Please be warned! The car wash at this APCO service station is operating with harsh chemicals and forceful high pressure hoses which has the potential to destroy undamaged cars. I took my car through this car wash and it peeled the paint off the front bumper severely. Prior to taking it the carwash there was no damage. After weeks of chasing the franchise owner, Frank, (poor customer service as he refused to contact me!) when I finally got onto him he refused to take ownership for the damage or pay for the costs. Since I had clear evidence and witnesses I even contacted many authorities but he still refused to do anything. As Frank had already seen the CCTV footage of my car going into the car wash with no damage and coming out with many strips of pain off the front bumper, he was likely only denying it to get out of paying me. So not only is there a faulty car wash operating at APCO Thomastown, the franchise owner Frank is refusing to take responsibility and APCO head office is not investigating the issue. This is a serious matter and very poorly dealt with! ‬ ‪Not only is the business putting consumers at risk of serious car damage, when it does occur they are not taking responsibility!‬

I witnessed the car wash at this APCO service station damage a car that did not have any prior damage. After going through the car wash, many strips of paint were peeled off the front bumper. The damage was very severe and would have been clearly visible on CCTV footage. The estimated cost of the repair would have been over $600. However APCO is refusing to take responsibility for their actions! Since they would have already seen the CCTV footage, they are only denying it to get out of paying for it. The way they handled this situation is very poor and they are not considerate of their consumers. Also this business is causing more harm by putting consumers at risk of significant damage to their car and by just sweeping it under the carpet. If they are not investigating their car wash or taking necessary precautions to prevent it from happening again, they will just keep damaging cars and denying it if it does happen.

Cheap petrol. Cheap lunches. Do your best to support independent petrol sellers. They are very important to maintain the market. All staff are great except one younger guy who I think is the owners son (hence 4 star not 5). He likes to over charge on food items and thinks he is so smart that you do not notice. Have not seen him there for about a month or so, maybe Dad has put him over his knee (as I am sure he would as the older gent who seems to manage the place seems like a genuine gentleman). Other staff are awesome and I think it is mostly a family business. Great business. It is a reasonably priced lunch shop unlike the others in the area who are too expensive. Please give them your money and not the mega corps.

i ordered through uber eats and due to technical difficulties called the store and spoke with Jemima, who was absolutely lovely! when i received the order, Jemima had written a lovely little note and had actually placed a free donut in with the order. when i rung and spoke with her to say thank you, she was once again extremely kind! she is an absolutely amazing employee and it was an honour to have been served by her! thank you Jemima! :)

Cheapest fuel around. Great little shop, polite staff. Busy with the tradie crowd first thing in the morning with the coffee machine & on-site made breakfast options - free bacon & egg English muffins, wraps & fried food. Also sells repacked sandwiches & sushi rolls. No toilets (pitty) & strong car wash - which often strips paint work & accessories off vehicles according to other reviews. Happy this place is my regular.

Overcharged $60+ on a transaction. When discovered went in four times requesting staff or a manager to rectify the situation. No-one got back to me. Finally had to go to head office. Of course camera evidence was not available and it was my job to go through my bank transactions. Typical big corporation preying on the little mans apathy to just give up.

NEVER ORDER UBER EATS FROM THIS SERVO! I Normally order V CANS from ROBERT ST CONVENIENCE STORE as delivery is only $2. They were closed at the time so ordered from Apco. NOT ONLY DID I HAVE TO PAY double delivery fee plus $3 extra a can, it came an hr late. I could of just ordered from robert st originally.

Very bad experience about the customer service - he charged me for both petrol and diesel however I only have a petrol car. When I got back to the guy, he unrespectfully answered me and said he is going to refund the money. Still not sure he refunded me or not. If not, I have to contact consumer affairs.

Consistently provides the cheapest fuel in Thomastown and the surrounding area, and the takeaway food options in store offer a nice array of both healthy and "in moderation"fast food...Also on site is a drive through brushless car wash, so all up this is the one stop gas station that has it all...

Was so happy when this petrol station re opened - but please please get some better staff ! Each time I have been here to purchase fuel , the men behind the counter have been terrible . No customer service at all . I don’t care where you come from but at least be courteous to the customers.

Independent fuel outlet with a 24/7 cafe attached. Lot of driveway space around pumps and all Fuel type's available. Good range of food at reasonable prices. Eat in or take away. Pleasant staff and all Covid 19 safety precautions in place. Even buy Rapid Antigen tests

Cheapest petrol in that particular area of the northern suburbs. And their prices dont jump up by 40 cents when all the other greedy piggy piggy stations do increase their prices. Keep this place in mind when you see large petrol increases elsewhere

Wherever you find an APCO fuel outlet you can just about guarantee they will be the cheapest in the area. Good clean sites and I have never had a problem with their fuel. I have purchased from them unleaded 91/diesel/LPG.

Unleaded petrol was 129.7, the same as my local BP, at Caltex 129.9, Metro 123.9 so not the cheapest. Might not be worth the hype. Seems the are jacking their prices like others...
