Called 10 times throughout the day to see if they had my prescription without anyone answering the phone or the ability to leave a message. Ended up driving over and they didn't have it ready even though it was sent 8 hours previously. Don't go here if you need things quickly or expect any semblance of customer service.
Horrible. Worst business. They only survive because it's a pharmacy desert - I have had to use this trash for 5+ years. Line is always long, they lie on the phone about completion times, they are rude and unorganized. It is the worst pharmacy I have experienced. Totally miserable - avoid if you can.
There was an issue with getting help at the pharmacy. They were nice as usual. Safeway usually is! Just didn't have what I needed. Or we're just a little prejudice. Not sure. However I have always had the best experiences with Safeway. And they are such a good company.
This is the most incompetent staff of pharmacists in the city. Literally, every pharmacy from Bartells to Walgreens to Pharmaca, are better equipped to handle your prescription. Safeway Pharmacy on Madison constantly make mistakes, make you
It's hilarious how accurate these other reviews are. What happened to the old pharmacy staff??? They were amazing and all just disappeared one day and were replaced with incompetent people. Lines get so long now. There were rarely any lines
While the "new" staff seems to be heroically trying to cope, the service at this Safeway pharmacy is extraordinarily slow. What happened? This used to be one of the best pharmacies EVER. Safeway Corp. needs to get its act together and staff
This pharmacy has been understaffed and overworked for over 2 years now. I called today as I needed my meds refilled before an emergency trip and was advised that there was only a single manager and a single tech on duty, and that they were
I read the negative reviews for this Safeway pharmacy and having them be our go-to for decades I agree with most of them. That said, it wasn't the staff's fault. I'm not sure why Safeway hates its pharmacist as much as they do, but I would
Everyone in previous reviews have summarized the abysmal experience of waiting in lines so long that people are taking shifts and sitting on the ground, so I’ll just add that I reached out to discuss the ongoing problems at this pharmacy 3
I have wasted at least 6 hours in line, discovering medications which were supposed to be on autofill had not been placed on autofill, prescriptions not being filled as the wrong one was referred to, or simply not filled. There was a total
This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to, and I have to go here regularly. I usually stop by (they do not answer the phone) days in advance to check in & make sure my medication will be ready when I come to pick it up; it still ends in
Like every other recent reviewer I'm highly disappointed in the change to the pharmacy. The lines are always down the aisle and even when they aren't the amount of time spent in line is pretty crazy. I went in with 3 people in front of me,
Avoid - rude staff who are not sensitive to mental health needs. My psychiatrist submitted a prescription for my antidepressant two weeks ago and it still hasn't been filled. It's been a lot of back and forth with no communication to me -
I’ll start off by saying, I’ve been going here for years without many problems. But recently, there have been terrible pharmacy staff. Most of them fool off in the back while a long line stretches into the nearby aisle. Once had a problem
Single-handedly the WORST pharmacy I have ever utilized to refill prescriptions in the United States. If you are lucky and they actually answer your phone call, the staff will immediately put you on hold and never pick up again. Lines are
This pharmacy used to be incredibly reliable, with kind AND gender-affirming staff. I used to frequently refer people here, especially those who needed reliable and understanding providers. No idea what happened, but it seems they removed
I was using this pharmacy for the last year. A few months ago the pharmacy staff was great, quick, and efficient. The pharmacy had a great staff that was quick and efficient. One day they were all gone! Now there’s mostly long wait lines
It took me four in person visits and dozens of phone calls (to actually get someone to answer) to fill a super common prescription. Was constantly being told when it would be ready and wasting an hour of my life showing up only for it to
Since we moved here to Seattle over two years ago, this has been our go to pharmacy. The regular staff are friendly, professional and efficient and have gone out of their way to help with sorting out insurance issues including requesting
Not a good pharmacy at all anymore, used to be fine. Recovering from a spinal sugery at home currently. They didnt fill my painkiller prescription for 4 days. Tried to get them via phone and left messages 3 times no response. My partner
I had horrible experience getting my meds today. It’s not only about waiting but they sent me text that my meds are ready and when I got there I had to wait like for 40 min. Mind you, there were 3 people working. Before them, there were
Definitely make this your go-to Pharmacy if you'd like instantaneous hypertension or to pop a few blood vessels in your eyeball. This dog and pony show is run by a crew of complete nincompoops. Lines, delays, not checking their phone
Just as the previous reviewer said it's totally hit or miss. The other day I came in for a back-ordered item on my prescription. The first employee told me to wait for 5 minutes and she'll call me. Guess what? She never called me. I
If I could give negative 20 stars I would. Absolute laziest and slowest people work here. Just moved here and tried out ONE medicine. They messed up and didn’t fill it and I was 4th in line. It took 45 mins. The front lady needs to
I have been using this pharmacy for five years, and will be switching to somewhere else this month. For years I was extremely happy with this pharmacy, with their kind and thoughtful staff. They were professional, reliable, and
Used to be great, but ever since the staff was changed it's a struggle to get any prescription filled. Good luck trying to get them to answer the phone. After months of terrible service I'm switching to a different pharmacy.
I would recommend against using this pharmacy. Starting a few months ago, they are way understaffed. Wait times in the store are insane, and getting them on the phone is a lot harder than it should be.
Both times I’ve come here they have taken 10 minutes minimum to check out every pick up. I’m in line now… it’s been 30 minutes and counting. That’s not staffing… that’s incompetence.
Notice all the 1 star reviews are the recent ones. They’re correct. Pharmacy was great until inexplicably everyone left and were replaced by a casting call for terrible pharmacists.
Twice in the last 2 weeks, for 2 different patients the staff has been excellent! CVS in South Lake Union took 5 days for one prescription and 2 days for 2 other
