock. they did have a spray bottle of hand sanitizer, which i purchased because i’d made the trip. when i got home, it turns out i paid $13.99 for an 8 oz. spray bottle of alcohol. it's unused, and they refuse to take it back. yes, i bought it, that was dumb. but i’m never going there again.

Pharmacy staff worked with our nursing home and assisted living to get our residents their COVID-19 vaccines. The staff are professional, friendly, flexible, and community-service oriented! We also referred our employees to get their COVID-19 vaccines at their storefront location, and got nothing but rave reviews about their speed and service. Excellent all-around!

Good service but price gauging… not taking discount cards for rx savings instead uses their own stating it’s goodrx but when compared at goodrx price through their website it’s double the price…. Not sure how they’re pulling this off…. Spent several hundred dollars so far without reasonable reasons… will be moving pharmacies….

This is my neighborhood pharmacy. There was a misunderstanding at first but they are very professional and I like the way they do business. They even bargain with me to get a lower price on one of my medications when I told him I can get it somewhere else cheaper. I've never had a pharmacy do that for my business.

Traveled from Kirkland to Othello Station pharmacy because we heard (from my daughter) they were so good and we want to support a locally owned pharmacy. GREAT service with a smile, incredibly warm and helpful. I will go out of my way to give them our business in the future. THIS is how pharmacies should operate.

Great ambiance, friendly professional service, and great variety to choose from. No appointment needed to get your Covid Test and the results were ready before I finished my shopping. Locally owned independent pharmacy, a rare find. They are so friendly and helpful, and really take the time to know you personally. They’ve gone above and beyond to work with my insurance to make sure my health comes first. I wholeheartedly recommend the friendly folks at Othello Station Pharmacy!

I love this neighborhood pharmacy. The staff are very friendly and helpful and do whatever they can to help you figure out things with your insurance. I highly recommend them for a much more personal experience than Walgreens or the other big drugstores, and hardly ever a wait.

When the pharmacy didn’t receive their order and I couldn’t get my prescription, the staff went above and beyond to find a pharmacy that had it in stock and transferred my prescription. They are always quick and friendly, I really appreciate this pharmacy!!!
