I am absolutely disgusted with the beyond a joke customer Service from The manager on the phone today Friday 24/2 !! She was so rude wouldn’t even listen to me to make up some beef raw in 200g packets which a lovely staff member has done for me for ages now regardless being busy !!!! I am in absolute tears and she hung up on me twice and accused me of yelling but she wouldn’t even let me get a word in!!! What the I will be taking this to my big social following to advise of how disappointed I am with this so called manger today not putting the customer first and taking care to listen absolute joke iv never been treated so badly like wow

My fur baby, Milo, although he is no longer a baby as he will be 14 in December, is an extremely fussy eater. He is a Cavalier cross Shitzu and eats better than I do, as his fresh food is sourced from Scruffies.. We have been going to Scuffies for many years and the service and quality of product that we receive is second to none. David, Jo, Chelsea and the other staff always have a treat for Milo and he gets treated like royalty. For excellence in service and product, you can't go past Scruffies.

*Edit. They 'had' been better this year but the last month they have seemed to have gone backwards. Different staff and another new manager at the end of the year I think. Store doesn't look as friendly any more. "I have been a customer at Scruffies for just over a year now. I love the changes they have been making lately! The store looks much better and they have been improving the quality of their meals. I also love the new treats they are bringing out!!!"

I love this shop, and no question, lovely people behind the counter. It's a little gem in our neck of the woods. However several times now I have purchased the 800 gram casseroles. When I lifted the lid they were on the nose. There is no due date on them, so no way to know when they were made. I realize dogs can eat food that we would consider off, but it smells and I would wish the owners to please put a due date on them. Thanks

Scruffies is a family run business built on lies. the have a massive staff turnover because of the way they are treated. They are picked on regularly to the point of leaving. Its an unhappy environment. Nobody wants to work for the owners

Have visited this shop & they have changed their style. The colours are the same but it seems to be a bit smaller. Unfortunately they don't do deliveries to the outer areas of Glenelg unless you have to pay extra fee for deliveries. The

Used to love coming here for food and treats for the fur kids and they loved them but our youngest got food poisoning from the premade meals and it cost us a lot to get him better again.
