You'll get the best deal for your buck if you come for Black Friday!! All jeans are half off, well everything is but you load up on jeans when you get deals like that. Or you wait through the year when they have buy one, get one half off jeans, in that case I go buy several $70 jeans. The staff has changed over the years, I would say you feel more welcomed and it's atmosphere is great. Stop by and try on a pair of jeans, they totally have something for you guy or girl!!

I went to return some items yesterday and the older lady who helped me she must of been maybe in her 50’s was extremely rude and very unprofessional. She had a very rude tone when she addressed me. I believe she’s a manager too which makes it much worse. If that’s how she treats customers I could only imagine how she treats the employees.

Store was messy… no one was at the register… a group of employees were talking the whole time… only one person was available to help… overheard girls being rude to one of the employees… definitely disappointed My daughter loves to shop here.. not so sure I’ll let her continue spending my money here! …

Joel Rosales was so helpful!!!! I went in the week before Christmas and struggled to find certain sizes not only did he help me by looking in the back he was patient as I tried to get my bonus points off my phone when we were ringing up. He was courteous and y’all should clone him!!!!!!!

I was overcharge to my debit card and I paid cash for the item. Not to mention that their is no trace of transaction of the cash transaction. The manager didn't know to explain this situation. I recommend to check your bank statement.

Joel assisted me in purchasing a belt for my son. He did an amazing job in helping me with my American Eagle’s account and making sure I got the belt at the right price. Both him and the manager were attentive and very kind.
