DO NOT SHOP AT THEIR MORNINGTON STORE DUE TO NON-COMPLIANCE OF CONSUMER LAW. MOCCASINS BOUGHT PREVIOUS DAY WERE BROUGHT BACK FOR A REFUND, AND IT WAS REFUSED. THE MALE SALESPERSON HAD SAID THAT THE SHOES WOULD STRETCH WITH WEAR, BUT AFTER WALKING IN THEM INSIDE AT HOME FOR AN HOUR, IT BECAME TOO PAINFUL AND CLEAR THAT THEY WOULD NEVER STRETCH. CLEARLY, HE HAD ONLY SAID SO IN ORDER TO MAKE A SALE. DISHONEST AND UNLAWFUL, AS WELL AS AGGRESSIVE BEHAVIOUR BY THE SAME PERSON WHEN THE SHOES WERE ASKED TO BE REFUNDED THE FOLLOWING DAY. CONSUMER AFFAIRS HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED AND A REPORT MADE. MAYBE THEY SHOULD STICK TO SELLING FLOWERS.

I am always so impressed with Abricot Mornington Florist. I have been going to Milly & Matilda for all my floral needs since 2019 and I will NEVER go anywhere else. I received a bouquet on 20 May 2021 and these photos are exactly one week later - still so fresh and vibrant. I have also shared some pictures of other bouquets I've purchased from here. So much care, skill and passion goes into each bouquet I have purchased and recieved from here and I am so glad I found them! DEFINITELY recommend purchasing from Abricot Mornington Florist.

I bought more than $60.00 worth of bamboo socks. The male shop assistant put them in a plastic bag which i put into a nylon larger shopping bag. I went straight home. When I got home and pulled the socks out I was missing 3 pairs. I went back and he refused to acknowledge that they must have been left on the counter. Either he thinks I am lying or believes that they magically jumped out of my deep large bag between the shop and my bedroom. Its only $15.00 but its the principle which annoys me.

I rang Abricot on Saturday asking if flowers could be delivered to my sister for her 70th birthday, within the hour!! I had forgotten to place the order earlier and I rang up desperate to get them to her while she was having lunch at the Steeples restaurant Mornington. The most beautiful arrangement was sent to her within 40 minutes which absolutely made her day . Matilda , (staff) was so obliging and I would definitely use them again . Thankyou

My daughter ordered flowers for me for Mother’s Day yesterday from Adelaide arranging for her sister to collect and deliver to me. Today Monday the greenery of which it was mainly made up from has completely wilted and the few flowers in the arrangement will not be displayable by tomorrow. Very disappointed and most certainly would not recommend Apricot Flowers to anyone.

I live in country Victoria and ordered flowers for mum to cheer her up. They delivered the most beautiful flowers to her, exactly as the arrangement on their website l ordered. Would highly recommended the quality of their flowers and the very friendly service

Very poor customer service. Wanted to return a pair of slippers that had been worn indoors for maybe a couple of hours & were a size too small & was refused saying they couldn't sell them. Salesman very very aggressive and argumentative.

Talked me into buying moccasins a size too small, then when I took them back the next day after they hurt I was refused a refund and told by the same guy that I shouldn't have bought them if they hurt.
