Terrible customer service, I've ring them up regarding industrial unit, but I've been told that the rep which dealing with this property is away on holiday, and i have to call back on monday next week ... I've ring them on monday, and I've been told that offer has been placed on this unit, When I've asked how come, if tha lad was on holiday, they drop the phone ... Useless people, wasting my and others time, 1000% not RECOMENDED !

Shocking and terrible service. I booked a viewing for a retail unit. The rep hadn't shown up for 10 minutes so I phoned him. I was told he'd just left a meeting and was half an hour away. A replacement rep was sent, who was surly, rude and had no knowledge of the property whatsoever. A total waste of my time and terrible customer service.

Couldn’t organise a piss up in a brewery. Unprofessional. Agent always on holiday same excuse as other reviews. Promises to email to confirm viewing on a commercial property but fails to email back. Then a few days later property is under offer! Agent has had two holidays in two weeks! Utter prats.

Bunch of idiots. Agreed heads of terms and kept me hanging for weeks to find out landlord had done a deal with another estate agent. No courtesy, only call back when they feel appropriate despite leaving them hundreds of messaging. I dont bother calling anymore if i see there board.
