“Heard nothing else except good things” were the feedback I received about Total Rush, and I must say I am not disappointed. Being a very picky customer with almost unrealistic expectation, there are hardly any bike shop with the appetite to entertain a customer like me in this vendor’s market. However the team including Amy, Vee, Casey and Jay have been extremely patient with me over the last 9 months, and delivered an end result that have exceeded and beyond my expectations. Dropped bike in I’d imported that needed major work over. Paul the mechanic did an awesome job and was excellent at sorting out all the problems a foreign bike has - like swapping brakes over from US to Au. Fast friendly and cost effective. Highly recommend. Update October 2023 - total rush and its people continue to deliver superior service. Had my bike diagnosed and repaired in 24 hrs!!! Fantastic team of friendly people.

I purchased two bikes from Total Rush. This current bike was purchased in 2017 and Happy and the boys service my bike and take great care and they know the product well. I had some issues previously but the manager at the time was super professional and sorted things out. So can't fault these guys. Thanks Total Rush. Picked up a Cervelo Soloist from Total Rush yesterday and had an initial fitting done with Jay. Him and the rest of the Total Rush team provided such great customer service and guidance so much so that I decided to purchase other items from them as well. I was passing through Melbourne on my way to Tassie for an MTB holiday. My bike needed some urgent repairs after a weekend ride, and Total Rush was able to help me out on the day I dropped in without a booking. The guys ar Total Rush were easy to deal with via phone and text. Living in regional Victoria can make buying online a tad stressy but necessary. My ebike arrived surprisingly quick ie the day it was sent from Melbourne...it's also a perfect fit for my 160cm height and not too heavy. I love my Specialized ebike. Thank you Total Rush!

Had an issue with my bike, as a newbie I had no idea how to fix this mid-ride so stopped off at Rush. Turned out to be a simple fix for the mechanic on the spot, and he did this happily free of charge. Will definitely return if I have any issues in the future. Thank you.

Fantastic service from Jay and the store during and after a Guru bike fit and the result is a much more comfortable experience on the bike. Riding on the fit machine while adjustments are made and the before and after comparison was very useful. Highly recommended.

The staff are excellent. They understand riders and want you enjoying riding as much as they do. They went over and above when I had a warranty claim, and had me back riding in no time. Great atmosphere and they will continue to get my business.
