Ally Fashion Staff in Dandenong Plaza Store 3175, SAYS People in Dandenong are DODGY. We are not residents from Dandenong, but still treating people less is not right. I wish I could rate minus for my husband's experience with the Dandenong staff for the lack of customer service. To the Management. 1. First of all the girls in Ally Dandenong should not be working, if they have to tag every person who walks into the store as a dodgy person. 2. Second of all if you think Dandenong people are dodgy then Ally you should not have a store in Dandenong. Story - Me and my mom shopped on the 26/06/2022 at Ally Dandenong and brought 2 denims (blue and black) the blue denim pant is $42.99 and the black denim pant was $45.99 but the black denim pant was on the discounted racks with the tag marking $19.99. both denims fitted well and we bought it when I reached home I realised that we were charged fully on the black denim pant. assuming there might have been a system error I requested my husband to take it to the store and inform the staff about it so if we were charged incorrectly they could refund the balance. So, on Monday 27/06/2022) morning when my husband took the product to the store and informed the situation the the staff (not mentioning staff name) she has said Dandenong people do dodgy things by sticking discounted prices on products and request for refunds, I did speak to the staff person over the phone while my husband was in the store and explained the situation her response was the same and not just that when the staff member has informed the Manager of the store about the situation the Manager's response was same and worse my husband over heard the conversation between the two. we dont work at Ally so we are not aware of what is discounted and what is not we refer to the tag that is on the product. We have no issue with the product and its price but the attitude and lack of customer service skills and lack of morale and humanity of the store staff. We do understand that as a store you come across different types of people everyday, But judging a person without knowing the back ground and making the person feel uncomfortable is not right and accusing directly is not acceptable. Please train your staff to handle situations in a professional manner. I didn't want to waste time writing negative review but at least another customer can be aware of what they are walking into.

worst experience I’ve ever had in a store. I wanted to exchange a clothing I bought yesterday, however the person working there was giving me extreme attitude, while I was trying to tolerate her. She said I couldn’t exchange because the item was a sale item, however on the Ally Fashion policy, it clearly stated that i was eliable for an exchange on a sale item. I showed the policy to her and she proceeded to say that they didn’t have a manager so she couldn’t, and she said that there was a problem with my face. the full time employee insulted and verbally harassed me, I will not accept this behaviour. Don’t go to this horrible store.

My mum had come over to alley to get me clothes for my birthday and she happened to run into one of the best person there it was the manager Ash! she was so kind and even gave me an option on weather i should get a blue or white pant…. She just so cheerful and happy one of the best customer service ever would recommend ally and Ash i took ash’s advice and got the white one pls give a good review for ally and ash

Absolutely loved Ash and her recommendations and assistance with choosing the dresses because we definitely adored it! Cannot recommend the Dandenong store enough, live 30 mins away but always come here to be greeted by Ash and her team! Definitely need more people like her around for customer service and the wonderful experience that was offered.

Most of my clothes is from Ally!!! I usually go to Ally fashion Dandenong because of their amazing customer service. They are always welcoming & very helpful in store. It’s always a good experience coming in to shop. They have good deals, super love their basics. Overall, will always come back to shop.

Went there to stock up on my summer tops and Ash was really helpful. She’s so bubbly and was soo kind to all the customers. She took time to tell me what pairs best with some clothes in the store and you just have to buy more than you intended to. She’s amazing
