BP Was yelled at by a regular customer for not unlocking a door, the door had a sign that said to not unlock between 6pm - 6am. Although the sign was facing inwards it could still be seen on the outside. When I went to tell the staff about it, the customer who yelled at me had already complained to them about it, so they completely ignored me. MCDONALD'S ordered $50 worth of food, I'll list the problems - ordered 6 nuggets, got egg, tomato sauce and cheese instead - ordered apple slices, didn't get them - ordered no whip cream, got whipped cream - ordered cheese toastie, got day old one with dead ants inside - ordered a chicken burger, tasted like BO - ordered fries, got cold ones. If you're a truck driver or anyone really don't stop here, it's unhygienic, the staff are rude, the speed of service is the worst I've ever seen.
This truck stop hasn't had any Adblue for 8 months now. Asked the staff there about what is happening, and they just shrug their shoulders, as they don't know what is happening. Rang BP customer service, which went to an overseas call centre who could not answer anything about it and said that it was something that I should take up with the service station. Truck stop windscreen squeegee are worn-out and no soap in water. So waste of time trying to clean those bugs off ya windscreen, so you can drive safely with a clear view. After one bite, my large sausage roll went out the window, meant to be hot. Instead, it was cold to luke warm amazing no one has not got food poisoning from this place. BP really needs to have a look at their service stations.
I put 91 in my car, which I usually run on 98octane, she does take 91 however. My problems started as soon as I started my car after putting in 91. My car idled at higher revolutions compared to usual. My beautiful BMW became rather very rough idling after drive home. For an entire week, she ran rough and about a week and a half ago,, she did not start. Still can't get her going. The other thing is, when I went to pay for the fuel, I heard one of the Indian fellas somewhat whispering to the woman at counter that he found water in a tank. I had a bad feeling at the time but thought, surely Bp can be trusted. Well obviously, I was wrong. I know my problems are caused by the fuel from that night. Has anyone had any petrol issues from there??
Had some maintenance works that had recently taken place at the BP which had some witches hats around the effected area and also had safety tape wrapped around the witches hats to prevent anyone from entering the unfinished works. Being a Sunday there wasn't any workmen on sites. The problem I had was when I returned to my vehicle, the safety tape had broken free from those witches hats in the wind and wrapped itself around one section of my car that included my side mirror, wheel and bonnet. I broke it away from my car and then realised the tape had black grease all over it which was now on me. I wasn't impressed. Keep all area's accessible to the public clean and free of any hazards at all times.
Typical truckie diner food. Not too bad. The coffee is pretty poor however. I got a spicy kranski in a roll which was ok. They have the usual selection of burgers, dim sims, potato cakes etc. My coffee was very burnt and bitter....however I was not expecting it to be fantastic...but still. Maybe just a little more care is needed in the area. The toilets were clean which was pleasant to find. I did have a Nutella brownie which was actually quite good.
BP service station West bound. After negotiating Melbourne's ever busy traffic, this is a great place to stop off a stretch the legs for you next long trip west. The bonus for stopping is not just the fuel, but the fuel for the body, a good variety of choices of meals and fast food. The BP shop also has the usual magazines, small supplies and pieces for the car. Oh and for the kids, macca's is here too. Safe journeys.
Stopped to walk dog, use the facilities, grab a drink and rest for a while during a recent journey. Toilets very average in cleanliness on day i was there but this isn't always the case. It would be great if some shade in a dog walking area would be made available away from the trucks but allowing your travellers a reason to stop safely with their furry companions.
Today I went there. I wanna exchange my charger which one not working. Man who was on his shift. He said yes it’s not working. Then he exchange charger and check. After that he told me, he didn’t give me a receipt because he check the charger. Plz someone told me it is right or wrong. According to me he suppose to be give me a receipt. He was wrong.
I wonder if people read these reviews. I might have had a bad day. Went to get fuel here and end up putting unleaded in my diesel. Find out they have run out of hot dogs in batter and that the coffee machine is busted. Hehe.. good thing it was just a dream. Great rest spot here after trying to work out that melbourne traffic .
When the store manager is running food out to waiting bay, whilst trying to clean the toilets, it’s pretty clear what you have is an incompetent area manager. How can a store manager support his team when he obviously has no support from above. I come from management and all I can say is shame shame shame on McDonald’s
We always go here on way home from Melbourne first thing on a Sunday and ALWAYS THE PLACE IS FILTHY... bins are full, floor is disgusting ... Reading all the reveiws its saying the same... LIFT YOUR GAME ITS DISGUSTING BUT THE FOOD AT SERVICE AREA AND COFFEE IS GOOD ( WOULDN'T EAT MACCAS HERE )
Food was terrible. Steak sandwich with the lot was soggy to the point even unwrapping it ripped the bread. Lettuce was warm as was the tomato. Was gross. Husband had a 'kransky' that was just a sausage with cheese in it. Won't go here again. Toilets were cleanish but smoke alarm kept beeping
This is a regular Roadhouse with the regular type of mealsbut also has a McDonald's with drive-thru as well and a driver's rest area with showers and disabled facilitiesand I ended up ordering a big breakfast which had mushrooms tomato sausage bacon and fried egg but I got instead scrambled
The service station is good. toilets clean etc except the McDonald's service was appalling took over 25 minutes to get two cappuccinos and two toasties and that was on Thursday morning10.00am and it wasn't busy it seemed to me that 50% of the staff didn't want to be there. …
They are expensive in fuel, and also stops anyone posting prices of there fuel online, due to being on freeway. They will end up like 7eleven on freeway soon. On how much of a rip off they are, and have water in there fuel system. Car runs rough after filling up with fuel
Good range of food but some of the staff attending the kitchen and front counter are quite rude, received the wrong food, served in the exact way I asked for it not to be served, just go to the Mc Donald's next to the kitchen, atleast you'll get what you pay for.
Nice coffe but not one Gluten Free thing to eat in the place- not good enough BP!!!!!!! You coukd buy some biscuits or such from supermarket and seal them seperately least be something! Ver disappointed customer- 165 on fuel and no food at all! Down on you !!!!
Let us put 14ltrs in the car then shut off the supply. Went inside and the fuel guy said he needed to hang onto the credit card while we filled up. Sounded dodgy so paid for the bit we put in and left. Definitely going to avoid that BP in future.
A highway servo with the lot. Fuel, space to walk or sit, a variety of food and coffee choices. The best coffee is the place to the right of the entrance and the toilets are usually clean and easily accessible for people with mobility issues.
Every time I come here there is another rude person at checkout (bp fuel service area only). Every time I get fuel the staff are unfriendly and rude and look at you like you’re bothering them. Wish there was another one on my way home.
I was actually at the Inbound BP, but that doesn't come up as an option. For some reason BP diesel is a few cents a litre more expensive than the other brands. I was running on empty otherwise I would have filled up at Shell.
Did a sneaky road trip from ADL, stopped in at an unruly hour... as you do. Served by the most beautiful man that was the pinnacle of customer service, amazing clean place, friendly service and loads of options. Brilliant.
Worst hamburger I can recall. Burger with the lot $9.50 long wait and that would be ok unless t you get is no tomato, no lettuce, no bacon.... did however have onion burnt beyond recognition inedible and disappointing
Just another fantastic road house on a highway. The way you can roll off a 110 kph road, fuel up and roll back out at 110 is awesome. South Australia could certainly do what the Victorians are doing on our highways.
Well located BP station heading out of Melbourne to to top up fuel, grab a bite to eat or drink before heading out on the highway. Also connected to a McDonald's outlet. Good meeting point with plenty of parking.
Easy access from Western Highway. Friendly staff who will help anyway they can, including assisting with the fuel pumps if required. Good selection of snacks and drinks. Unsure if there is a public rest room.
I just bought vegetable rap from here on 23th November at 9:45 pm The customer service was not good as the girl working there was using phone all the time and not caring about the customer & behaving rudely.
Convenient as it is on the side of the freeway also has toilet amenities and fast food outlets such as McDonald's connected to it as well as their own cooked food. Good place to stop when you need to fill up
Only used the petrol pump and bought something off the shelf. Girl behind counter was run off her feet, very busy and there was a line up to get served, but she kept going and was pleasant to each customer
Essential pit stop on the Calder on the way to Bendigo. Macca's, Subway, an independent cafe and toilet and shower facilities (for truck drivers). Friendly service and lots of petrol pumps.
Everything you need for your road trip out of Melbourne, can be busy at times, also some nice views from here as you leave the city. A clean truck stop with plenty of parking and a Maccas.
Really good, clean showers. Food is average price for a shared roadhouse but nice quality. Truck parking is head down on the right side. All concrete. Overall pretty reasonable stay...
My elderly father fell over and gets injured due to their slippery floors and when you inform the staff of his condition they couldn't care less. Will be following up with head office.
Fuel, morning freshly made wraps/rolls..or try Maccas.. Always my stop when heading out of melbs..Truck drivers advised..they don't do log book renewals here...try Cooper Street BP
Purchased $800 fuel and needed to have my dinner, i asked if i can use microwave to heat up and got rejected. It does have a truck stop but seems not much amenities for truckies.
Wow what do I say!it was a trucky stop.Food ,Food and more food,Ready coked just to pick up and go.Customers toilets too, clean and plentiful.Maccas too,was part of the building.
Typical Gas Station. Cant post prices as they vary day to day. If there is a zombie apocalypse, do not come here. All of the people coming here for fuel with make this a warzone
Good food and service. Good price. $20 for a very decent Chicken Parma, chips and salad. But I gave 3 stars because every table in the place was dirty and needed a good clean.
Legends. My parents asked if they could leave my sons bike here for me to pick up later on in the day, and they said no worries. Got the bike, and they were great about it!
Terrible fuel prices!!!! Paid $2.49 a litre and discovered petrol was 40c a litre cheaper in Ballarat 90km further on! Most expensive petrol I have seen in Australia
Located at a very busy vantage point. Fuel prices reflect this. Fuel pumps for cars and trucks. Toilets and showers available. Food and drink available for purchase
It's a fairly-average BP service station. The staff are pretty average, as are the facilities, but if all you want is a quick stop then they've got you covered.
Overnight staff need to know how to make coffee. A coffee machine can make better coffee cups out the window on the western freeway (3:40 am 04/02/2018)
Petrol is often slightly cheaper than the city, but more expensive than the 7-Eleven you pass just before this one. The toilets are usually always dirty.
It is the most dirtiest food place I've ever set foot in didn't stay afraid of getting food poisoning had to mark of a star otherwise couldn't send post
I’ve eaten here twice too many times The food is lousy, unloved and easily the most disappointing digestion of food you will ever absorb. Stay away.
Large and clean, the BP staff that manage the bain-marie could be a lot more attentive and friendly. They really didn't seem to want to be there.
Be warned do not eat at cafe no food handling standards are keept and wrong orders given macdonalds wpuld of been better and l am not a macas fan
BP, they sell fuel which it would seem is their primary function. They are neither cheap nor dear, it's pretty much a bog standard BP self serve.
Nice stop over on the way home to hold out on the family with maccas. They should have other restaurants there too since it's also a truck stop.
Worst hamburger I've had in years from servo defrosted stale roll still cold . Chips and gravy. Gravy looked like water wouldn't go back here
Modern truck stop. BP fuel and convenience store. Outlet with burgers, chips, rolls, sandwiches. Separate truck driver's lounge. McDonald's.
Always the first stop on our interstate trips for a HJ's brekkie. Usually clean and well maintained. Even on race days service is top notch.
Don't just get your fuel, these people treat you like you realy matter. Something lat is lacking at a lot of essential service organizations
The Macca's here need to smarten up or risk losing customers. Slowww service and what the heck was that stuff in my sundae? Not happy Jan.
Prices are kept resonable compared to other places. The in store has plenty of variety, which backs onto Maccas. Great petrol station
Toilets are disgusting, looks like they haven’t been cleaned for a week, and don’t buy any food from their, the whole place is dirty
Very handy location when you've just come through town, petrol price usually pretty good, lots of room good toilets and food options
Clean, modern, decent food (overpriced for servo junk, but a nice range of foccacias and other upper crust stuff), plenty of pumps.
THANK YOU to the honest, kind person who handed in my red iPhone which I accidentally left in the toilets on Sunday 15th April. :-)
Very dirty and smelly place. Seems they don’t have cleaners since months. We stop here and every time place has more mess n smell
My fuel stop choice for fuel...They do have good take away food to. The staff are always friendly. Huge carpark out the back to
Even though my employer had the plus card number on the app. They would not give me some need AdBlue fuel. DISAPPOINTING BP.
BP app at this location is hit and miss. Otherwise pumps are pretty quick. Price is always a bit higher than other suburbs.
What a great BP ...helpful polite staff clean store clean toilets great coffee and everything you may need for a road trip
Fantastic servo, clean and very well presented. Very helpful and friendly staff. Fuel prices a little higher than others.
Perfect place to be. Kinda reminds me of the time I spent 5 hours hiding in a ceiling space spying on women in the toilet
Really good here. Has McDonalds, KFC. Lots of parking (with long bays for trucks. Public showers at $5 each. Excellent.
I always stop for my dinner here on my way back to Adelaide. Staff are always friendly. Food is pretty good and fresh .
Great service station, all what you need while on the road from petrol to shopping. They've got it all. Good staff too.
Good location, maccas is usually good, but can't recommend the other food place. Took ages and the food wasn't great.
I make a habit to take a break from traveling here as its a terrific place to stop at and l always enjoy the service.
Stopped off here for breakfast on a road trip. Great selection of food. Great prices. Friendly people. Very clean.
Slow service, rude staff, bitter coffee, and semi dehydrated Bain Marie food that your dog would struggle to chew.
Really good great place to call in and have a spell, good facilities and well maintained. Good food and seatong.
Good friendly service. Excellent food. They sell steaks and roast dinners at a reasonable price. We'll be back.
Horribly over priced fuel, often 10-20 cents a litre more then any other! Never have, never will fuel up here!
Toilets were filthy! Food looked like it had been sitting there for days. Not a place a want to stop again!
Nice eatery joint on the way for long journeys along with just a fuel station and McDonalds to fill you up.
Zoom in the photos. This place is disgustingly dirty. Normally BP has higher standards but not this one (:
Plenty of parking. Very clean toilet with shower. With McDonald's and Roadhaven Cafe for food and coffee.
Steak sandwich with steak tougher than leather. Roast beef and gravy roll with Roast beef just as tough.
Area around toilets were dirty with litter, maccas tables needed clearing off but staff were fantastic
Great place dose best coffee has everything and is the cheepest petrol ive found in hoppers werribee
Ok quick stop for fuel and fast-food. Trickster lounge very nice. Can Get very blustery in the open
Good place to break your journey, good coffee and food to keep yo going. Toilets clean and working.
Nice place to stop at on the HWY good food at fair price as well as great service and atmosphere.
Average nothing special but serves the purpose. Dont understand why disel charge is ridiculous
The Maccas is getting worse, next time we will turn left to the restaurant and not the maccas.
Very spacious and have cafe toilets Its a good meeting point - start place for a y group trips
Service station was good. Maccas coffee was like warm again. Next time it will be Ballan only.
I really like this place a great little place to stop rest and fill up petrol. Great service.
Fuel was 10c above market and service was slow. Only 1 staff member doing fuel and takeaway.
Pretty damn good, was pouring down rain, they let us stay for a while without to much fuss.
Terrifically friendly guy who served me. Highlighted the specials and was really helpful.
Good friendly service, fresh food, clean, just on the way out to Adelaide from Melbourne.
Another truck stop, another overpriced bite to eat, but in fairness their food is good.
It's great to have an alternative to Macdonalds but it's not always easy to get served.
A little dirty for my liking but I needed petrol and they were the cheapest on the day
