This review is in response to Lila kurtic. I was in the store at the time that you were blatantly arguing and being down right disrespectful to the woman behind the counter.. I was very tempted to intervene and tell you how utterly out of line you were. We gave had many interactions with not only the staff member in question but also the other staff members at Petstock Oxley. They have always treated is and out pets with the highest level of professionalism and respect and love for our fur babies. Your demenor and disrespect was not in any way called for. The staff member can only help you to the limits of her authorisation... if the price match in question is below her authorised level she cannot autonomously override this, contrary to your ignorance these things are set at a company or management level. Your behaviour was atrocious and you should be ashamed of your actions.

I was blown away by their friendly and helpful staff. From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted with a warm smile and made to feel like a valued customer. The staff took the time to answer all of my questions and provide me with expert advice on the best products for my pet. What's more, I was pleasantly surprised by how affordable the products were! Not only did they offer competitive prices, but they also had a wide selection of high-quality pet products, from food and toys to grooming supplies and accessories. I left the store feeling confident that I had made the right purchases for my furry friend, and grateful for the positive shopping experience that Petstock provided. We recently adopted a rescue cat. She is super fussy with what she eats as was boarded with a vet clinic for some weeks, we tried every supermarket brand under the sun to no avail. Staff have ben very helpful in suggesting the food she might be more inclined to eat and they were spot on - she's a big fan of Hills Science Diet. I like the fact I can get high quality vet style food and medication here that I can't get at the supermarket. It is more expensive than supermarkets (higher quality items, so understandable), but they have decent prices when on sale and also their loyalty program is free and offers plenty of discounts. My only criticism would be they only seem to run one cash register which can become an issue when busy - doesn't really bother me but seems to annoy others to the utmost.

Their websites indicated that they price match. I went in on Saturday to buy litter and cat food. I went in to buy ever clean litter & they did not have the one i wanted so i spoke to the lady at the counter. I asked her if i pay for it now can i get some in . And she just pawned me to to go to another location. Just super unhelpful. Then petcircle has ivory coat online & petstock did not price match it even though they advertised that they price match. First she said its because they have free shipping over $45 so i have to buy more. I wanted to buy x8.. i was like yeh no thats fine. (Well over $200.) & she said oh no i can’t . Rarara. It was ridiculous. Unhelpful with getting the everclean and then no price matching the ivory coat

We went into your shop today with our very gentle 12yrold gentle. Chihuahua called Bella were met at door by a tall young man that was very open that he is not all that keen on that breed and has a friend that has them and they attack him. Then we went to the counter and the girl was more interested in her two dogs (and they were very nice) and how they where being clipped . All we wanted was some dry food (which we got) thank goodness. Bella is a recue old but beautiful dog who is always welcome where ever shop we go to but this made my husband and I very sad that she and we were treated this way. Janey Rick and Bella.

My friend and I entered the shop and explored for 15 minutes without being greeted or approached even once. There were no other customers in the store at the time. Two young employees were getting bulk stock from the storeroom and a senior employee was just slowly putting things away. Since we had all that time to try and find the items we were looking for, I’d say the range here is no where near that of Petbarn Jindalee. We had something to purchase in the end but put it back. I’m perplexed about what was going on this day as many other reviews are positive.

Do not take your dog to be groomed to this store. They have a person who grooms your dog on a Saturday and won't groom no matter how far you've driven, if you're 10 minutes late. Cries for the manager if you get cranky. I doubt the staff on Saturday have any qualifications at all in grooming or anything else for that matter. Mind you she took a walk in as I was standing there so she was going to groom a dog anyway yet I was pre-booked. Very unprofessional. Stay away..go somewhere like BestPets they are fully qualified and trained and are over 15

Dear Amandine Feuvrier, Before you publically shame an amazing Pet Store for ‘selling’ kittens, please ask the staff where they ‘source’ their cats from! These cats and kittens are all through a rescue group called Lucky Paws Dog Rescue. Without Petstock Oxley, this rescue could have never saved the 250+ Cats from death row. All these cats are adopted desexed, vaccinated, microchipped, flea and worm treated. They are very loved and well cared for in store by the lovely staff.

After being called and abused by the store manager Lloyd, to then being called by Michelle the store owner and told she was not interested in hearing both sides of a story and that she would always take the side of her staff... highly unprofessional and unnecessarily aggressive. I would not recommend visiting this store or dealing with their staff.

We had previously been using Pet Barn and had had a few issues with them and their delivery service for our dog’s food. Went into PETstock initially just as a one off but now have signed up for their regular delivery service as they were so helpful and welcoming instore. Their website seems better to navigate than Pet Barn as well.

It's a good shop but we all know it's kinda pricey. But it very convenient. We go there for our pets. But not all the right staff is where they should be. We really haven't had a bad experience until last weekend. There's nothing we can do now though. Otherwise all our other visits have been great. …

Called Oxley PETstock and was impressed from the get go, I was so impressed I asked for Lucas when I visited the store, It has been a long time since I have received such expert retail service, made my day. Oh and btw helped me to my car with my purchase and with the best prices …

They have cats in minuscule cages, same for fishes. We are in 2018 for god sake, there's no need for that!!! It's outrageous. I haven't gone to a pet store in years and just got 2 rescue kittens. Will not go back to this store or any store where animals are still treated like objects.

Well stocked store, provides supplies not just for dogs and cats but also birds and fishes as well. The staffs there are knowledgeable and approachable. Prices for some items might be on the steep end though but if you need emergency supplies you can always count on them.

Don't buy fish tanks from them they will sell you one and then are unable to provide simple items such as a filter cartridge for the tank but The staff will suggest you drive an hour and a half to one of there other stores to purchase this 10 dollar item

I had a horrible experience with a dude can't remember his name but he refused to help find an item because I didn't know the exact breed of my friends reptile and how big the enclosure is yet I had a photo and I was told what bulb to get from my friend.

Took back a product I believe to be faulty after owning for 2 weeks, only to be told I would need to deal with the company that makes the product instead-which is based in America. Not helpful at all! I will not be shopping here for dog products again

Our Grand Dog Eddy, loves this store. She knows which shop it is, as she sniffs her way past every other shop until she gets to the automatic doors and walks in. She loves all the Wonderous smells and walks up all the aisles testing the air

The staff here are friendly and knowledgable. I can usually find what I've gone shopping for. I always look at the fish when I visit, and they are looked after and healthy each trip as well. Not the largest store, but sufficient.

Terrible place to go. If you want a good groomer don't go here. Expensive and staff are hopeless at grooming. They don't look after the animals. Filthy place. Everything is overpriced and staff are useless. Avoid at all cost.!!!!

Purchased a Snooza Ortho for our new rescue Ridgie, Moose. He loves it, and Ziva seems to like it too. A great bed for large breeds. Staff at Oxley and Maroochydore have been very helpful.

My poodle just had a full groom. Groomer has done a fantastic job. Just let me say his before and now is a real makeover. I always find the staff extremely helpful and friendly.

Expensive pet stuff which aren't great quality. When I went, workers were rude and seemed like they just didn't want to be there at all. Ruined the mood unfortunately.
