The guard bar on my driveway gate was missing and the latch can be moved up in the windy day so the door always open by itself. I have to use a cable tie to bind the latch and strike plate together to stop gate opening. It was even worse that the latch fallen off in a windy day last week because the joint hole was rusty as well. Tim did a inspection in my home and gave a very reasonable quote. He fabricated a guide bar on site at my home and welded it to the gate and also changed a new lock. Thanks Tim, finally I can release from the frustration.

Excellent service and professional advice! We were desperate to get into our house after a long working day before realizing we both left our keys at home.
