This pet spa store fascinates me greatly!! I went to Brisbane from Sydney for a short trip last week. And my dog was accidentally jumped into a dirty pool. So I googled a pet grooming store. And this one was still open. I haven't booked in advance since everything happened suddenly. So I telephoned them to explain what happened and I said I do not want my dog to spend the night in dirty and wet. The manager listened to my case and agreed to do overtime work for my puppy. Really thanks for their kindness! And I have to say that I am shocked by the facilities of this store! Really a modern pet grooming store. The pets will be showered in separate rooms. They enjoyed the private space. So my dog is not nervous at all. And the owner can see them from the upper floor. They also did a great job on my dog's wash and grooming. The staff is gentle and professional. The washing tub and the dryer machine are all cleaned and sanitised. This is really great from the perspective of pets' health. And also there is a movie room for the owners! We spent a really lovely waiting period there. I love this place but I returned Sydney soon. Really hope there can be a similar store in Sydney!

Found this pet grooming and bath store on Instagram. I was attracted by their IG page and booked a full groom service for my cat. Their work is really nice. The staff is so gentle and treats all the customer cat as her own pet! My dog was actually very timid normally. But this time he is so brave and enjoy the whole bathing time! And I am shocked by this Mario room. It is so damn cute!!!!This might be a cat bar, I think. And the manager said they will adopt and saved homeless cats, tidy and bath them, and let them live in this Mario room. Customers could pay the entry tickets to play with them. And all the entry fees will be used to purchase cat food, cat litter and treats for them. It seems that those homeless cats will have a real home and a real job! Actually I think the waiting time spent here is very short. This pet spa store is really fun and time flies so fast. Will definitely bring my dog here again!

I have to say this is the best dog bath and grooming store I have ever been to in Brisbane. Because of the extremely bad weather these days, my puppy Ruby has few opportunities to play outside. Last week he was too tired of being locked at home, so we brought him out in the rain. He had a great time but we need to get him showered and dried as soon as possible in case he caught a cold. This pet SPA house provides great service. The staff is very nice and friendly to my dog. Ruby enjoyed the whole process of grooming, bathing and drying. During the waiting time, I was not boring at all! I played with puppies in the store because they have a puppy school and daycare. All the puppy students are cute. Generally, this is a great place and we will definitely pay a second visit.

We had such a nice experience with our usually nervous dog here. From the moment we walked in, we had the loveliest greeting and he was so excited to be around the lovely ladies. They took the dog in the back to cut his nails. We were told about the different services they offer, including their daycare service Our dog came out bouncing around the room with the 2 lovely groomers who gave us advice about his nails for if we take him elsewhere which we thought was so nice, you could tell how passionate they all were about animals and not just about making money which was so nice to see. Their prices are so cheap to but we were sold on the customer service alone. We will not be going anywhere else from now on!

Great experience ! My two dogs loved it here , went in really dirty came out looking like new dogs ! I have been trying to get my dogs to feel soft by using different shampoos and had no luck , tomo pet spa made it happen I was very excited and the dogs were too. Highly recommend , I’ll be back here for their next wash for sure, dropping them off early so they could play and I could pick up my kids in time from school was a bonus ! And they smelt so good I couldn’t get over it haha , my dogs where happy with their treatment I could tell by their excitement :) Can’t forget about the staff who took care of my dogs ! I found TOMO Pet Spa one day when I needed a last minute appointment for one of my dogs and I’m so glad I did! They did a fantastic job grooming my anxious and elderly dog, who was very calm and happy when I came to collect her. I brought my other dog in a week later and was once again very happy with the excellent service and work they did. They also have a great range of appointment times available, which is something I struggled with with previous groomers who were only open during the week or with very limited Saturday appointments. It’s great to have Sunday as an option, and even better to know my dogs are happy and safe when I leave them.

Service was great, I was even given a quick tour of the place before leaving my Cavoodle there for the cut. I booked a full groom at $85 however & was told that only included a fringe trim & not the rest of the head or ears - for the rest of the head/face to be cut it would be an extra $35… anyone would expect a ‘full groom’ to mean just that, a full groom including the face & head. I felt a little disappointed by the lack of transparency. All other groomers we’ve been to don’t charge extra for this. I was happy with the cut but will look for somewhere that does an actual full groom when you book a full groom.

We contacted TOMO pet spa to provide our puppy Charsiu with his first hair-cut 'bath and tidy' and the experience was great. He was very responsive and positive on text, very easy to speak with! Charsiu's haircut was great, and he was very happy upon leaving - he must have been comfortable and enjoyed the experience :) The staff are very friendly and helpful. The service is professional, punctual and obliging. We would definitely recommend tomo pet spa to any other fur parents looking for a good dog groomer in Brisbane! If you choose to get your little fluffy sidekick trimmed anywhere this is the place to go！

We absolutely love this place! They clean our baby so well. His nails get trimmed to a good length. His ears cleaned out properly and his coat washed so well. he has minimal shedding for weeks! The smell of the shampoo they use is wonderful. We can smell it in his coat for the following 2 weeks! The ladies are all very friendly. You must book though for a weekend especially as they get really busy! By the way, I made the appointment via their website, very easy to book as you can see the slots of each day. You will get an email after finish your booking, remember to add that to your calendar hhh

So glad to have discovered tomo pet spa! Very satisfied with service, price and quality of work provided. My dog Danta came back with clean and tidy looking :) Usually when I take him to the groomer he is depressed once back home, however after his visit to tomo pet spa today he seems so happy! I've never been satisfied with paw area trimming with any previous groomers but this staff done excellent job! Super friendly and caring team, and patient too! Really good business owner and pet beautician specialist. Recommend all my friends to this place and they all happy with the service :)

This is truly a five star grooming salon. The staff are kind, welcoming and accommodating to clients. Their love for animals is demonstrated by the care and attention they give to each dog. In particular, the owner has gone above and beyond every time. He is really empathic to dogs and cats. My family and I have taken our dogs on vacation to other suburbs taken them to salons there. Our consensus is that TOMO pet spa is the best salon we have ever taken our beloved dogs to. Would highly recommend this salon to anyone who wants their dogs to smell great and have a top quality groom.

Brought my long haired cat in for a groom as she had a lot of mats. Grooming a cat can be very challenging and previously I've had to take her to the vet's to be put under to accomplish this. Considering they groomed and washed her while awake and she spent about 2-3 hours there she came home reasonable happy and relaxed all things considering and for a cat. I was very happy with the cut, and that he seemed to cope ok with it, and I was most happy that I didn't need to do this under anesthetic which is considerable costly and carry's a risk to the animal too. Thanks very much!

My boy Hulu had a really nice time here. I sent my dog to this pet store for dog full grooming, and they give him a great service. They groomed Hulu and give him a full bath. My dog was injured in one toe before and the staff was really careful not to hurt him. - They allow us to accompany my dog while he was showering. This is good for my dog to be not that nervous. - To my surprise, there is a theme party area in the store. It is not only a pet SPA house but also a theme playground. We are thinking to bring Hulu to this playground for his next birthday.

Couldn’t recommend highly enough! They really do go the extra mile for my nervous boy, and both my dogs always come back looking and smelling great. Both of my Husky, never been so clean, smell good and happy. My boy cookie has quite a bit of undercoat, and it’s amazing how much fur comes out with a de-shed. From the time we contacted this pet salon until we pay the bill, the experiences just marvellous. I wish more and more pet's owners will become your customers and at the same time you will always have a time for my boys !! Highly Recommended !

I'm a new customer to Tomo pet spa. Such a great grooming shop! From the moment I walked in I felt comfortable and trusted that my fur baby would be well looked after. We had tried another local groomer in the past and they did not do a good job, cut way too short and did not handle our pup's tail and ears well at all. But in this time, I was right, Tomo pet spa’s service was various and second to none, very reasonable pricing, and my baby came out looking fabulous! Will definitely be back! Also my baby loves their indoor playground!

I would just like to say a very big thank you to Tomo pet spa for all the help the team have given me as they try to fit me in again for a cancellation. They had organized one before but unfortunately I had to cancel due to some personal reasons. I am so appreciative of the time they have taken and look forward to our second visit as soon as they can fit us in. I have just been told by a dear friend that every friend she has in the nearby suburb all take their dogs & cats to Tomo pet spa and think they are wonderful.

I was very hesitant about trying a new dog groomer but as soon as I arrived at Tomo pet spa, I knew they were in good hands. I can't even explain how amazing tomo pet spa and the people who work here are. My baby boy looked amazing and his coat was so soft but most importantly he came home super happy. Machi is very sensitive and often comes home from the groomer a bit distressed however when I picked him up, he was happier than ever. Thank you, tomo pet spa. highly recommend this salon! I finally found a great place for my fur baby. I have never been so amazed and satisfied with the results. Customer service is amazing, they always give good advices on what products and stuff to keep your pet healthy and clean. I definitely recommend this place to anyone with fur-love ones. My baby is difficult to keep still, the staff here are very helpful and I can always trust them with my fur-son.

My dogs have been to at least 4 other dog grooming places, this has to be the top place for dog grooming. The ladies at the salon love animals, my 2 small fluffy dogs came home very happy, they smell amazing and I know they are very clean and were well looked after. I would not hesitate to book my dogs in this spa and I would recommend this salon to any dog parents. 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Tomo Pet spa was very different to other pet shop. There’s lot of different anime ingredients! I really enjoy the atmosphere here! The staff are very friendly to show us around, and the grooming service is very good! The most I like is that I can play around with other cats Or puppies while waiting for the grooming. Strongly recommend to anyone in need!

Great service! I’ve been there twice and I love it! And my little one enjoy it! The spa is super good! My dog smell great after the spa, and it last for long time. Also the place so different and beautiful, I taken a lot photos there while I waiting, I have never experienced such grooming services before in Brisbane!

Cannot recommend enough! My dog gets quite nervous in new environments and being blow dried. The staff at TOMO made my girl feel as comfortable as possible and were able to get her far cleaner and tidier than any dog groomer has before. This will probably become our regular grooming salon for our girl now.

My border collie loves the snacks I bought here, he can always pick up them from a heaps of snacks. And they are experienced dogs and cats owners as well, they give you good advices about feeding and behaviour training. Besides, they also do grooming, and washing. Good to have a shop like them nearby.

This is my cat’s first shower experience, because he is too scary of water. My cat was crazy screaming from the beginning, but the staff is super patient and friendly, finally my cat can calm down and enjoy the shower! Really love the idea of the drying box! Will definitely come back …

因為聽說有可以陪同洗澡的服務，所以決定嘗試帶剛領養的12歲貓貓 (從沒洗過澡)去試試看。這次選擇的是full grooming 美容師和staff都非常的有耐心。尤其是美容師非常細心，在剪指甲過程中，發現貓咪的指甲有些不正常碎裂現象，和腳指間很多的髒污，以及因為碎裂而導致有部分紅腫，美容師非常小心仔細的幫貓咪一隻隻腳指的擦拭，也不停溫柔的安撫貓咪，(因為貓咪十分膽小)原先也很擔心，貓咪會有應激反應但整體而言，真的比我想像中的還要更好! 因為超時所以有被收取了超時費用，但非常值得!也真的很感謝所有耐心、細心的staff們，而貓咪回家後也沒任何不適的反應，大大推薦

My cat really enjoy here ! Tomo is a wonderful place ~ must try !! Second time here now, flur very soft after showering here, can see they use very good material, stay longer ( now is 2 weeks already, my cat flur still soft good service and the price is very reasonable) …

You can tell all staff are friendly and love what they do. They did a great job with my dog and even emailed photos of getting the grooming done which I thought was a great extra service. They are definitely focused on providing a great service. Very happy and will go back.

pretty good service， the most interested thing and need to be highlight is I can accompany my pets during the service time. It's my first time to see my pollux performance during shower. The lady provided service is really good. Must try!

My cat did the full grooming in TOMO SPA. He thoroughly enjoyed the whole process! All the staff are friendly! Thanks for their patience！ They also adopted some cats on the second floor, and the cats there are so cute! Highly recommend！

My dog sheds a lot but after grooming with them they were able to remove a lot of the excess fur and the amount of shedding has reduced. They were very patient with my dog and he was very happy. Would definitely recommend to friends.

Certainly a higher class grooming shop. None of grooming shop i visisted can compare with thhis one. You can basically get anything u need for your pets. Even a playground. Worth a visit even you dont have pets tbh.
