Staff are so lovely. Bought a Guinea pig here today, and I couldn’t be happier! The younger girl was so informative about the Guinea pigs and the two ladies helped me out with food and how to introduce my little boy to his new brother. Was a very good experience. Helped me get everything into my car and were so lovely to chat to. I learned a lot! Food prices are very affordable, much cheaper and yet higher quality than the prices at petbarn and other pet supply stores. Will definitely be back for more food for both my pups and pigs. My new piggy is so healthy and happy. You can tell they are much loved while waiting for new owners. There are tons of pets here! I was so tempted by some of the cutest kittens ever! Just introduced my new piggy to my existing piggy, first in the bathroom as suggested by staff, and now they are in a neutral cage together and they have already started popcorning and chatting to each other! Clearly very well socialised prior to coming to me which makes introductions that much easier. Thank you so much! if i could give this place 0 stars i would!! the baby rats were WAY TOO young to be away from their mother, they will end up dying or will get extremely sick. please do not buy rats from this place!! if you want to be a good responsible rat owner, please do not get your rats from here!!! i confronted one of the workers about how young they were, the lady i spoke to was extremely rude and had an awful attitude! definitely defensive because she knew they were too young! the baby rats were already sick and weren’t being treated, which means you would either have a dead rat in a week or you would have to pay $100+ to get medication.. if you’re thinking of getting rats, please do some research and find a good breeder or petshop that takes care of their animals.. it’s so sad to see how money hungry some places are, animal lovers do not treat animals like this.

Very friendly staff, always helpful and happy to have a chat (when they are not busy obviously) They have a great range of stock, for pet owners, hobby farm owners or farmers. Also very well priced. Particularly love the ‘Big Dog’ food packs available in the fridge near the counter, the pups love the stuff and we met the man that produces it at Bunya Crossing Reserve (a great dog friendly place to go). So you know it’s Australian made. We have also bought dog beds, collars, bird toys and baths and our fighting fish from these fine folk. They also sell several varieties of birds and always have heaps of chickens whenever we go. Easily the best pet store for miles, and I would highly recommend.

I cannot fault Acacia Pet Supplies & Produce. We moved, so were no longer able to get our dog's food from our usual supplier. As he is an older dog and has been on the same diet for over a decade, we tried changing it without much success. I called Acacia Pet Supplies & Produce who have been ordering it in for us. Their communication has been great and I cannot express how grateful they are for organising it for us. Thank you so much!

The staff down here are beyond amazing. My 4 yr old asked if she could help feed the birdies and no questions asked said yep (me expecting the answer to be no?) So she got to feed the birds pigs and sheep, a mini farm experience. Not only that their prices on bulk pet food is great and worth coming down for that alone. Certainly got a customer for life now if you didn't before highly recommend to everyone

Friendly, helpful, very good variety of stock and the prices are really good. Its a big open shed, park right amongst the stock, leave your car unlocked an go for a browse. The staff are very informed, knowledgeable and hot. I rarely give 5stars but this place takes it easy. Its got that country feel to it and its only 5mins from Acacia ridge. A awesome pet store - pets, produce, farm style, heaps of animals to look at. Educated staff between them all they know basically everything. Easy parking, memberships to get reward points too. Regulars get called by their name which shows they remember you and care. Puppy has a great play area outside to explore and socialise.

This place has everything I need, with a huge selection of products and pet-keeping items as well as many animals for sale. I enjoyed spending time looking at all the animals out back before being served. The parking is easy and the friendly staff will bring the larger or heavy items to your vehicle and put them in for you.

They have posted the following advertisment in Gumtree about an offer that they would give five goldfish 1$ each if we spend 10$ or more at the store. As the image in the advertisment, I was hoping to buy fantail goldfish. But when I went to the store I was told that offer is for comet goldfish. I was really dispointed.

These people should just stick to food only they have no knowledge of animals I have seen some of the conditions of these animals and it's sick and the manager of the store is rude and obnoxious if you're walking around for too long she gets the staff to follow you not very professional I will never go back there ever

I love coming here, not only for the wide range of pet supplies but also because you never know what to expect when you arrive. They always have kittens, puppies, guinea pigs, ducks, geese, mice, rats and everything else in between. We even got out little puppy from here - it’s a great place to brighten up your day.

Got the cat ginger from here , absolutely amazing , get along with my dogs straight away, and he is healthy, don't mind dogs, don't mind people , just comfortable by himself such a lovely cat The variety is awesome and the whole cage free idea is awesome would always come back for my pet supplies now !

This produce place is my favorite place to shop for all my fur baby's needs. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The customer service they provide is outstanding and I definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone near & far as your fur babies are welcome to come in and shop with you.

The store has a diverse range of pets for sale from kittens to chickens to fish. Honestly though, I mainly like going there to feed the sheep. And play with the puppy. And the kitten. And last time a chicken jumped the fence. I tried to catch it which provided my wife with great entertainment.

Had a horrible experience today from this one lady I've never seen there before I purchased a light for my reptile I had let her know she wasn't meant to touch the bulb with her hand she than gave me a rude attitude and said well I didn't know about that and I work here I am not impressed

Thank you to the staff who helped me treat a yeast infection on my dog. After spending $450 at the vet and over a month of my dog suffering, they did not clear up the infection. But acacia ridge produce helped me fix it for $30. My dog is happy now. Thank you staff.

This is a complete produce store with a recently expanded pet section. I always buy my budgie seed here. They have birds, chickens and a pig out the back to keep the kids interested too. Friendly staff are keen to assist and even help load your car for you.

We visited their other shop today and were told to check out this store as well for bigger selection of bird cages. It was worth the drive as they have very big range to choose from. Prices seem a lot cheaper than the other pet stores we have been to.

I went there to get some wild bird feed. Plenty there, along with dog food, a variety of birds ,fish and turtles. The sign out the front read you can get BBQ gas.
