The worst customer service experience ever! We rented a unit from Access Storage, diligently paid our monthly fees, only to have our belongings stolen due to a shocking security breach. Not only that, but also the lock on our unit was cut open with a bolt cutter, resulting in the loss of almost everything we had stored. Upon reaching out to Access Storage for support and compensation, we were met with nothing but disappointment! According to their policy, they refused to refund our money, leaving us in a state of financial loss. We were told to pursue the insurance that we paid for at an extra cost, and that has been a six-month-long hassle with absolutely NO progress. Despite numerous calls to the office and attempts to communicate with the regional manager, we have seen no action or progress. It is truly disheartening to feel that nobody at Access Storage cares about the distress which their negligence has caused. Our repeated efforts to seek resolution have been met with empty promises and an utter lack of responsibility on their part. The emotional toll this has taken on us is immeasurable. Even when involving law enforcement, the lack of proper security measures, such as insufficient cameras, has hindered any meaningful investigation. In short, my experience with Access Storage has been the WORST customer service experience ever! Their inadequate security measures, refusal to take responsibility, and broken promises have left us in a state of emotional turmoil and financial loss. I strongly advise against entrusting your belongings to a company that lacks integrity and care in a service-oriented industry.

Hi! Everyone, I've been living in the GTA area for over 35 years. During that time I always maintained 1- 4 large storage lockers. I've dealt with all the BIG Names and several independent providers. From time to time I was fortunate to deal with fairly reasonable Site Managers and their Staff. What was missing was a really genuine appreciation for my business and as a customer. As well, there always were continual very ridiculous rate increases once your 'special rate' expired. You were now a 'Captive' customer because they knew how difficult it is to 'pick-up & leave'. Guido & Louise have both exceeded any of the former mini-storage facilities that I have used in the past. From their common-sense approach to various issues, and together with a really nice pair of personalities while carrying-out their business responsibilities, they are absolutely what employers refer to as 'Keepers'. I hope that the owner/s of Secure Self-Storage realize what a gift these two individuals are to the business. The comments on this site attest to that for sure. I have been using this facility for 7 years now. I have rented a 5x5 locker up to a 10x20 garage. The rates have always been favorable to other storage providers. It is always clean and easy to access. The customer service has always been friendly and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Secure Self Storage for anyone's storage needs.

I cannot say enough about the exceptional customer service that I received from the team at Access Storage Oakville. Guido and Louise went above and beyond to answer any questions and resolve a couple of minor issues in a timely manner. I’m extremely happy and thank the team for making this a great storage experience!

This location is very clean and safe. Best feature are the staff. Guido and Louise at the Oakville East location have been incredibly helpful. I hadn't used a storage facility before and had silly questions but they didn't make me feel silly! Also very impressed how they care for and seem to know every client!

Staffs like Guido & Fenix are so friendly & helpful. My daughter went to another branch, booked & paid for a unit but Guido was quick enough to cancel the transaction & rebook me to his branch where he is the manager. They are so friendly as if they're old friends. Thank you Guido & Fenix.

Very clean and 24 hour surveillance security area with many flexible sized storage lots with & without climate control and the best deals in all of Ontario. They offer storage boxes, high quality locks & keys, stationary, mailbox services, and clean washrooms are on the premises.

Secure Self Storage has been truly a great experience. From having a truck that you can use to move in your belongings (who else does that) to provide great customer service. Louise and Guido are amazing and would recommend Secure Self Storage to anyone!

Good experience- the staff respond quickly and the property/storage units are well kept. My only complaint is the monthly fees seemed to creep up higher with no warning and at no particular schedule. I did question that a few times and

Great storage facility. Different sized storage units. Probably one of the cheaper options around the GTA. One star off because there is always room for improvement, especially in the price.

Was here helping a friend move. Lockers seemed in decent condition. Plenty of room to maneuver a vehicle and/or a trailer to the different lockers.
