I got a chicken noodles just now nearly midnight. I went to pay and the worker didn’t notice me and still doing on his paper work. Ok I waited and asked him to give me a fork. He didn’t hear or anything. I asked again. He gave me a fork putting on public serving counter. I was like “Public serving counter ” How many people has been this Petrol station today and put money , hand , or speak over there……. It is full of bacteria!!!!! I feel very disappointed and feel so dirty and feel not get respected. It’s a NO PLEASE DO NOT DO IT NEXT TIME

Yes plenty of parking, kfc and maccas WHEN they are open but they do close way to early ever since covid :'( block your nose using there toilets on the inbound coming back from Melbourne as the men's toilet absolutely STINKS putrid and the horrid problem is NOT the KFC's problem as they say. It belongs to the servo, the servo states the toilet is connected to the KFC building therefore it is the problem of KFC. Nobody owns the KFC restaurant toilet . Filthy and needs a regular attending

BP outbound officer is always the first service station accessible on the Monash freeway after leaving the city of Melbourne. The BP service station staffed with friendly staff, equipped with a lot of fuel pumps so that one doesn't have to queue up to reach it with all the fuel choices including LPG. Stopped in to get food and change my son, walked in to the disabled/changing room toilet and was greeted with 3cm of grime and dirt on the change table and the safety strap broken. Absolutely disgusting, I didn’t end up changing him as I was riddled in pure guilt of having him on that filth. I suggest having a word with those janitors of yours. It was the start of school holiday hence super busy in this stop. McDonals was packed and should have just gone to KFC for chicken box with chips! Otherwise this is a good stop as it’s along the freeway on our way to Lakes Entrance. We just dropped by to buy snacks. Ample of car parking and lots of snacks to buy from bp shop.

This is a great place to stop, refuel, use their ammenities and grab a quick cuppa or something to eat. Staff are friendly and efficient and the place is clean and spacious. There is a secure indoor play area for kids to play while parents take a break.

Great petrol station is a very handy location about 30 minutes from the city with minimal or no traffic. Has all the drinks, food and fast food that you could want for a break. Toilets are clean and there's enough there if you're busting.

Called in on the way to Portland after being stuck in traffic for 2 hours getting out of Melbourne, road works everywhere. Toilets were clean with sanitizer to use. Coffee tasted good not hungry this time so no food had to keep moving.

This is a great half way stop for our trips to the city. Now that they have a wide selection of food options, instead of being "just" a service station. Usually busy, but you can usually find a place to park and have a quick bite.

We always stop here on the way home from the City as it’s the perfect distance to get out if the car stretch our legs and get something to eat. Facilities are always clean staff are friendly and the grounds are well maintained.

Usually some of the least expensive fuel in Melbourne. Many pumps, fast service. Offers BP Ultimate, which in my experience is the best fuel on the market. Large shop with good range, except they do not sell Red Bull.

The McDonald's restaurants is the worst I have eaten in burger cold no flavour chips cold Management must look at the staff as there seemed to be to much talking with the staff and not offering customer service

It was a rare experience. The service assitant was great And l got good fuel 20cents cheaper than anywhere else. Not paying $1.75 and no auto service like there was WAY back in Seventies....... 1975.

Pretty good place to get petrol at. The Maccas here is always dodgy, but all Maccas are, so that's expected. Good food here, a bit on the more expensive side, but you get what you pay for at least.

Always check fuel price before you stop. The Shell up the road is usually cheaper. Otherwise food options are varied and toilets are usually clean.

Male I was served by was super rude and had massive issues. Seemed to have a problem with my car, my licence plate and threw the receipt at me.
