Bought a triathlon bike off Mornington cycles they posted it to me in QLD everything went smoothly until I had to get the bike built when the mechanic found a crack in the frame and costing $300 to get it built . After consulting Mornington cycles in relation to what to do they basically said not our problem. I contacted Trek and they advised they should not of shipped the bike without building it and inspecting the frame part of their dealer agreement . Now the frame has to sent back and another one shipped to trek local to me in 3 months I am now out of pocket over $3500 with race fees and airfares because I don’t have a bike to race with . Thanks heaps Mornington cycles absolute disgrace my advice buy from someone else and if you do make sure they build and inspect the bike before shipping.

Professional and friendly service. I recently viewed a new bike on line from BikeExchange and wanted to purchase this as it was the exact model bike I was after and heavily discounted on the RRP. Unfortunately the bike brand, Cannondale do not allow bikes to be shipped to a residential address and must be delivered to a bike shop for build/tuning. I contacted the guys from Mornington Cycles who assisted me in sorting this issue out having the bike transferred (at no extra cost to me) to their sister store, Berwick Cycles in Narre Warren for collection by a mate who lives near-by and able to collect for me. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone wanting to purchase a new bike as they went above and beyond in my opinion. Thanks again guys. Can't wait to ride my new bike :)

Purchased a mountain bike specialised elite from this store I’m really happy with the bike I purchased and service they gave me, soon as I walked in someone approached me asking what sort of bike I was looking for took me through all the different bikes available and helped me with selecting the right bike for me and ordering the bike and receiving my new bike in a week ready to go il definitely be back to this store if I need anything the customer service is amazing

Had a great experience here served by Brad with Emily and Bizzy helping too. Came in for a MIPS helmet for my four-year-old. There is no way I would’ve been able to do this online, turns out he needed a 7 to 10-year-old helmet, which was the perfect fit for him now as well as having growing room for later. It’s MIPS for extra safety plus an LED light at the back. They gave us a really good deal too. Thanks for the excellent service. Will definitely be back!

I recently purchased an e-bike from the guys at Mornington Cycles. They were really helpful when I went in to look at the range. I placed an order and the bike was ready to go in less than a week. They were again really helpful and professional when I went in to pick up the bike. I’d highly recommend them.

Bought brand new bike was not fitted properly to my size. So I need to go to a LBS to get it fitted at my cost. Also one of the tyres is leaking air. While price was competitive I don’t think that’s reason enough to let me leave with a new bike without proper fitting

Fantastic service and support! Bought a new Stumpjumper Evo here and noticed it was missing the adjustable headset cup. Gave them a call, and a new set was promptly ordered in for me, no charge. Staff are friendly, supportive and very knowledgeable.

Nice team. Did an excellent job refurbishing a hand-me-down bike for my daughter. Even rushed it in before Christmas. I should have asked for an estimate though. Spent more than I planned. But I’m very pleased with the experience and outcome!

The guys did a check on my rear wheel & found that the gears were a bit loose they tightened they worked much better & the problem it went in for was much less but will need some more investigation when it goes back for a service thanks guys.
