Excellent customer friendly service, very hard to get from India public sector bank. After I'd bitter experience from SBI - Soho Road due to their lack of knowledge on their service, I was scared to enter PNB. Surprisingly PNB staffs treats the customer with dignity and respect. Thanks PNB.

They treat you same as when you visit bank in India thinking you don’t know nothing no queue system even they come here no change all I can say if you want to deal with them deal like you in India go to manager cabin go to your friend desk go there go there etc any time.

Experience is excellent but bit confuse with closing time of the bank. Please amend
