If I had to describe my experiences in a few words in my years I’ve been going there I’d use the adjectives “Proud, passionate, thorough, enthusiastic and confident”. If you’re wanting a professional service that takes pride and care in what they do, then look no further than the team at Alchemy. From on the spot tube changeovers to expert advice you’d be hard-pressed to find a better bunch of skilled and knowledgeable people than Cam and his colleagues. They’re all keen riders as well and their enthusiasm for all things cycling is incredibly infectious. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. Keep up the great work team!

Thank you to Nigel, Royston and Cameron for their assistance with the purchase of my electric bike . I wasn't happy with my first choice but Nigel helped me exchange it for something I preferred. Royston arranged the fitting of the extras I wanted on the bike. He assembled the bike rack and demonstrated how to mount and dismount it on to the car. He then watched while I did it myself. It took more than a couple of tries but his patience never flagged! I can't recommend Alchemy highly enough.

At first I thought I found my favourite shop in Melbourne, until it dawned on me that I paid top dollar for a bike with a nearly fully worn chain and rusted cable outers. I paid the workshop to re-cable the bike, but ended up with the cables twisted in the frame, and had to spend more money getting it sorted out from another mechanic. I feel ripped off. Having said that, Roystan and Cameron from Alchemy are great guys, and I'm sure they'll be great if you want to purchase a bike.
