Sales Representative Angie at Public Storage in Oakville, is the best thing that happened to this facility! She has been so professional, extremely patient, helpful and has answered all of my endless inquires. She has assisted me multiple times in person and via phone with choosing the best solution in terms of a storage unit and insurance package that fits my needs. She walked me through the facility a couple of times on separate occasions to show me the available storage units that fit my requirements and the procedures that follow. She has repeatedly exceeded any level of customer service that I have ever received anywhere to this day! Angie genuinely cares about the customer, her job and it shows when she engages with you. It is so refreshing to do business with someone who knows what they are talking about (their products & company) and cares about the customer. The facility itself feels very safe and clean which are extremely important. They also have dolly’s, a loading zone, etc. When Angie was not there I had spoken once with her co-worker Niro and he was also very helpful. The staff in general are all very kind and work as a team. I highly recommend Public Storage in Oakville!

I had the pleasure of speaking with Jennifer on the phone and in person. We had a large storage rented and we had moved most of our stuff out. We wanted to change to a smaller locker because we obviously no longer needed the big locker we had. I was afraid I would be too late in the month (August 29th) and that we would be charged for the upcoming month the large locker. Jennifer was able to get us sorted out by prorating the rent for the smaller locker and cancelling our large locker. She was everything you expect when you hear "exceptional customer service". Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I'm literally staying at this locker even though it's farther from us now because of the exceptional customer service we received. Not sure I'll get that somewhere else. 100% recommended.

Wonderful experience so far. I called them beforehand on the phone to inquire about their storage options and prices. The lady on the phone was very polite and helpful. Explained everything to me and helped me decide on a locker size that would best suit my needs. When I went in to sign the paperwork, they took me to personally see the unit I would be renting first, so I could confidently sign knowing exactly what I was getting. Their customer service was fantastic. Explained anything I didn't understand, and went through the leasing contract with me before I signed. There are also many password protected points that you need to pass before accessing your locker so I'm not worried about security. It has been very nice using their service so far.

I don’t normally participate in reviews, however I had been looking around for storage units in the area and found the prices to be quite high. I was referred to Public Storage and I’m really glad I didn’t give up and settle. The prices are reasonable, the building is very secure, you can even get onto a floor that you don’t have a unit on. As a woman, I found that to be really secure not only for the units, but as you wander through the empty halls, it’s good to know there aren’t random people strolling through. Thank you Anne Marie for taking me through the space and introducing me to the other staffers she had there. Everyone was very very friendly and helpful.

I stored my furniture and miscellaneous items for five months at this location. During this period, I was very pleased with the storage area that I was renting. My unit and the storage complex was kept very clean. The wash room in the complex, located at the main storage entrance, was kept spotless. The staff were very helpful informing me of the different size storage areas and prices available. They also spent the time to not only explain this information, but walked me thru the complex showing me what was available to rent. I would recommend 100% this location, should you decide too rent.

Jennifer was amazing. From booking on the phone to providing the storage unit. She is pleasant, smiling, courteous, and efficient. Very nice personality. Noah was also great at showing us around and getting our stuff stored. Together they are a pair that knows the needs of the customer and can provide the effective service needed. I like your storage layout, the lift to get things off the truck, your extra large elevators, and the carts to move things around. Your prices are also competitive. We are very pleased with our decision.

I was very impressed with the level of customer service that the staff at the Oakville location showed me. I was away when the unit came up, they constantly contacted me to ensure I wanted it and followed up as soon as I got home. Their service was very professional! I have had many storage units over the years, included a few very close by to this one and this is by far the best service and quality I have ever experienced. We dropped in to check out the facility. Staff are knowledgeable, polite and very helpful. Premises are secure and clean. Supplies available in the office are fairly priced and all you need. Prices are competitive and just a little bit less. All in all this facility checked off all the boxes and then some. Getting our space and the paperwork finalized was efficient and pleasant. Everyone working here is professional, knowledgeable, and wonderful to deal with from Kiran who took my reservation to the manager Anne-Marie to Jen who showed me around and signed me up. The storage units and loading areas are clean and secure. Even though I move in the middle of the month, they were happy to prorate my monthly payment and set up was a breeze. If you're looking for storage in the area, this Public Storage is absolutely worth it.

I have been storing with Public Storage for a few years now- down sizing from a house to a condo has its merits and pitfalls. I found Public Storage on North Service Rd to be exceptionally clean and accommodating. Anne Marie and Brad facilitated a smooth move from a larger unit to a smaller unit. Honestly! public storage is a peace of mind and gives you this comfort to leave or store your staff with out getting stressed out with clatter in your home. I personally found it a lot easier. We recently moved our daughter to our place, she doesn’t want to sell her staff as she has spent so much money to buy them and it is going to be expensive to buy furniture due to inflation . Firstly Anjee was incredibly helpful in assisting me with the selection of moving supplies as I was having trouble organizing clutter in my home. Secondly Patricia was very knowledgeable of the capability of units they had in the event I needed to rent a unit for storage. Reservation was easy to make, Zainab showed me several units that were available in the size I needed. Good service. When I went to the office to complete my check-in, Property manager Patricia was kind, extremely knowledgeable, efficient, informative and courteous. Just signed up with the Public Storage facility in Oakville and i must say it has been a great experience. The team on site, Kiran and Natasha have just been awesome, they have gone out of their way to find the best suited unit for our needs and to hold various units in reservation while I figured out what we needed. I went to check out Public Storage, toying with the idea of clearing out some items cluttering my home but I can’t get rid of yet...I immediately chose to use them. They were incredibly professional and honestly, the price was half what I thought it would be ( even before the discount). It was so easy to access my locker and it’s indoors so won’t ruin my antique books. I am super happy!!!

I stopped by public storage today to make a payment for my friend and received an exceptional customer service with the manager Patricia very professional and friendly. I needed some moving supplies and got a great deal on some furniture moving blankets amongst other items. Checked out a storage space also and the facility was impeccable. Have had storage here for a number of years. The staff is pleasant and helpful. The facility is clean and accessible all the time. No complaints. The paper work and front office computers are slow and the system seems a little dated. But as long as your not in a hurry the staff can navigate it just fine. Very good choice for storage if you need it.

Facility is very clean, nice wide hallways with cut corners (goot for getting wide items around corners) and well-lit with lots of resources to help you move your things in and out. Feels very safe.
