I have used this business many times, but I should have listened to my mechanic who, on a previous vehicle, said they do not prime properly when they paint and so the inside driver's side rusted. On my new car, I was rear ended and they fixed the bumper. I backed into something, he gave me a good deal on a paint job, but then unfortunately, I did back into a car, but not too hard and so no dents. However, the paint peeled on the top of the bumper and it became loose. I took it to someone else, well recommended by a few people I know, who once again told me that the paint job was inferior and they had used a substance underneath that caused it to peel, as well there were no clips holding the bumper. As well, the paint colour was a bit different than the rest of the car. I asked could my accident have caused that, he said no. I now have to have the whole bumper replaced; if it had been done properly in the first place, I would have gotten away with just a paint job, but the inferior quality of the work meant it would probably just peel again. I took it to the owner, Joe, and all he kept saying was you hit a car, taking no responsibility for the poor work that caused the paint to peel where it did. He is very friendly and perhaps you will get a good price, but be aware that the work is shoddy.

Horrible experience. They had to replace the front bumper and there was overpaint everywhere. I went back to complain, the owner admitted they put the bumper on and then taped/painted. He said it was nothing and he didnt care about the overpaint. After yelling at me for some time, he offered to remove the bumper and clean up the overpaint. I picked up my car and now I find scratches on the bumper and one of the headlight has a big crack at the bottom which probably resulted from taking it off and on again. Didn't bother to complain this time. I'm taking my car to another place to clean up the mess they made. Do NOT go there!! Maybe they don't care about my car but I care!!

I forgot to provide my review. I hit my car rear bumper. I went to many different places and the quote was around $1500 average. I found Advance Auto Collision thanks to my mechanic and the owner (I don't remember his name) got me the best price ever. Quote $350.00. I trusted him with my vehicle. I talked a couple of times with the pleasant and professional receptionist and she worked with me in getting my car on the delivery and time provided. I was extremely happy for the results. I can't tell anymore that my car had a crack in the bumper. Thank you all for your great work.

By far the most decent and honest shop I have ever visited. The owner was very friendly, straight forward and honest and his prices are very reasonable compare to many other shops I visited just to get a quote. He runs his shop like in the olden days, for the love of the profession. I can tell he is very dedicated and loves what he does and it is no surprise he does his job very well. I would definitely recommend this shop. Also his admin was very pleasant and lovely. Love them both! I was very pleased with the work and the price. Very happy customer.
