The worst service station on Earth. Pumps constantly barricaded off. Absolutely rude staff. Rubbish everywhere. DO NOT BOTHER. Go elsewhere, unless you like to be ignored, and served like you're a second class citizen. Terrible staff with major attitude problems. I'd rather have to push my car to the next service station, than to give these a##holes any money. Caltex should be ashamed to have their name above the door. If I could give 'zero stars' I would.....They deserve it.

Hired a horse float from here. Looked decent and checked doors, tyres etc. Drove off and within a few minutes the float roof actually lifted up from float on the freeway whilst doing 110kms. Needless to say we immediately returned said float as it was extremely dangerous to be in use. Couldn't go ahead with moving horses. Please check all hire equipment thoroughly before you leave. Obviously nobody else does. Serious consequences if something had of gone wrong.

They did it to me last time but I wasn't ready to catch them at the time, but this time I did. They say "you can have a free chocolate with that" and then they charge you full price for it. And after I caught them out this time they changed their story, trying to make it out that I was mistaken. A guy behind me agreed with me saying they'd done the same thing to him before, too. So the people who work here are lying cheats.

I was excited to finally find a petrol station with pay at the pump, only to realise that they hold $100 dollars out of your bank account for up to FIVE days if you want to use that service?! Why, when you can take advantage of pay at the pump at every fuel station in America and they don't do that? The entrances to the station aren't lit or marked at night and I had to have a couple goes and finding the correct entrance.

Went there for first time ever yesterday got 8$ worth of petrol before pump was shut I looked towards guy inside his waving me in claiming I must prepay as I've done a drive off and not played for petrol I was made to feel like a Theif in front of other people I said show me pics and I'll pay now knowing full well he never had pics as I'd never been there before I won't be back

Im just an ordinary healthworker trying to save some money and tried to avail the 12c per liter rewards for healthworkers so i head down to my nearest Ampol which had the rudest staff who turned down my claim. He said it needs a QR code when the T&Cs say only the barcode. I would never fill up petrol in that station again. They also have the most expensive petrol.

Drive Thu kebabs?! Yes please. Drive though coffee ... hell yeah! Plenty of pumps which is awesome. ... Then there's the putrid car wash up the back, never have I seen one so dirty and run down. Vaccumes don't even tell you how long you get. KFC drive though was no better, not very welcoming at all... However their food was hot and fresh to my surprise.

You might want to do something about your surroundings. I am sure you are not directly responsible for the dumpings but as a business you do have a duty of care towards the environment and the health and safety of your customers and employees. It reflects terrible on you as a professional business. I won't be back.

It was clean and neat, also located in a great spot where it was easy to access from the turn off to Gisborne and Melton intersection. The fuel price on the day was competitive. I was impressed by the size of the station and how easy to access the two businesses in the one building.

Hard finding Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) also known as AdBlue for a Land Rover vehicle. Quick and convenient. Only wish there was a regular Diesel pump available as all regular Diesel pumps were Hi Flow for trucks and all others were Super Diesel only.

This is a good place to stop if you're just about out of petrol because you've been checking out all the fuel prices along your route hoping to pay a decent rate, but then finally have to stop or risk a walk with a petrol tin. It was the

Expensive petrol also i think quality has gone down since they changed to ampol, in store specials and food options are lacking compared to other stores, the reason i gave 2 stars is because the kfc is pretty good most of the time.

Convenient servo but the coffees are so hot there not able to be consumed straight away witch is inconvenient for a cheap quick take away coffee ☕ I couldn't drink mine for almost 20 minute's

Just wanted to pump tyres up and wash my car. tyre pump was in a strange place right near bowser should be out of the way so not taking up space for cars needind petrol. Car wash was ok.

Convenient petrol station with easy access and fuel and food. Have a teuck stop for large vehicles, KFC if you are in need of a feed, a kebab store and the servo self Ben and Jerrys!

Staff not trained enough. Paid on the app but he didnt know what to do. And keep calling customer service and asked me waiting for an hour. I paid the money and he didnt let me go.

The pumps are always out off order and customer service is very limited to many Indians running service stations these days no offence but its bad business. Theres no respect

Has a KFC attached. Ppl that work there are heaps friendly. Has petrol for your car so cars like it to. Plus there is coffee and kebabs and car and truck wash. Win.

It's a bit dodgy. U think ur getting the Safeway rewards & fuel discount cos it's got the Safeway sign but u don't get the rewards points or the discount.

Big service station however not many pumps that service gas. They have a new coffee machine which is much cheaper than it used to be and is pretty tasty.

Got petrol more expensive here than at Water Gardens! Had I known would've help off got fuel at Water Gardens. Next time saves to LOOK before u buy!!

This place used to be great until they raised their prices above every other in the area, now I avoid them and go out it my way to another station.

Very friendly staff and found prices in shop are reasonable. If you are in need of toilet paper, partner pays sme price as IGA at most times

Petrol is rather expensive. Can almost always save 30 cents per litre driving 8 minutes down Melton Highway into Sydenham at the Liberty.

There are 3 Caltex service stations on the same road within 1km of each other......I prefer a different brand of petroleum for my car.

Large servo. Disappointing car wash need to use tokens and not card or cash. Also very dirty car wash during my experience

Great service station, all what you need while on the road from petrol to shopping. They've got it all. Good staff too.

The auto car wash is so bad I had got a refund, no soap and the water sprayers only work on the right side of the car

Fuel station is fine staff are friendly how ever the diesel pumps are still from the early 90s and can not be preset

There is only two E10 filling pumps on this petrol station. In addition to this other services include;

Servo is at a good location. KFC, GrabaKebab, drive thru Coffee and car wash are also on the premises.

Cheap fuel prices. Good parking. Open area. Clean. Exactly what you want for a put stop when driving.

Petrol is always more expensive at all the servo's in Melton so we no longer support this business.
