You’ll reply back that you were busy but it’s called customer service and acknowledgement of a customer in store waiting. Waited at the back service counter for 20 minutes. 2 staff out the back looked at us numerous times but then kept going back to what they were doing. All they had to say was, “Just sorting this bike l’ll be with you in a minute” or “Just sorting this bike what were you after?” In the end walked out. As l said, yes you can be busy but acknowledge your customers and don’t leave them standing there clearly trying to get some sort of service or acknowledgement. I was more than happy to wait but not after 20 minutes of being ignored.

Excellent service. Unfortunately didn't catch the name of salesperson but he was brilliant. (Sunday 22nd Jan 23, 1130am) Knowledgeable, not pushy. Gave me some recommendations based on answers i gave to his questions and then a large range of options that met my requirements. He didn't try and push me into the more expensive option that wouldn't necessarily be right for the type of riding i wanted to do. Came away with a Specialized Sirrus 2.0 bike and a helmet.

I’m from Tassie and I had the opportunity to purchased some nicks and a jersey a couple of years ago from Mornington cycles and love the quality and design. Really happy with the service we got from Berwick Cycles. They helped us to get a really great deal with bikes that fit our needs and had them ordered in. Just had my road bike serviced at Berwick Cycles. It's my first time using their services and they knocked it out of the park. The service at drop off and collection was amazing, the staff were very honest and knowledgable and the head mechanic is an artist. He did an amazing job on my bike and even went the extra mile to look for replacement hood covers because they don't make the originals anymore. Will definitely go back.

I gave my bike to fix here. Got to know that it is going to take sometime to fix. After a week, I got a call that it is fixed and I received a bill for the same amount I bought my bike few months back. Never got a call for the approx. cost or service quote . If I knew in advance I would not have gone ahead and instead of that bought a new bike.

I purchased a bike from the Berwick store, but the fit was completely wrong. When I returned it to the workshop to get help, they cut the seat post to lower it. They didn't make any other adjustments or suggestions. The bike ended up causing me major back issues. I've had to sell it at a significant loss. Be wary of their "knowledge."

Took my thirty-year-old bike in for service and repairs. Excellent, thorough job. New wheels new tyres, brake cables and tuned the gears. Perhaps a tad slow turning it all round, but it was coming up to Christmas and he did me an excellent price for all the work. Definitely go again. The review are to be believed.

I’m not happy the package that I’ve received. It should come with other 3 accessories items but they are all missing. Email and text messages sent but no response after a day. I couldn’t note purchase the item at first, the site didn’t let me pay for the product on my laptop. I had to then use my phone to purchase it. It finally worked after 3 times. Glad it worked in the end. Very easy site to navigate through and hope the delivery time is just as quick.

Ordered product on Saturday they had it in store ready for me to collect Monday afternoon. Very pleased. The good thing about this store is they are dealers for Specialized, Trek, Cannondale, so is a one stop shop for the best brands to compare.sizing and bikes back to back.

Absolutely awesome customer service. I dropped my bike off for repair which is not a brand they stock. They could not source the parts and instead of handing back the bike the called other companies until they found someone who could help. Definitely above and beyond.

Unfortunately poor service for an in-stock online order. Placed order for shop pickup. Heard nothing for two days, and when I went to the shop the order hadn't been actioned in the online system, but the item was on the shelf. Improvement needed for repeat custom.

Did a great job but communication was very poor. I asked for a quote and the next contact I received was a text message saying my bike was ready for collection. Staff were very arrogant and un welcoming. I’ll go back to Ivanhoe cycles next time.

Had a service on my old Tarmac recently, and I had an honest, knowledgeable technician who had it running beautifully within the week. They are busy, and you may need to pre-book any work, but I highly recommend it.
